• Sean (8/5): Very clean. Great property! Location location location - Clean. Modern. Great facilities. The main bed was a little small for a couple and too soft. Maybe this is preference though. It’s unusual but I was too warm. I should have spent more time working out how to turn off the heating while sleeping. As I say this was a great property though.
• Julia (9/5): - Excellent location, very quiet and clean apartment. Everything we needed for a couple of nights in Scarborough. Free parking just a few minutes walk away. Shops just around the corner for groceries.
• Jonathan (9/5): - Absolutely lovely property. Great location. Very easy checking in, and as they leave the key in a safe box and give you the code before you arrive. Property has loads of space and is extremely clean with all the facilities you would ever need. They leave you a parking disc to use, we managed to park just across the road for the whole stay for free as parking is free after 17.00, and we were out during the day. Would 100% recommend this property, we loved our stay.

• michaela (10/5): Fabulous stay!!!!! - Clean, warm, modern and had everything you might need during your stay. We didn’t meet hosts however they communicated clearly and were available if you needed to ask a question. The beds were amazingly comfortable I had a great nights sleep! Paid parking very close by, The sea was just at the end of the road, short walk into town great location. Would highly recommend! There was nothing you couldn’t like everything was fantastic!

To be very picky, the windows do not keep any noise out. You could hear traffic and birds all night which caused limited sleep however this did not ruin our stay.

• Christine (10/5): It was a lovely home from home place to stay especially knowing it’s clean with good quality bedding and towels - It was perfect, very clean and everything you need except shower gel. Even just a small sample would have been nice, we arrived late and I didn’t have any left in my toilet bag. So an emergency supply would have saved the day, but Sainsburys local was just up the road so all was good in the end. • Joshua (10/5): Excellent accomodation - Everything needed was there, great location for what we needed to attend and event at the Spa. Comfy beds and sofa and really nice touch of sky tv and netflix available. Excellent amenities very close by: shops, bars, takeaways. Hosts were super polite welcoming. Definitely look at returning. Car parking disc promised didn't seem to present but not really an issue as we parked in the nearby car park anyway.

• Melissa (8/5): Fab location, very clean, easy to access, hosts seemed lovely. - The location was great, 5 minute walk to the coast, just a ten minute walk to the local high street, property was very clean and smelled nice and clean, hosts left lovely notes on the wall for the heating to be used as suited and didn't leave a massive 'to do' list for when you left the property. The building itself (out of apartment hosts control) was a bit dated and tired and the beds weren't very comfortable. As it was warm we were able to sleep on top of the duvet for a bit more padding (maybe a mattress topper would be beneficial)

• Christine (9/5): Mini break - We like the location it's handy for everything we need It's not a dislike it's just a pity scratch cards for parking are not available as we don't use the car too much but having to walk up to where we had to park in a no zone area is a bit of a nuisance if you decide to go off in the car

Good communication from owners re code for lock box to access keys. Little extras such as biscuits & teabags provided. WiFi & sky TV available with access to streaming channels. We had a very enjoyable 2 night family stay for a very reasonable price. The apartment was very clean & well equipped & we would definitely stay here again. N/a
• Joanne (10/5): A lovely stay - Lovely and helpful host communication, helped by supplying high chair and cot with extra mattress for comfort. The apartment is lovely and very and spacious and comfortable. Nice touches like thick duvets and very soft blankets, plenty of towels and pillows, lots of tea coffee and biscuits supplied to last our stay (4 nights). Would definitely recommend! 🙂 Only thing I'd say is bear in mind that there is traffic noise near busy road so we just took ear plugs and it was fine!

• Sharon (8/5): Clean property inside, stay ok, but not sure I'd stay there again. - The apartment was lovely and clean. I was messaged by the owner who gave instruction on what to do on arrival and again on leaving. Everything straightforward. There was a basket of tea/coffee, biscuits etc on the dining table. There was no hanging wardrobe space in the main bedroom; only shelving. The bed and pillows were too firm for us. Had to remove the quilt as too heavy for time of year. Not a pleasant sight outside the smaller bedroom window with two dirty nappies on the lean too roof! Not the owners fault, but it kinda puts you off.

Didn’t like the fact that we discovered the kids had the beach ball from Sunny View in the car when we got home to Surrey! So sorry !!!

• Allison (9/5): A little gem. - Depending on health it can be at least a 15 to 20 minutes walk into town . We had arrived on a bus so didn't need the parking. It was a 10 min walk over the bridge .There's a lovely church right opposite that has a cafe. We had some lovely home cooked snacks . My friend said the quiche was beautiful. The apartment has everything you need if you want to eat in. And is very well equipped. Don't be put off as we were slightly about the kerb appeal. It does look a bit dated and in need of a tidy up from outside, but the apartment was nothing like that inside. All in all a lovely trip . As I said just the kerb appeal as you walk up to the door, but I'm guessing this is for the owner of the building to maybe look at.
• Sheila (10/5): The nicest apartment we have ever stayed in - Everything,, excellent accommodation and very comfortable. The location was fine close to a bus route and taxis were always available. The only down side was that there was no anti slip mat in the bath for when you showered

Great value for your money. Would definitely recommend the apartment. The double matress wasn't very comfortable. But it was fine for my little ones.

Kitchen was well equipped and had all of the easentials needed for a break away. Host contact was perfect. Parking was very close by and no issue at all (apart from the expected seagull poo at a seaside location 😂). I would happily stay here again. TV was a little glitchy but great to have access to all of the movie channels. This really didn't hinder our stay.

• Linda (8/5): Great place for a weekend base, close to town. - Good location; walking distance of town and the family members we were visiting. Parked car outside disc zone 5 mins walk away for all of stay as did not need to use it; so no car park charges. Responsive hosts.

Apartment was very clean and comfortable and an added bonus for me personally was it having a bath.The amount of light coming into the apartment was a real bonus certainly matches its name. Just around the corner well within walking distance was a Sainsbury's local - ideal when in self catering accommodation. Maybe a laminated sheet with wifi,heating controls and microwave instructions on. The internet and WiFi passwords are on a small little card ( not good if your eyesight is not what it used to be). A vistor comment book?
• Christine (10/5): Exceptional - The flat was absolutely beautiful it had everything we needed, immaculate and comfortable There was nothing we didn't like, but just to mention the latch on the outside door wasn't locking so it was open all week. Perhaps a bit of information regarding the bins and recycling as all bins are a different colour depending where your from. But this is not a complaint as we loved it

And we slept very well, the blankets were very soft. Close walking distance from the beach and town centre, station. So many different supermarkets, sainsburys, aldi etc. So much more to see and do. • Adam (10/5): Great hosts and a great property - The apartment was very clean! The hosts went above and beyond to decorate as it was a birthday get away. Everything we needed was there and it’s just a short walk in to the town centre.

• Stacey (7/5): Beautiful apartment. - Apartment was lovely. Decorated beautifully. Great value for money. Heating being on timers. Was very cold in the apartment at times. Electric fire in living room helped warm the living room. But the bedrooms were still cold. We did contact the owners and were told to use fireplace but if it didn't help they could send instructions to put the heating on. However we decided to just put up with being a bit chilly till we warmed up under the duvets. The front door lock to the building was not very secure. I put the key in upside down at one point, barely put it in the lock and the main door opened. The apartment itself was secure but the main door to the building being so easy to open was a bit worrying.
