• Asha Kanda (10/5): Great place in central Madrid - The apartment is bigger than the pictures let on, a really decent sized living room and good sized bedroom, with lots of seating areas and mirrors. The location was fantastic, close to several metro lines if you need them but also walkable to many major attractions and excellent food spots. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating, allowing us to drop bags off and check in earlier and check out later too. Would definitely recommend! The mattress was slightly too firm for my preference and the shower was quite small.

• Danielle (9/5): - The location is excellent, right in the centre and close to a metro station, making it easy to get around. The apartment having a lift is a bonus! Communication with the host was great throughout the stay. The check-in and check-out process was simple and smooth, which made everything stress-free. The apartment maintains a great temperature in both hot and cold days, adding to the overall comfort. It was clean and felt safe. Some small maintenance details, mainly general wear and tear, could benefit from a bit of attention. There was also a little mould in the shower - that can easily be fixed. Additionally, as the building is older, the walls are quite thin, so some noise from neighbours can occasionally be heard, which might be noticeable for light sleepers. That said, these were relatively minor compared to the overall experience. It remains a great option for location, comfort, and convenience, with only a few small areas that could be improved.

• miguel (7/5): Inicio de año en Madrid - El departamento en general es muy bonito, amplio a pesar de la baja altura (entendible siendo un atico), muy buena ubicacion. El lugar seria un 10 si no fuera por el baño, la regadera es exageradamente pequeña tanto horizontal como verticalmente, la ubicacion del WC tambien es muy raro, y eso en general le quita muchos puntos a la estancia, hay formas de mejorarlo definitivamente, pero dependera supongo del dueño.
• Bao Pena (10/5): Apartamento súper cómodo y limpio. Muy recomendable. - Nos quedamos ya por segunda vez. El piso está estupendo para una estancia corta en pareja. Muy muy céntrico y cómodo. Es abuhardillado, solo por tenerlo en cuenta si eres una persona muy alta.

• Tasca (9/5): Ottima struttura e pulizia, fantastica posizione, ad un passo dalla metro, silenzioso e caldo - Ho molto gradito la presenza dell'ascensore, l'arredamento confortevole e la pulizia generale, del bagno in particolare Ottimi anche i termosifoni accesi e la presenza del phon, della lavatrice e di una cucina completa, anche se piccolina. Fino al giorno dell'arrivo non avevo indicazioni su come sarei entrata nell'appartamento, se ci sarebbe stata una portineria o no. Ho trovato una mattonella rotta proprio all'ingresso della cucina dove è facile inciampare.

• Evi (5/5): Zentral, aber abgewohnt - Sehr zentrale Lage, grosses Appartement Abgewohnt, in der Küche befinden sich mehrere lose Bodenplatten, alles sehr niedrig (Kopf dauernd angestossen). Fleckige Teppiche.
• Nahuel (10/5): Excelente apartamento para vacacionar en Madrid. - Excelente ubicación a dos cuadras de Plaza España y 10 minutos de los principales centros comerciales. La habitación está muy bien amueblada y cada espacio está muy bien aprovechado. Todos los artefactos y muebles son de buena calidad. Se descansa muy bien, la cama esta bien y no hay ruido. No los usamos, pero hay 3 aires acondicionados. Un poco incómoda para gente alta porque es un altillo reformado y hay partes dificiles de acceder, pero nada grave.

The wooden rafters are at a very low angle, causing most of the room unable to be used. I hit my head on them many times even though I was bending over most of time. Kitchen could not fit 2 people, bed hard, pillows flat, shower was tiny & my head was above the shower screen.

• Julian Esteban (10/5): La vida es corta disfrutala al máximo. - 🇸🇬 hola me llamo aryan y mi esposa dewi somos de singapur. nos agustado todo la verdad que las instalaciones son supremamente perfectas y se acomoda atodo lo que queriamos es el lugar perfecto para las personas que vienen de visita a Madrid como nosotros muy central precio asequible y se ajusta al presupuesto el lugar muy aseado y en perfecto estado utensilios de aseo para los huéspedes en pocas palabras todo es perfecto si llegara denuevo vorvere a este lugar sin dudarlo. Mil y mil gracias por todo volveremos.🇸🇬
• cintia (9/5): Apartamento completo ao lada de Plaza de Espana - O apto é muito funcional, apesar do declive do teto( já evidenciado em fotos), a area para circular foi bem confortável para nós, eu tenho 1,70m e meu marido 1,80m. Estava um calor de 39 graus e o ar condicionado deu conta. A cozinha tinha utensílios para cozinhar. Ficamos 12 dias e amamos o apto. Na rua tem supermercado pertinho. Está ao lado da Plaza de Espana com varias conexões de metro e ônibus. Nada que atrapalhasse a experiencia de estar lá

• Carolina (9/5): Cozy place with a very good location for sightseeing in Madrid. - The location is very good, it is only 5 minutes walk from Plaza de España. The apartment is well equipped with a kitchen that allows cooking and a washing machine. The hosts are very kind and attentive to help with any difficulties or questions that may arise. The shower is very low so it can be uncomfortable for a tall person. The ceilings are angled so it can be easy to bump into them in some areas if you are not careful. However, it is very well laid out to minimise that problem.

• Juan (9/5): Great place in Madrid - Perfect location - easy self check-in to a spacious apartment with all the essentials. Hot water works great, and the well-equipped kitchen made my stay convenient. Comfortable bed and a proper desk setup for working. Internet speed is adequate but not ideal for heavy bandwidth users. Missing window blinds in the main room. Top floor apartment has slanted ceilings so you have to watch for your head! Not ideal for taller guests
• Donald (8/5): Great apartment for a short break - Great location and a nice living room. Well furnished, comfortable bed, attractive apartment. Communication with the hosts was quick and easy. They were helpful and booked an airport taxi for me. There were a few issues that didn't affect my short stay too much, but were a still little annoying. The bedroom lights didn't work, the shower doesn't drain properly, and the fridge wasn't cold. It's also easy to hit your head on the slanted beams, especially in the shower, if you aren't careful (but they do look cool).

• Jim (8/5): Great Madrid location - Nicely equipped apartment, and a great location close to the Plaza de Espagne. As you can see from the photos, the headroom in the bedroom is limited, particularly for the occupant of the right side of the bed. You are in an attic, after all!
• Daniel (8/5): Great location to experiece Madrid for a couple of days. - Great location. Close to metro and convenient to reach tourist destinations. The pictures are 100% accurate, but, it felt a bit smaller due to the slanted ceilings.

Small shower, roof low in bedroom. Many small repairs needed eg lights in bedroom not working, several bulbs broken, tile in kitchen floor loose, so could be dangerous. Limited support to questions. Overall, bit of care needed eg deep clean, place mats etc
• Kristin (10/5): absolutely fantastic location, great value for money, super charming with character! 100% recommend - excellent location, elevator and so easy to get in and out. was super flexible letting us leave our bags early which made a huge difference to us allowing us a whole extra day to explore. very charming and unique, clean and had everything you could need, I loved out stay and slept the best I had out of any of the accommodations on our journey so far. shower was very short and wouldn't recommend this apartment if you are over 6 foot as the sloped roof adds to its charm but does limit the available space for taller individuals.

• Catie (9/5): Great apartment for a stay in Madrid to explore Malasana! - Fantastic location, so many restaurants and cafes on your doorstep. Very easy check in and great communication from hosts. Comfortable bed, air conditioning and bonus of having a a washing machine. The shower is very small, if you’re tall it is quite difficult to use.
• Leonardo (9/5): Superb - The apartment is like in the pictures. Check-in was really easy. Clean well equipped with modern tv and very fast internet. Air conditioning. There's an elevator. The location is VERY GOOD and safe. And anyway the best places are at a walking distance. There is a metro station 250 meters from the apartment, a taxi station at 150 meters, Carrefour Express at 100m. Really, I can only warmly recommend. -
• Silvia (10/5): Amazing stay in the center of Madrid - - it’s all about Location, Location, Location. The apartment is 2’ walk till Gran Via street; you’ll enjoy shopping till 11PM in the night, there are lots of restaurants and bars around, the neighborhood is super safe and vibrant. If you want to travel by metro there is one station at Plaza Espana, 2min walking distance. The way from/to airport was super smooth, you just need to follow the signs and you’ll be there in 45min. - the apartment was SPARKLING CLEAN - Victor, the owner of the apartment, allowed us to check in earlier. In addition, we could do a late check-out as our flight was scheduled in the afternoon. Victor made our stay really special, he was in touch with us the entire period. - you have a NescafeDolce Gusto maschine and can enjoy the coffee in the morning at the apartment - there is really nothing we didn’t like. Just an advice, if you have sleeping issues you should have earplugs with you because the wooden roof is contracting especially during night and you might hear some noises
