• STEFANIA (10/5): Inoubliable - Nous avons tout aimé. L'appartement est idéalement situé dans le centre derrière la cathédrale mais dans une rue très calme. Il est très spacieux, propre et très bien équipé. Le propriétaire Bernat nous a accueillit très agréablement et nous a donné plein d'informations sur les restaurants et les activités locales. Nous le remercions encore beaucoup pour son aide et sa présence. Bref, un séjour inoubliable. Rien. Tout était parfait

Gazda ne-a asteptat si ne-a dat toate informatiile cerute. Am putut lasa bagajele dupa predarea apartamentului, avand avionul seara.

There was a terrible smell that was covered by strong air freshener when we arrived but by the next morning was prevalent throughout the apartment and building. I understand it’s a very old building but this needs to be resolved.

L’emplacement est idéal : quartier sûr, proche d’une épicerie, des transports, des commerces et des restaurants. Nous avons pu visiter la ville à pied. L’appartement est très fonctionnel, avec une cuisine qui a tout pour préparer des repas. Il y avait une machine à dosettes Tassimo. L’appartement est très bien insonorisé. Il y avait des travaux juste en face et nous n’entendions rien. Le lit est confortable, la literie de bonne qualité, les oreillers moelleux et la climatisation fonctionne parfaitement. Le wifi est correct. Excellent accueil de l’hôte qui nous a permis d’entrer plus tôt. À noter : appartement bien insonorisé situé dans une rue très calme la nuit. Si vous aimez dormir dans le silence, vous serez comblé. Dans l’ensemble, un excellent choix pour découvrir la ville, avec beaucoup d’atouts. Juste pour en trouver un, il y a un dépôt de 200 euros en argent à remettre à l’arrivée. Il faut juste le prévoir à l’avance. Il nous a été redonné à notre départ sans problème.

The host Bernat is very friendly and pleasant. He is very responsive and easy to communicate with. The only drawback was a construction going nearby during our stay.

Property location was idea and within very easy access of everything a vacationer would want or need. Brilliant location, right in the centre of the old city, but in a nice quiet side street. Our host Bernat was fantastic, meeting us on arrival, showing us through the apartment, providing heaps of local information in what to see, do, where to eat and organising a taxi on departure. Highly recommend this comfortable, modern apartment.
• Cave (10/5): Exceptional - This is a beautiful modern apartment in the centre of the old town. The location is perfect - right next to many of the main sights, shops, cafes and restaurants. We couldn't believe how quiet it was, two minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the cathedral. The apartment had all the facilities we needed for our four night stay. There is even a lift which was handy for getting our luggage to the first floor. It is beautifully decorated throughout with lovely artwork. The owner took time to show us everything in the apartment, communication was good before and during our stay and check in and out was easy. We liked everything. It was a bit more expensive than some of the other properties we looked at in the area but it was worth it.

• Alison (10/5): Amazing apartment in the centre of the old town. - The apartment is large for 2 people and is very well equipped and clean. It is right in the centre of the old town - just 2 minutes walk from the cathedral, but on a quiet side street. There is plenty to do within walking distance, and lots of restaurants and shops. The host met us and gave us plenty of recommendations for places to go. He lives above the apartment and so was around if we needed anything. Air conditioning was good, and wifi worked well. A great apartment!

• Stephanie (10/5): Lovely apartment and we will definitely return next time we're in Valencia. - Wonderful location, lovely hosts, and the bedroom is away from the street (it has a window onto an interior courtyard) so it is VERY quiet even in a bustling location. We stayed only three days but it is well-stocked for longer stays. Comfortable beds and updated appliances/furnishings. This is not a criticism, but just so people know: if you have 4 people staying then someone will need to sleep in the living room. The convertible bed is really comfortable, though!

My slight criticism was that the pillows could have been better, but that was insignificant to all the other extra details and services provided.

The apartment is the only one for rent in a private building and is located on the first floor and has even a private elevator. Good internet and the smart TVs have accounts for all the major movie providers. Fully equipped kitchen and a big living room. Only one bathroom.
