• Echle (10/5): - Tolle Dachterrasse mit super Aussicht. Bari problemlos mit dem Zug erreichbar. Schöner Jachthafen mit Restaurants um abends zu bummeln. Der Eigentümer hat sich sehr bemüht und uns wertvolle Informationen gegeben. Alles war ok
• CATERINA (10/5): Poco fuori Bari, zona tranquilla servita molto bene - Bella location all’attico di un condominio. La terrazza con lettini, tavolino e ombrellone impagabile. Vicino al lungomare di Santo Spirito con locali e ristoranti a due passi. Appartamento nuovo dotato di ogni confort. Il proprietario Vito gentilissimo e prezioso per consigli super utili al soggiorno.

Detto ciò la nostra permanenza a ISOLA ROVI si è avvicinata molto alla perfezione. Appartamento pulitissimo e curatissimo nei dettagli, posizione ottimale, alla giusta distanza dal lungomare per potersi muovere comodamente senza macchina (parcheggiata nel parcheggio interno) ma non troppo vicino da rischiare di sentire rumori. Menzione particolare alla splendida terrazza e all'impianto di climatizzazione che ci ha permesso di non soffrire minimamente il caldo. I proprietari Vito e Rosa sono stati molto disponibili e attenti nell' accoglierci. Se posso suggerisco questo splendido appartamento a tutti, ma in particolare ai mariti/fidanzati che vogliono regalarti e regalare del tempo con le proprie mogli/compagne. Chiudo ringraziando Vito e Rosa per gli splendidi giorni che abbiamo trascorso nel loro appartamento.

• Jacqui (10/5): Wow Factor - What a fantastic find a real gem. Communication with Vito was excellent and he was there to meet us at the apartment on arrival. We were only staying for one night as flying home from Bari the next day after our Italian trip but this has got to be one of the nicest apartments we have ever stayed in. 7th floor with large roof terrace with great views across the buildings and down to the marina. It was immaculate, modern, clean and tastefully decorated and furnished. So thoughtful with many little extras including milk , water, juice, snacks, tea, coffee and more . We wanted a quick trip into Bari and Vito suggested getting the train. The station is a very short walk away with a couple of stops on the train and costing a couple of euros. So easy and stress free. There is also private parking on the property on a secure gated complex. The apartment certainly had the wow factor and Our only disappointment was that we didn’t stay longer.

• Jamison (10/5): Great location, Vito is an amazing host and his place is very cozy with the best view. - Vito is a great host. He exceeded our expectations and even made sure the kitchen was stocked for us with food and snacks. There is also parking available in the gated complex.
• Christine (8/5): Great place to leave your car safely and explore Bari by quick train ride - The unit is on the top floor (elevator but still need to climb about a dozen stairs). The unit was very clean, and Vito met us to quickly show us around and how to manage the sliding doors to the huge rooftop terrace. There is a great walk-in shower, and a small washing machine. Vito had left nice ingredients in the fridge to allow us to make our own breakfast in the morning. This was a very generous spread, which we much appreciated! Vito was waiting for us at the unit upon arrival and kept us a parking spot next to the front door on the very secure parking lot. For us, the biggest perk of the unit was that you can safely park your car here, and walk over to the train station (5 to 7 min walk away, but you will never hear the trains inside the unit), where you can catch a train that takes you to Bari in 12 minutes for 1,30 Euros. This is the absolute best way to visit Bari. You cannot find cheaper parking in Bari. It allows you to avoid the traffic there, and the train station in Bari is an easy, pleasant walk through lively modern Bari, but in about 15 minutes you will reach the old town, which is just wonderful. We felt that this is the biggest perk of the unit, as we did not care all that much for the suburb where the unit is located (safe and okay, just not all that charming/attractive to us). We were surprised by the heavy construction going on just across from the unit. While they stop working around 5pm, the drilling, digging, and construction noise was very loud from 7AM, while we would have liked to sleep a bit longer. It also took away our want to have breakfast on the rooftop terrace... The noise was just too loud to enjoy the outside space in the day, and early May, what was left of the evening after the construction work stopped was too chilly to sit outside. In May 2024, they were just clearing the grounds to start construction on a high rise just across the street. It will obviously take months before this is finished, and in the end, the new building will probably obstruct part of the view. While none of this is within Vito's power, I think travelers in the summer/fall of 2024 should be aware of this if you plan to sleep in, or think you will want to enjoy the impressive balcony in the daytime. The bed was the hardest we slept on during our 2 weeks in Italy, and it made squeaky sounds when you move in your sleep. While the firmness of a bed is highly personal, we both found it uncomfortably firm. Otherwise, Vito provides a clean, modern and safe space, with some nice treats, and he is a great communicator. It is a very great base from where to explore Bari by public transit.
• Muriel (10/5): Loved it! Much thanks to you Vito!! - Absolutely perfect with everything you could possibly need. After having travelled extensively, Vito is the absolute best host you could possibly imagine. He literally thinks of every detail , is incredibly responsive and accommodating to all needs. I have certain food sensitivities and when I arrived there was an assortment of dairy free items including fruits, pastries, cookies and even items to make sandwiches. I was astonished at how much consideration is given to his guests!! The location is in close proximity to the waterfront and assortment of restaurants. There is a stunning view of the seafront from a very large patio. Perfect for watching a sunset! Parking on the property was also a lifesaver! I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend!! Nothing!

• Laura (10/5): Amazing!!! - Vito was great! We did a last minute booking at 9pm and he graciously met us at the apartment for check-in. The apartment is awesome! Top floor, modern with lots of comfortable touches. The private terrace was incredible! The views are spectacular! Lots of snacks and breakfast items waiting for us in the apartment. And a washing machine. Great place to stay! We didn't have hot water for showers in the morning but guessing this is a building issue and not specific to the apartment. The water was warming up within about an hour of trying so if we had had more time, it would have been fine.
