Зручні ліжка та подушки, на кухні була плита, чайник, кавоварка, сіль, цукор, кава та чай і навіть спеції. Нас зустріли свіжими фруктами та холодними напоями у холодильнику. Все працювало на відмінно.

- Robert (9/5): - The accomodation is a nice studio apartment in a quiet area of Los Cristianos with small kitchen and large balcony. Communication & check in was very good. I was met on arrival by Frederico who explained everything. The accomodation has no windows to the front, the balcony overlooks the pool area to the side this makes it very quiet I slept with the balcony door & windows open & didn't hear anything. I have stayed in this area of Los Cristianos before but not at Castle Harbour I deliberately returned to the area. The apartment is close to the Oasis del Sur bus stop with good buses to the mountains for walking. It is a 15 minute walk to the main bus station & 30 minute walk to the ferry port. Supermarkets, bars, restaurants are a 5 minute walk. Castle Harbour has a pool, restaurant attached & 24 hour reception. I liked everything

Noi ci siamo fatti la colazione in appartamento tutte le mattine, ci sono olio,sale,aceto,the,caffè. Inoltre nel frigo birre,acqua e succhi. Parcheggio ampio fronte struttura. Letti comodi. Terrazzino vista piscina. Proprietari super disponibili. Leggermente fuori dal centro, ma lo sapevamo. A piedi sono 20 min circa, in auto 5 min scarsi.

Even in November, it was a bit too hot at night. The place has no AC. If you travel in summer and are sensitive to high temperatures, keep that in mind.

I proprietari Federico e Margherita sono davvero molto gentili, ci hanno fatto trovare all'arrivo un pò di frutta, biscotti e qualche bevanda. Per un malfunzionamento al boiler sono intervenuti immediatamente e hanno provveduto subito alla sostituzione. Tutto perfetto, ci ritornerei subito! Niente

- PASCALE (10/5): - Le propriétaire est très soucieux de ses hôtes. Cadeaux de bienvenue (fruits frais, boissons, céréales,...). Studio conforme aux photos. Très bonne literie. Très propre. La résidence est calme. La piscine est grande et surveillée par un maître nageur. Possibilité de louer un transat et un parasol pour une somme modique. Contact via watshapp en espagnol, anglais, français. Je reviendrai très certainement.

- Jenitha (4/5): wouldnt stay here again - Nice balcony. Reception staff was nice. The owner of the property was really rude, called us as we was leaving and started shouting. No cleaners or new towels for the 5 day stay. Shower was very small and could do with a clean.
- Marta (9/5): - The building and the apartment was very clean, Margherita was very helpful and responsive. The apartment had everything - towels, iron, dishes and even essentials in the bathroom. Just a warning, if you have very long hair like me then it might be best to bring your own hairdryer. Although it does the job, it heats up very quickly and it's very small.

- Angelo Pio (10/5): FANTASTICO - Soggiorno molto piacevole, appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort. Situato in una posizione molto comoda per arrivare in spiaggia, vicino ci sono dei supermarket dove comprare delle piccole provviste di cibo. Nella struttura vi è anche possibilità di Parcheggiare l’auto all’interno. Al nostro arrivo Margherita e suo marito ci hanno anche dato dei consigli su dove andare e cosa mangiare, più altre info sull isola. Se dovessi tornare a Tenerife ritornerei sicuramente da loro. Consigliatissimo nulla da recriminare

- Inés María (9/5): Volvería sin duda - La comunicación con la propietaria fue perfecto, súper atenta, nos mandó las indicaciones con antelación y durante la estancia se preocupó por nosotros. Nos dejó algunos detallitos de comida en el alojamiento al llegar, muy detallista. El alojamiento tenía de todo para cocinar, toallas de playa, tendedero, plancha... Tenía aparcamiento gratuito pidiendo la tarjeta en la recepción. La terraza nos encantó con mesita y sillas para desayunar, comer o cenar. La piscina era gratuita. Tenía altura y las vistas no estaban mal. La zona donde está ubicada es genial, cerca de la playa de los Cristianos. Volvería sin duda. Faltaba aire acondicionado aunque al menos había un ventilador de techo pero no daba mucho fresquito.

L’albergo è pulitissimo, curato nei dettagli e in una posizione perfetta: vicino a tutte le spiagge più belle dell’isola, ideale sia per chi vuole rilassarsi che per chi desidera esplorare. Un ringraziamento speciale all’host Margherita, sempre disponibile e gentile Consigliatissimo, ci tornerei volentieri se dovessi tornare a Tenerife! Tutto perfetto

- Miljana (10/5): A beautifully equipped apartment with stunning pool views, exceptional hospitality from the owners, and 24/7 hotel-s - From the moment we arrived, we were won over by the warm hospitality and welcome from the owners. They were always available to answer any questions, provided excellent local recommendations, and even left us a few thoughtful welcome gifts to make us feel at home right away. They also maintain a fantastic website/blog with great restaurant tips that came in very handy during our stay. The apartment itself is beautiful—stylishly furnished, fully equipped, and offers a fantastic view overlooking the complex’s swimming pool. As part of a hotel complex, there is always staff available at the reception, 24/7, which added an extra level of convenience and security. We’re already talking about coming back, so this definitely won’t be our last visit!

Since I'm a hiker, it's really hard for me to tell you the check-in time before 24 hours. And because the hike plans changed due to the weather, they were upset with me for wanting to check-in at a different time than previously stated.

- Seb (9/5): Great apartment - The apartment is very spacious, with nice views, and it's fully equipped. The owners are attentive and approachable, with a nice touch of preparing some welcome drinks and snacks in the apartment. If you like the area, you won't be disappointed with this apartment. The only thing I was totally caught out with was the daily payment for renting sunbeds by the pool. Perhaps this is normal for this type of accommodation and location, but I was shocked nonetheless. In all fairness, the apartment's listing on Booking features paid sunbeds, but in over 40 years I live and travel (over which numerous times in northern or north-west Tenerife), I've never come across this (apart from the beach sunbeds of course), so I didn't even notice this while booking, as simply didn't know there could be such thing in a complex you stay. This has slightly changed the value for money I thought I was getting, as I had to add €10 a day for the rentals. This shouldn't stop you from booking this fantastic apartment, but it definitely needs to be taken into account of overall cost. There's absolutely nothing negative about the apartment itself.

- Vaughan (9/5): An excellent apartment - Welcoming hosts, apartment matched description and was spacious with really comfortable bed, excellent balcony and good bathroom.Heated swimming pool was lovely and the whole block of apartments was very quiet. Bus stop nearby and good good supermarket a 5 minute walk although quite a steep walk back. No english tv channels unless you have your own paid subscription service.
