• Guest (10/5): Rundum zufrieden! - Wir waren überrascht vom Hotel, da es ein 3-Sterne-Hotel ist. (hätte 4-Sterne verdient!) Die Zimmer sind neu, modern, geräumig und sauber! Der Poolbereich ist sehr ansprechend, mit kostenlosen, zu jeder Tageszeit verfügbaren Sonnenliegen. Das Hotelpersonal ist äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und bemüht. Das Mädchen vom Frühstück - Adele, hat uns sogar Tipps für die Thessaloniki-Besichtigung aufgeschrieben - danke nochmals! Das WLAN ist großartig. Das Hotel ist unbedingt weiterzuempfehlen! nichts - alles in Ordnung!

Bukadar güzel bir tesisin bu kadar kötü yönetilmesi beni şaşırttı. Personel yetersiz. Temizlik çok kötü. Odalardaki yataklar konforsuz. Çift kişilik yatak yok. Tek yatakları birleştirerek çift yapmışlar.. Camlarda kapılarda sineklik yok. Odalarda sürekli sinek ve böcek var. Daha önce otel işletmeciliği yapmış biri olarak söylüyorum, bu problemleri çözerseniz mükemmel bir otel olursunuz.

Μόλις μπήκαμε μύριζε κλεισούρα-ο γενικός ήταν κατεβασμένος και γενικά φαινόταν ότι δεν είναι προσφάτως καθαρισμένο.

• mfalcuta (1/5): Awful experience. Avoid it!!! - Nothing I am so upset that I did not read through all the reviews from this property prior to booking it. They have air conditioning blowing directly to your head in every room. I couldn't stay in the room during day and night. It was an awful experience which ruined our holidays. We left the property 2 days earlier as it was puting our health to risk. They did not want to reimburse for the remaining days, they very un-flexible. The beds are rock solid and very uncomfortable. The rooms are poorly isolated and there is a door connecting you to the neighbours, so if you have a loud neighbour, you hear it instantly.

Басейна и шезлонгите не бяха претъпкани и спокойно можехме да им се насладим, като водата беше кристално чиста, вечер я почистваха с робот, цялостно градинките и алеите нямаха и едно боклуче по тях. Всичко беше на ниво. Имахме включени закуска и вечеря и храната беше много вкусна, разнообразна и си имаше за всеки по нещо. В комплекса има и активности, освен на басейна и релакса на жезлонгите, има и градински шах, тенис на маса, тенис на корт и доста приятни алеи, на които просто вечер да се поразходиш. Имаше си и безплатен паркинг за гостите. Така че определено е помислено за всичко, от което имахме нужда. Цялостно всичко ни хареса. Единствено като някакъв вид препоръка, басейна затваряше твърде рано вечер поне за къпане (19 часа), иначе на самите шезлонги можеше да си стоиш, доколкото късно желаеш вечер. Също така относно храната, беше ни много вкусно, единствено, което липсваше, имайки предвид, че все пак сме в Гърция, можеше да има повече рибни предложения. Риба като цяло имаше по един базов вид и можеше просто са добаят и други. Всичко друго си беше наред.

• Anton (8/5): The impession we had upon arrival was mixed but improved quickly. - The hotel is a set of two-stories buildings (8 rooms each) plus reception/restaurant. The food was decent, the staff was friendly. The inner yard is great: there's a huge lawn with olive and palm trees. A small store is less than 5 minutes away, a big one is about 10. It takes 10 minutes to get to the sea but I'd recommend walking another 5-10 along the shore for a nicer spot. There can be insects: we had ants in our room and wasps on the balcony. No harm was done though. After being asked, the staff tried to get rid of the unwanted guests but the nature always wins. Smoking is allowed on balconies/terraces (including the restaurant) and if there's no wind you can smell it pretty well. There's no laundry service.

• Anita (10/5): Összességében nagyon jó és szép hely! - A Hotel elhelyezkedése és elrendezése nagyon tetszett, és nem volt a közelében zsúfoltság, de mégis minden séta távolságra volt. A reggeli és a vacsora is svédasztalos , viszonylag választékos, és bőséges volt. A medence nagyon szép és tiszta. A delux szoba tágas és újszerű, hatalmas fürdőszobával. A klíma jól működik és a programozott napellenző is nagyon jó szolgálatot tesz az erkélyen. A medencét kár, hogy nem lehet este vacsora időn túl használni. Ha több napot maradtunk volna, kicsit ízesebb ételekre vágytunk volna, de mindig találtunk kedvünkre valót így is.

• Luciana (7/5): - I stayed at Iris Hotel recently and, while the location and overall facilities were fine, there were a couple of issues that made my experience less enjoyable. One unpleasant incident occurred when I was asked to move my car. I immediately agreed over the phone, but shortly after, an older gentleman came to my room shouting at me repeatedly to move it, even though I had already confirmed I would. This happened while I was in the room with my child who was sleeping, which made the situation very stressful and unnecessary. In addition, the breakfast could definitely use more variety. The options were limited and became repetitive after a couple of days. Overall, the hotel has potential, but better staff communication and improvements in breakfast would really make a difference for future guests.

Ce nu mi-a placut in mod special, dar asta tine de gustul fiecaruia si nu are legatura directa cu hotelul, numarul mare de "romani" veniti cu copii si care au comportamentul acela specific "romanesc" de a iesi in evidenta indiferent ca sunt la masa sau la piscina, nu conteaza ca deranjeaza restul lumii, lor sa le fie bine!!!

Nu aduc prosoape curate , mi-au adus după 2 zile după ce am dat mesaj la booking ca ei spuneau ca nu au sa imi aducă prosoape curate , iar lenjeria nu o schimbă deloc , curățenia este făcută superficial , păcat ca locația arată frumos . Cu siguranță nu recomand la ce prețuri au ( 170€ / noapte ) . Nu au grijă deloc de clienți , nu le pasă .

• Liliana (10/5): - Hotelul este, după părerea mea, cel mai frumos din stațiune. Nu am văzut altul asemănător, mai presus de el, nici atât. Se află într-o zonă liniștită. Este aproape de plajă. Există un magazin lângă el, la vreo 200 m. Personalul foarte amabil. Camera foarte spațioasă și baia, de asemenea. Noi am avut pachet cu demipensiune. Mâncarea foarte bună. Pe partea de dulciuri stau puțin cam slab, dar a fost ok. Piscina este mare, sunt suficiente șezlonguri și mese cu scaune. Poți folosi barul de la piscină contracost. Poți juca tenis de masă. Poți juca șah. Au piese mari, chiar lângă piscină, iar tabla este desenată pe pavaj. De asemenea, poți solicita la recepție rachete și mingi pentru tenis de câmp. Au un teren amenajat. Este nevoie să lași garanție înainte și primești banii înapoi după ce înapoiezi rachetele și mingile. Salteaua a fost cam moale pentru gustul nostru.

• Dejan (9/5): - A very calm and chill place. Staff are very polite and the hospitality is exceptional. The garden is very large and well maintained, green and clean. You have a pool which is, good enough if you are getting bored to go to the Beach. The pool itself is really clean and the pool bar plays music to support overall chills not too loud nor aggressive. We had half board and the food was more than ok. It is not the best of the best, but the food is fresh. good and tasty. The room was clean, and maintained well with the fairly new furniture except the fridge which was loud, yet functional. The hotel has a Tennis court so not sure how that hotel has only 3 stars 😀. Definitely good value for the money It's very hard to find what we didn't like, maybe only a few things that could be a bit better. For example, rooms are comfortable (they have different sizes for different orice range) and the balcony is great, but the door which leads to the terrace was too complicated to open even if it was pretty new. Also, the fridge was bit louder than expected, but those things are minor. For some people the location could be the problem if they are out of the car, because the hotel is at the very beginning of the Siviri. On the other hand, that brings quietness.
• Alkeo (9/5): - Πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία και άνετα ξενοδοχείο. Είχε πολύ πράσινο, το συνιστώ και για ζευγάρια και για οικογένειες. Το πρωινό αρκετά τίμιο και το προσωπικό πολύ φιλόξενο.

• Mihaela Hristova (7/5): A Pleasant Stay with Minor Issues - Our stay at Hotel Iris was generally pleasant, with several positive aspects, but also a few issues worth mentioning. ✅ Positives: The room we stayed in was new and comfortable. Hygiene was at a high level – the room was cleaned every day. Bed linen and towels were changed regularly, every two days. The food was good and tasty. The pool was impeccably clean, which really left a great impression. The bar offered very cheap prices for both drinks and food – a big plus for guests. ❌ Negatives: Breakfast was served from 8:00 to 10:00 AM, but at exactly 10:01 the waiters started clearing it away, without exception. On rainy days we couldn’t get out of the room in time, so I believe they should have shown some flexibility and extended the time in such cases. Although we booked a ground-floor room, we were given one on the second floor, which did not suit our needs. We wanted to pay extra for dinner. At reception, we were told a certain price, but later they said there were no more spots available. When we complained to the management, they explained that the receptionist had given us the wrong information. This caused inconvenience. Parking was insufficient when the hotel was full – it was hard to find a free space.

• DIMITRIS (9/5): - Spotless clean Spacious Room and a helpful personnel always with a smile ! IS the third time visiting this Hotel at Siviri and i'm fully satisfied from A to Z. Area, pool, gardens, meals !! Is the perfect location to explore the 1st leg of Chalkidiki Peninsula and all the nearby areas. Nice beaches at 7 minutes walking distance. Ideal vacations for everybody ! Nothing really ! Everything's fine !

• Orhan (7/5): iyi diyebilirim, ilk gün temizlik sorunu dışında - Personel güler yüzlüydü, denize 10 dk yürüyüş mesafesinde İki aile olarak aynı otelden iki ayrı oda almıştık, arkadaşlarımızın odasında banyo/lavabo temizliği yeterli değildi, aradığımızda şimdi kimsenin yardımcı olamayacağı, yarın temizlik yapılabileceği söylenmesi eksik elemanla işi yürütmeye çalıştıklarının göstergesi idi. Bu tür sorunlara karşı böyle bir tesisin yeterli denetimleri yapması ve gerekli temizlik personelini bulundurmaları gerekirdi.
