• Monique (7/5): Stijlvol met een heerlijk ontbijt maar erg stoffig. - De ligging was geweldig. Super ontbijt elke ochtend in hun restaurantje. Met heel vriendelijk jong personeel. Appartement was stijlvol. Het was heel erg stoffig omdat het gehele huis wordt verbouwd. Dat is niet zo erg maar er was geen materiaal om even te dweilen of te vegen. Wij zijn er 6 nachten geweest. Dan is het wat lastig dat er geen enkele mogelijkheid is om natte handdoeken op te hangen of wat spullen beneden neer te leggen behalve op de bank.

• Nickolas (8/5): - The Loft is beautifully designed and styled and had a super comfortable king size bed. The staff were all very friendly and the included breakfast was amazing. We had to leave super early on the day of checkout and didn't have any hot water for a shower. The apartment could also do with a microwave to reheat food.
• Jan (7/5): Design finishing - Design Breakfast times (despite breakfast boxes, consider starting breakfast earlier than 9 (reality unlike as announced 08.30)) Rest of the building (suggest to have mat in front of apartment due to rest of the building being a construction site)
• Thornton (7/5): Lovely loft in a great location which will be even better when the building work is done - We loved the loft it was beautifully decorated and was awesome value for money. The assisting staff were kind and friendly. Also the connection to Casa Icha was incredible because the food was great which made breakfast very exciting. We had hoped that it would have been better communicated that this loft was inside and active building site because it felt sketchy and made a little unwelcoming when we arrived since we weren’t prepared. We also did not have access to the wifi during our stay as it wasn’t working which was a little annoying since our esim plans are limited.
• Zdaniavichen (10/5): Exceptional - The loft is super cozy and beautifully designed – perfect for couples or solo travelers. Everything was very clean and the included breakfast was fantastic: fresh, varied, and satisfying. The location is great – walking distance to the center of Cusco but in a peaceful area. Staff was helpful and even offered to store our luggage while we visited Machu Picchu. Amazing value and experience.
• Diana (1/5): DO NOT BOOK - DO NOT BOOK. We were promised reimbursement of one night as we had to leave as this was a construction site. Two months later and we still don't have our money back. We have highlighted this to booking but because the payment was outside of booking they cannot do anything. We've made an official complaint and I do hope that you stay away from this property. Not worth it. We went to another one nearby for similar pricing at a proper hotel and the experience was day and night. Don't waste your time or money on this property.

• Perreault (9/5): Superb - Very pretty place, well located, comfortable, fast wifi, with good breakfast and the hosts were very attentive and helpful. The shower didn’t have hot water most days and the water pressure was a bit off. The hosts weren’t able to resolve the issue completely during my stay, but they say they’re looking into it, it should be resolved for future guests.
• Olivia (9/5): Beautiful property in an amazing locations - Wonderful apartment. Very high spec. Very comfortable bed. Great escape in the city. Fantastic breakfast included in the price. Including juice and coffee. Would be nice to have a few extras like tea bags or water in the apartment. Shame breakfast doesn’t start till 9.30am
• Kristīne (7/5): Good - Amazing design, great location, very quiet and great food/breakfast! The room wasn’t properly prepared - we were missing soap, there was still trash in the trash bin, there is no heating.. For this price you would also expect something small like a bottle of water. Overall very beautiful but we didn’t feel too welcome here :/ We arrived late at night with heavy luggage, tired and couldn’t find the apartment for a while - it is hidden behind the blue door :) Some sign outside would be nice.

The modern decor was stylish and demonstrated a clear attention to detail. Located in a very central area, it was easy to access all the main attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, contributing to an overall fantastic experience.
• Yvonne (10/5): A loft that has it all! - Super new loft in the heart of Cuzco! It has everything you need, the huge bed is a big plus and the design of the lost is incredible! Breakfast is included at Casa Ichu, the food is of a super high level and the staff is great! We really loved our stay here! Nada!
