• Denise (7/5): - Da localização. Não gostamos das toalhas, muito velhas e tinham um cheiro ruim. As roupas de cama são bem usadas, sugiro lençol sem elástico, o lençol que tinha para o sofá cama não cabia no sofá cama maior, o cinza. Box para banho muito pequeno, poderia trocar a cortina por vidro.

La ubicación es excelente, pude llegar a todos los sitios sin inconvenientes y con transporte a pasos. El espacio requiere mayor ventilación, pero considerando lo positivo y la relación precio calidad, para nosotros estuvo bien

MIERDA POR TODOS LADOS, OLLAS LLENAS DE MIERDA, SARTENES IGUAL, MANILLA DE PUERTA ROTA, UNA VENTANA SOLO SIN VENTILACIÓN, ES UN ZULO,JIEDE A HUEMDAD,LOS DOS SOFÁ CAMAS CON MÁS AÑOS QUÉ EL BAUL DE LA PIQUÈ ROTOS, EL PLATO DE DUCHA SUPER PEQUEÑO COMO TE MOVIERAS SE APAGABA EL GRIFO, EL CALENTADOR ELECTRICO SERÍA DE 10 L PORQUE NO NOS PODIAMOS NI DUCHAR . PELOS, POR TODOS LADOS PEGADOS, LAS PUERTAS HINCHADA NO SE PODIAN NI CERRAR. QUÉ TIRARAMOS LA BASURA ANTES DE IRNOS. JAJAJAJAAJA encima, la basura Alli se quedó, no pensaba recoger ni nada. NO ME GUSTO NADA!!!!

• Antonio (5/5): - Ubicación Algunos aspectos del apartamento. La ventana del salón no se podía cerrar porque el tubo del aire acondionado lo impide..los sofás camas no muy cómodos..algunos enchufes abiertos, se veían los cables..con el consiguiente peligro para los niños.

• Thibaud (7/5): Bon séjour à Madrid grâce à une excellente localisation. - Très bonne localisation, proche du centre ville. Équipements : grand frigo, machine à café et lave linge à disposition. La chambre était spacieuse. Appartement bruyant et lumineux car il fallait laisser la fenêtre ouverte à cause de la climatisation. Salle de bain presque dangereuse car peu d'espace pour se doucher et de plus le sol est très glissant. Beaucoup d'espace de vie mais mal distribué notamment le couloir qui est grand et large mais non utilisé.

• Alessandra (2/5): Pessimo - La posizione dell alloggio era ottima ma purtroppo per il resto non posso dire altrettanto. Senza acqua calda per lavarci(con 3 bambini)pulizia scarsa addirittura abbiamo trovato una blatta morta in camera.l unica cosa buona è la posizione per il resto lo sconsiglio.

• Rubén (7/5): - Lo mejor es la ubicación y la tranquilidad de la calle donde se encuentra. Para visitar la ciudad en dos o tres días está perfecto. Es un bajo con poca ventilación se nota que no se realizó la obra con mucho cariño porque hay muchos detalles a mejorar.

• Joshua (8/5): Clean, affordable and family friendly ground level apartment in a convenient location. - Nice location, clean and secure room with decent kitchen features. Shower was perhaps the smallest I've ever been in. The hosts were very nice, but as is too common did not understand that I have no cell phone service when travelling, and they had no one looking or waiting outside. This resulted in my family just standing outside the property for a while, waiting for someone to show up while the host was inside, waiting for me to text (after I told them I would not be able to). This has been the most common problem throughout all of my bookings.
