- Julie (10/5): Exceptional property - It was a lovely place, very clean and perfect location for us. Nothing.

- Dean (10/5): - Clean and tidy place π second visit here as its close to family , less than 20 minutes to the metro centre ,a 5 minute walk to Killingworth shopping centre with macdonalds KFC pub that sort of stuff, we had a minor issue with the TV but Claude was over in less than 5 minutes and sorted it π perfect response and we was very impressed with him so we will visit again.

- marsha (7/5): - It was very clean and tidy and was very comfortable . And was perfect or where we need to be. It needs more utensils in the kitchen I just went to home bargains and bought myself and some outdoor chairs for the garden . grass had not been cut for awhile .
- Gerry (8/5): Overall very nice - Decent sized rooms and facilities. Great location. Bathroom door doesn't lock properly, so would blow open if windows were open. Stairs up to 3 floor and floorboards on 3rd floor are very loud and creaky. Not a massive deal but can be quite awkward when trying not to wake anyone when going to toilet in middle of the night.

- Kenny (10/5): Place amazing.you have your own driveway carpets very good quality would definitely stay again - It looks amazing from the outside. Inside just as nice. Kitchen had everything you need. Beds very comfy. Claude very easy to make contact with At left hand side back door, quite a lot of cigarette ends on concrete slabs. Itβs a shame that people just throw them on floor but it would take less than a minute to sweep up when house being cleaned
- Jayne (8/5): Very nice place clean and fresh, easy instructions for the keys -
- Elaine (9/5): Perfect for us - Location, as its near my friend. Also on bus route for city and shops close by.
- Sharon (7/5): Great 3 bedroomed house with off road parking for 2 vehicles. - Great location for us as I'm from the area so know it well. House was very clean and does what it says on the tin however it could be so much better. Off road parking for 2 cars. Very quiet safe neighbourhood. Shopping Centre just around the corner. Very reasonably priced 3 bedroomed house Carpets were wet from being washed. No central heating throughout however wall heaters could have been put on to try to dry carpets before arrival and warm house up. A small carton of milk for arrival goes a very long way so guests can make a cuppa. Kitchen roll, and kitchen scissors advised. Toiletries in bathroom even if fixed to the wall would please guests as would a slightly bigger towel (however this a personal preference). Instructions for TV would be helpful as quite difficult to operate with 2 remotes. Shower fluctuates from extremely hot to cold every couple of minutes.
- Maureen (10/5): Exceptional - Very comfortable. Close to bus into town and close to supermarket. Well equipped, comfortable and clean
- Elaine (10/5): perfect accommodation - excellent size, clean, comfortable. Nothing!
- Duncan (9/5): Very nicely appointed property, very comfortable. - Everything ! Nothing !
- Alan (10/5): Comfortable and well located - Good location for Tyneside and beyond, ample parking at the property. The bedrooms were jsut about the right size and beds comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and with a good supply of crockery, cutlery and cups/glasses.
- Jackie (9/5): Superb -
- Don (7/5): Good -
- Nicola (7/5): Fine for weekend visit - Kitchen well equipped, good location, the neighbourhood is very quiet. Close to shops. Oven settings no longer visible. No bathmat, so had to use towel. Quilts were heavy winter ones and in August these were not great. π₯΅

- Cooling (9/5): More relaxing than staying in a hotel with more space and privacy - The property was lovely, very clean and comfortable. Nice furnishings. All the beds were made up on arrival and towels were available. The information left at the house was very comprehensive and useful. The key was easy to find in the external key safe. Communication regarding the booking and receipt of all relevant information was excellent. It would have been nice to have blinds in the kitchen.
- Tracy (10/5): Lovely house with everything we needed for our weekend, very clean and homely, would definitely stay - Very clean and spacious, lovely bedrooms, beds were really comfy, off street parking was a big plus. Location was Close to local amenities without being too busy A t.v in the bedroom would have been good for my children
