Raimundo Nonato (6/5): Problemas operacionais comprometeram a experiência. - Da prestatividade da equipe de trabalhadores. No horário do check-in, o apartamento não estava pronto. Apesar de todo o empenho da equipe para limpar e organizar o espaço, só ficou disponível 90 minutos depois. Isso serve de alerta tanto para a gestão quanto para futuros hóspedes, pois todos temos a obrigação de cumprir o que foi contratado. Além disso, houve falta de água em dois períodos distintos. Não foi uma experiência plena. Ajustes precisam ser feitos para que os próximos hóspedes não enfrentem contratempos. Embora a equipe tenha se empenhado em resolver os problemas, o ideal é que eles não ocorram.

AGNALDO (8/5): Muito boa mas poderia ter sido melhor. - Prédio novo, não tem chaves, fechadura eletrônica, isso evita perder a chave. Mas não é bem uma pousada, na verdade é um flat. Limpo e bem localizado. Os quartos são muito próximos uns dos outros se escuta os vizinhos falando. A área comum tem uma piscina muito pequena e churrasqueira, mas quando alguém faz um churrasco e usa essa área, especialmente com caixas de som, atrapalha os outros hóspedes com barulho.

Quarto muito confortável com cama grande, todo o ambiente tem ar condicionado. Ideal para família, casal, amigos, tem churrasqueira para fazer seu churrasco, som ambiente, estacionamento exclusivo realmente um local excelente .

HUYNH (3/5): Séjour décevant malgré un bon emplacement et une réception agréable - Le logement est très bien situé, à proximité immédiate du centre-ville, ce qui est très pratique pour se déplacer à pied. La piscine est agréable, les bières mises à disposition sont un petit plus appréciable, et la réception s’est montrée très réactive et agréable tout au long du séjour. En revanche, plusieurs aspects ont été décevants. Des travaux étaient en cours pendant notre séjour, sans aucune mention préalable, ce qui a entraîné beaucoup de bruit dès le matin et rendu le repos difficile. Le logement manquait de propreté : sol non nettoyé, taches sur les draps, fourmis présentes un peu partout et salle de bain peu entretenue avec une mauvaise odeur provenant des canalisations. L’appartement était également assez sombre. Dans l’ensemble, nous avons été déçus et avons même écourté notre séjour pour trouver un autre hébergement plus confortable.

C'erano dei lavori di ampliamento della struttura non segnalati in fase di prenotazione per cui alle 7 del mattino si era obbligati a svegliarsi a causa dei forti rumori.

Larissa (10/5): Fácil, prático e surpreendente - O acesso é muito fácil, a localização muito boa para fazer tudo andando. A limpeza do local é os cuidados com enxoval foram impressionantes. Não ch3gou a ser um problema pois passamos um só dia, mas a habitação é MUITO próxima da área de lazer comum. Se for preciso trabalhar, por exemplo, considere haver barulho até o horário de silêncio.
