• Enes (8/5): An ideal apartment to live a pleasant local Seville experience! - It is a typical Seville apartment. We loved the location, Eva is very friendly and she is quick to intervene if there were problems. We didn't want to be in the touristy crowd and we got exactly the experience we wanted. There are local bars and markets nearby and Alameda de Hercules is a few minutes walk away. You can also reach the touristic centers with a 10-15 minute walk. This is the experience what we wanted. We have also been informed that a renovation is about to start that will fix the problems found in the house, which means it will be an even more pleasant experience. Eva provided extra cleaning service but the standard of cleanliness was below expectations.

• Lévi (5/5): Passable - Location No Internet or explanation where to find it. Very little amount of house apparel for cleaning etc etc everything has to be bought and then thrown away. Unable to use dishwasher cause the baskets were taken away. The heater doesn't work properly. For the price you ask, please provide a bit more to the future tenants so it's easier to leave the house even cleaner

• Elizabeth (1/5): Smelly and dirty but not a bad location. - Bathroom smelled disgusting which made the whole apartment smell, clearly a drain problem. Dirty toilet on arrival. Infestation of small fruit flies. Floor wasn’t clean, stains on towels and thread bare. Bed linen had hairs on. After complaining, host changed bed linen the next day.
• Ian (5/5): Good location, excellent Wi-Fi, but property could have been nicer. - The location was very good—an easy walk to the centre and major sights. The neighbourhood was very quiet, though only a few steps from a lively area of bars and cafes. Wi-Fi was excellent. When we had a problem with the electricity supply and smoke came out of the cooker hob, Eva Recommends responded quickly to an urgent message and fixed the problem. The booking system worked well enough, but was rather elaborate and involved, and some info was sent in Spanish only. We only discovered midway through the application process that we had to submit photographs of our passports, including their covers, to a separate agency. Unfortunately we only had one of them at hand to photograph. The instructions could have been clearer about this. We also had to submit a deposit through another agency. To gain entry we had to click on a link to another third party to activate our door code. From there on, all worked smoothly. The main thing that struck us as soon as we stepped inside was the bad smell from the bathroom. There was a pronounced 'drain' odour throughout our stay, supplemented by a very strong scent from the automatic air freshener. The flat was a bit grubby, especially the sofa and cushions, and the bathroom floor was mouldy and stained where the shower leaked.

• Tetiana (1/5): Please avoid Eva recommends apt - Please avoid EVA Recommends apt The worst experience ever in booking.com website and I will explain why: - it’s quite tricky offer as all pictures are together and she has 3 apts. Not clear and very tricky . It’s easy to make a mistake with booking an apt, very sneaky and unfair announcement. When we arrived and discovered we have booked wrong apt she refuse collaborate with us. We asked a call but she never call back. Absolute not client oriented woman and not professional , she was not trying to solve problem and make her guests satisfied, just arrogant reply. We didn’t feel protected or really welcomed - More over the apt we had was very dirty!!! The couch , chairs had huge pipì stains and when we show to Eva - she called it “EXPERIENCE” I will attach all pictures. After several days of conversation, they changed towels and lince. Thx for that. - The pictures on website are cute but they are not corresponding to reality. Apt need to have deep cleaning and maintenance. Eva called it “old apartment” but old doesn’t mean dirty!!! - In all issues the owner Eva was not accepting any arguments . I have never seen such behavior. She was also trying to catch us out , she perfectly knew that in high season we will not find smth nice at this price. She treated us badly and not respectful. - The bathroom has bad smell which they cover by even worse perfumed spray. - Apartment also take a deposit 150 € , there is no information about deposit in the offer description. I suggest to Eva to be more professional and friendly, more flexible with her clients and to clean apt and change from old/dirty ti authentic.

Location was great, walking distance to almost everything you need to see. And Eva was a great host, helped us with everything we needed.
• Dmytro (8/5): I was liked to stay here, recommend - The apartment was comfortable and clean, well-equipped, and situated in a calm district near the city center. Shops/market were easily accessible nearby. I appreciated the interior design and the spacious layout, particularly the large living room. Apartment easy accessed by codes on doors, no keys needed. The owner was always responsive and even offered the option for an early check-in automatic air freshener in bathroom not enough to cover unpleasant odors. Some renovate of bathroom required to fix it.
• Mariano (5/5): It was alright. - I really liked the location and the structure of the property. I liked the entire layout. I really didn’t like how outdated and old everything was. The interior design needs refreshing in order to update it. Doing so could allow you to increase the price! Might be a good investment. Also, the cushions for the terrace lounge area were very dirty and stained with moisture - this wasn’t very pleasant as one of the reasons why I chose this property in the first place was to be able to lounge outside on the terrace.

• Alwyn (8/5): Our stay was excellent and we would love to visit again sometime in the future - The property is in a prime location so close to the city centre and all the attractions eg Cathedral, Alcázar Palace, restaurant etc The internal facilities are adequate and clean the beds and bed linen were clean and comfortable The property is what it is it’s in an old building but that is part of its charm

• Aleksandar (1/5): The owner made our experience very bad and almost ruined our whole trip with unprofessional behaviour - It is in a great location The owner was very rude and unhelpful. She acted as we are there at her disposal, and not the other way around. She also mislead us in terms of which room we will get, because she did not divide photos to show exactly which room is which. Further, the entrance door was broken, so we stayed trapped inside the building for half an hour at one point. The toilet produces bad smells from the pipes

VERY ( very ! 😀) helpful host, responding extremely quickly , ….from recommendations to problem-solving, we always had a direct connection with the host … thanks ! Dishes could have been washed more carefully…( not an issue of the host , but previous guests …)

• Travis (9/5): The place was great, but unfortunately in August everybody leaves the city and things die down a lot - The bathroom window was left open thus little bugs decided to fly in and live, and die in the shower. I understand air flow is a good thing, but this wasn't a very welcoming sight.

• Rita (7/5): Good - Spacious two room apartment. Kitchen has all needed amedites. Very friendly and helpful host. The location is not ideal. About according to google it is a 25-35 minute walk to the main tourist attractions and no useful public transport. It took us about 40 minutes of walking each way before we reached the center.
• Rick (7/5): Well-located flat, dark, simple and an 'OK' choice. Don't expect too much and you'll be pleased. - - Location - Cleanliness - Good matrasses - Communication was terrible and very aggressive, 8 reminders to fill in 3 forms. I was very disappointed in booking and the host, because I had to provide again all information, credit card, passport copies etc but the purpose of booking is that they tranfers this information. - Flat is old and a somewhat run down, very simple and very dark. I expected a rooftop, but instead there was a patio without light. The entire flat was dark (ground floor). I don't exclude that this might have been my mistake for selecting a wrong flat. - Expensive for a solo traveler, not worth the money (compared to other flats or hotels in Sevilla) - Door of bathroom did not close - Water cooker is very dangerous, overheats and burns your hands - They forced you to take away the rubbish bin and clean the dishes, which I never heard of before (of course, I leave a flat tidy, but I don't think it is reasonable to expect a guest to wash up and throw away rubbish). - Check in at 16h and check out at 11h without flexibility seems to me like 'half a day' value for money. - Door has a very fragile locker, a child could break in which doesn't add to the feeling of security.

• Mourad (10/5): Our stay was very good and comfortble ! - The location and the apartment were very good; close to the old city, everything is within reach. There is no place to park the car, but if you need to park, there's a private parking near the apartment where you need to pay 25 euros per night and this is general for all the old city, If you're fortunate, you might find a free spot in front of the hotel. I didn't like the deposit either; I was surprised by it after making the payment.

Fantastic communications with our host who responded quickly and comprehensively to any questions/requests we had and made some nice recommendations regarding meals and activities. There is a somewhat unpleasant smell in the bathroom. note sure whether there is much that can be done about it as we smelt it sometimes in the common staircase of the building as well.
