• Andreas (10/5): - Maurizio gibt sich mit seiner Unterkunft sehr viel Mühe. Wir können Casa Mauro guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen, weil die Unterkunft sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und zentral gelegen ist. Außerdem bietet sie ausreichend Platz.

• Viktoriia (10/5): - Amazing location. The apartment is clean, spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. The host is helpful and friendly. There are lots of places of attraction in the nearby and a huge local market.

Mauro nous a aidé à trouver une place de parking à proximité du logement, malgré notre arrivée tardive. Le bruit ambiant présent à proximité du logement qui s’entend très facilement à l’intérieur. Difficile pour faire des nuits paisibles

Komunikacja z gospodarzem była wyjątkowo łatwa – zawsze chętnie pomagał, interesował się i naprawdę angażował, co widać, że dba o swoich gości. Mieszkanie czyste, dobrze wyposażone, wszystko na miejscu i bez najmniejszych zarzutów. Polecam!

This was perfect for us, as it allowed us to quickly reach all the tourist attractions on our list while also making it easy to commute by train. Maurizio is a very kind host and was always available to assist us.

Essendo arrivati in macchina, Maurizio ci ha gentilmente accompagnati di persona al parcheggio (prenotato in precedenza) e poi all'appartamento. L'appartamento è sito in zona centrale, quartiere Alberghiera a due passi dal mercato Ballarò. La posizione è ottima e l'alloggio è fornito di tutti i confort. Abbiamo apprezzato la camera soppalcata che divide gli ambiti, letto comodo, tutto molto pulito e curato. Consigliamo di alloggiare a Casa Mauro per visitare Palermo. A piedi si raggiungono senza problemi tutte le principali attrazioni della città! Ringraziando ancora Maurizio per la sua ospitalità, alla prossima visita! Nulla da segnalare.

• Nicola (10/5): Great location.very helpful owner would stay again! - The location is excellent. The owner was very helpful. Organised some parking for us. Met us and guided us to the parking and the apartment. You will read reviews saying it’s noisy. You will hear noise throughout the night but this didn’t bother us due to the location as you are in the capital city of Sicily!!! 😁
• Adria (10/5): Nice stay in the heart of Palermo. - Very nice apartment, very close to Palermo’s main historic sites. Outstanding service. Can be a bit noisy if you don’t shut the windows. It all got solved after we did so.
• Stanley90 (10/5): Nice apartment, good location - We chose this apartment because of its location between the train station and the city center. When we arrived, we were a little bit unsure about the neighborhood, but later we realized that it's pretty much how Palermo looks like :-D The apartment was nice and clean, not very large, but good for a short stay. Kids "stole" our big bed for the second night and we had to sleep on the couch, which is, well, pretty uncomfortable for grown up people (with back problems). The streets were a bit noisy in the night, but again, that's just part of the local vibe.

• Larsimont (10/5): Exceptional - The accommodation was perfect, there was everything needed for a 7 days stay. The location in the historic center is definitely a plus. We encountered a problem with the accommodation but the host Maurizio was very reactive and took action right away. If we could we would even give him an 11 out of 10.
• Aleksandrs (10/5): If you want to try to be a local. - This apartment deserved the highest rate. If you want to feel yourself like a local in Palermo, it’s exactly what you need. Extra it’s very clean and great location. Big advantage is a coffee machine with traditional espresso.
• Serena (9/5): Great Host, Great location - The host was excellent and very communicative and welcoming. The apartment was as described and close to all amenities, markets and restaurants. Very clean. just be mindful that if you are almost 6ft. or taller the ceiling of the bedroom might be too low in some places. Because it is in the centre and very well located you will hear noise from the street however that is unavoidable and should be expected based on the great location. Nothing.

• Arvydas (10/5): Cozy apartment for short or long stay - Well equipped kitchen. Effective and silent AC. Cleanliness. Bus station and historical places reachable by foot.
• Toth (10/5): Exceptional - Carefully renovated apartment. It meets all your needs. The city center is a few minutes' walk away.
• Li (9/5): Good location + Super reasonable value + Kindest host - 1) Location is good and close to Quattro Canti which is the main piazza of Palermo. 2) Washer is available which is convenient. 3) Host Vincenzo is super nice. He doesn't speak much English but he used to translator to communicate just fine iwth us. He gave us tips on where to go and not to go, provided us transportation service when we need to catch a flight in early morning, as well as have ways to book tours such as boat tour to Mondello bay. 1) The property is in one of a busy alley. It can be noisy so if you are a light sleeper, it's better to have earbugs. 2) Bed is upstairs while bathroom is downstairs. If you are going to the bathroom at night, it might take a bit more time than usual.

• Nayeong (9/5): Superb - Friendly host Close to the station (which is good as well as bad) Clean and fully equiped apartment Area near the station is quite noisy and creepy at night. There is also a local market right around the corner, which means the noise starts very early in the morning.
