• Daisy (8/5): Great affordable Tulum beach option that feels more boutique than big hotel. More pools than expected (3 if you include - Clean & stylish beach and jungle bungalows in a good location with the benefit of using the wider Hotel Panamera facilities. Super friendly staff, local Go Mart right next door with easy walking distance to good choice of more restaurants Didn’t realise that quite a lot was adult only (we were travelling with 2 kids). Shower pressure was poor and took a long time to heat up. Missed hooks or a towel ladder (which was in a lot of the pictures) as there were 4 of us and no where to hang any towels / anything. Also restaurant (which was nice setting and yummy tacos) was limited off season and closed some days (and as well for a private function). Felt the trips offered / recommended were over priced vs what you could get outside, but got some really good restaurant recommendations. Probably stood out more as visited a bit off season when weather was not great and beach very windy (+seasweed season) as it’s in a great location.
• Derek (8/5): Decent rooms right on the beach. - Room was nice facing towards the ocean so always had a nice breeze. We ate dinner here on our first night and it was a huge disappointment. Tacos and pizza were very underwhelming and very expensive. We ate elsewhere are other evenings.

Que en la página te lo venden como si tuviera playa y no es asi, tienes que cruzar la avenida si quieres entrar pero nos dijeron que para ocuparla necesitas hacer un consumo de mil ppr persona al menos en el bar o restaurante. , el precio bien para lo que es pero ten8a otra idea denlo que era pprque los comentarios que vi no se refieren al Tuup sino al que esta enfrente.
• Antonny Guerra (6/5): The only good thing was the room - The room was close to, if not on, the beach. So the location was very pretty and the room and bathroom was pretty big and clean. We stayed on the beach side in room 1. Most of the rooms in Tuup are located on the other side of the road. All credit to the cleaning ladies! They were great!! Everything else was absolute shit. If you expect the bare minimum with service etc you're going to be disappointed. If you have absolutely ZERO expectations you're going to be pleasantly surprised.

• DP (9/5): TUUP UNA OPCIÓN RELAJADA Y CÓMODA EN BOCA PAILA - El personal de desk fue muy amable y siempre dispuestos a ayudar (Sasi, Hector y Angie). Resolvieron todas nuestras situaciones de forma favorable El servicio de Wifi puede mejorar. Dar opciones de almohadas mas cómodas (no tan altas). La primera habitación a la que llegamos estaba cruzando la calle, no tiene vista al mar y se escuchaba mucho ruido. Afortunadamente nos pudieron reubicar.
• meijer (5/5): Kommer inte rekommendera till andra. - Parkeringspersonalen hjälpsamma o trevliga. Övrig personal inte speciellt trevliga. Killen i baren väldigt otrevlig. Rummen var fuktiga, gick inte att få badkläder och handdukar torra. Det stod att det skulle vara stora dubbelsängar, vilket det inte var. Tuup Tulum gäster var inte deras prio, allt fokus på Panamera gästerna.

Tuup Tulumgäster var väldigt bortprioriterade, endast fokus på Panamera gäster. Mycket förbud och begränsningar, och störig musik. Och skyhöga priser i baren.

The size of the room was excellent! Not the fault of the hotel but the weather turned very cold and we need many blankets

Suite aux récents commentaires des frigos ont été installés Le bruit : la musique du club de plage dont dépend Tuup: de la musique d’ascenseur lounge de 8h du matin jusque tard dans la nuit… alors qu’il n’y a personne dehors le soir en raison du vent. La cabane est très très très mal isolée (la grand en avant sur la plage) le vent s’engouffre dans l’hébergement au point de faire voler les rideaux. Nous avons dû demanders des couettes ! En choisissant cette partie de l’établissement, vous êtes relégué en 3e classe : pas de petit déjeuner (il vous en coûtera 25€!!!!!! Par personne, pas le droit à la piscine de m hôtel, il faut traverser la rue pour aller dans une « baignoire »…. Bref bof bof.

Personnel souriant, à l'écoute. J'apprécie le style minimaliste et simple de la chambre, mais cela ne doit pas se faire au détriment du confort. • Bernard (4/5): Panamera and Tuup are examples of why people aren't returning to Tulum in the off season - The location is great. Staff at Panamera (Tuup is the poor cousin of Panamera) are really lovely. Which I why I'm loathe to write this bad review, but I feel compelled to. Tuup is so poorly maintained - even after the slow season. The hotel had the entire slow season to get things right, and didn't. I had a curtain falling off, stains on the walls, a bathroom with flaking paint. I raised these points with management and offered my phone number to discuss further but they were disinterested. It seems that management are just riding off the coat tails of Tulum and think tourists will pay whatever and won't care about quality. Only thing is, the prices are so high that it's not rustic charm - just bad value.

Ce qui se passe en réalité c'est que Tupp tulum est l'hotel "cheap" du groupe Panamera et que les transates sont réservés aux clients de l'hôtel Panamera en priorité. J'ai du me plaindre à 4 personnes pour finalement pouvoir en profiter...
• Eva (9/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato per 12 notti presso il Tuup Tulum siamo una famiglia di due adulti e due ragazze. La posizione è eccellente direttamente sulla spiaggia. Molto apprezzata la possibilità di poter usufruire dei servizi dell'hotel Panamera. Consiglio di prenotare i bungalow sulla spiaggia anche se con un po di supplemento in quanto gli altri sono sulla strada. Il primo bungalow che ci hanno assegnato era molto rumoroso ma sono stati gentilissimi a spostarci in uno piu interno dal quale non sentivamo piu i rumori della strada. I prezzi del ristorante e delle escursioni decisamente alti. Il primo giorno abbiamo pagato 80 euro in 4 solo per la colazione

The hotel and beach are fine and everyone was very friendly, but our bungalow had the look and comfort of an autopsy suite. We left after the first of our two nights and returned to Akumal which is far nicer, and you don't need a second mortgage to have dinner. Being asked to hand over the keys to our hire car so they could move it from the parking space if they needed to - potential insurance nightmare. The only other option was to agree to be on call night and day if they needed the car moved. The food and drink prices. The flimsy lock on our room door

• Katalin (10/5): Heavenly beach hideaway in Tulum - We stayed in Tuup 1 (ground floor) and Tuup 2 (second floor) - both rooms were wonderful!! Quaint rustic cabin on the outside, minimalist but elegant on the inside. Steps from the ocean, listening to the waves, and walking right into the beach from the door! Everything was spotless, super comfortable beds, great air conditioning / fans, nice hot shower to rinse off the sea and sand. The view was incredible especially from the second floor balcony - you were amongst the palm trees watching the waves roll in and a gorgeous sun rise every morning. There is a nice private beach area with confortable sunny and shaded seats, with great privacy. Right next door is the beautiful Panamera Hotel where you do your checkin and can use their wonderful facilities such as a lovely restaurant, drinks on the beach etc. We can’t say enough about the staff and the wonderful service, from our welcome drink, help with the luggage, spotless house-cleaning, personalized friendly service in the restaurant and on the beach. The communication with the team ahead of time was prompt and very helpful - thank you for recommending Laura’s Transfers for all our transport needs we had during our stay. We can’t wait to come back again! Just a word of caution - the stairs to the second floor room are tricky, not suited for folks with any mobility issues.

• Leslie (8/5): Our little bungalow on the beach was paradise. - The location was awesome, staff was exceptional especially Salcelia and food so good. I liked it so much but having a faucet or a bucket to rinse our feet would have been helpful. Also having citronella candles for us to light yo keep mosquitos away. Food was on pricey side.
• lorene (8/5): Beautiful hotel but rooms to improve a bit - The Panamera hotel that is the main hotel is beautiful. Pool and beach club, bar are amazing. And you can enjoy everything. The Tuup is very cute with a small pool and decoration is minimalist. And free bikes, which was very convenient. Please add a few things in the room. I love minimalism but that’s extreme! Nothing to hang towels, no hair dryer, no mirror next to an outlet so you do your hair without seeing what you are doing. No safe. The noise from the street and the pool water pump is also disturbing.

• laurence (10/5): Exceptionnel - C’est superbe. Notre bungalow donnait sur la mer et la vue était exceptionnelle. L’équipe a été aux petits soins pour nous. La chambre n’était pas suffisamment éclairée. L’ambiance tamisée est très cocooning mais pour faire les bagages à 20 h c’est compliqué. L’eau de la douche pas très chaude.

• Vicki (10/5): The perfect place to stay on Tulum beach - A beautiful location on Tulum Beach. Tuup Tulum rooms are a part of the Panamera Hotel directly next door, and we had access to all of the facilities. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable with good quality pillows. We ate in the restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the food was exceptional. Yes, it is expensive compared to the rest of Mexico, but we knew that before we booked. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. Special shout out to Erick and Armondo. It would've been good to have a brush to remove sand from our feet before entering the room. There are no window coverings in the bathroom therefore guests on the upper balcony in the villa next door could see us in the mirror.

Di conseguenza, si può usufruire di tutti i servizi dell’hotel (parcheggiatore, lettini, noleggio bici e golf kart gratuiti). Il nostro bungalow era molto spazioso e pulito, non era direttamente sulla spiaggia ma disponeva di una piscina praticamente privata. Lo staff é gentilissimo, arrivati ci hanno offerto due margarita di benvenuto. Prezzi per mangiare e bere un po’ alti, ma in linea con la zona.

• BA585 (6/5): Okay, aber meiner Ansicht nach, überteuert - Das Rezeptionspersonal war mega freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sauberer schöner Strand. Klimaanlage vorhanden. Doppelzimmer war sehr groß. Die sehr gute Bewertung entsteht nur auf Grund des extrem freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Rezeptionspersonal. Preis-Leistung meiner Ansicht nach nicht annähernd in Ordnung. Selbst für Tulum Verhältnisse meiner Meinung nach zu teuer. Im reduzierten Online-Angebot waren es für das Doppelbettzimmer immer noch knapp 120€/Nacht; Ohne Frühstück! Keine Hand-/Badetuchhalter im Bad. Nur ein Mini Spiegel im Bad. Kein großer Spiegel im ganzen Doppelzimmer. Matratze war nach meinem Empfinden zu hart. Definitiv war diese zu kurz. Schätzungsweise max. 1,90m. Mit 1,92m stieß man mit dem Kopf am Ende an und die Fersen waren über dem Ende der Matratze. Das auf den Bildern wirkende Bad ist nur eine Duschwanne. Duschgel, Shampoo und evtl. Haarconditioner stehen bereit. Allerdings sind die dunklen Spender nicht beschriftet und man weiß vor dem ausprobieren nicht, was in welchem Spender enthalten ist. Die Vorhänge sind aus dünnem billig wirkendem Material. Diese überdecken die Fenster soweit, dass ein Reinschauen schwierig wird. Allerdings haltet es die Sonne kaum ab. Morgens war es somit trotz geschlossener Vorhänge sehr hell im Zimmer. Das Doppelzimmer liegt auf der anderen Straßenseite direkt an der Straße im 1.OG man hört die Straßengeräusche deutlich. Morgens ist der Verkehrslärm kaum auszuhalten. Man sollte eher die innenliegenden Doppelzimmer mit Poolblick, oder auf der anderen Seite die Bungalows am Strand buchen, da könnte der Straßenlärm evtl. etwas gedämpfter sein. Für den hohen Preis erwarte ich deutlich mehr Ausstattung. Auch war z.B. kein Fernseher im Raum. (Braucht man zwar nicht zwingend, wäre aber schön gewesen um die Straßengeräusche zu übertönen. Beachclub ist meiner Ansicht nach preislich auch zu teuer. Man kann die Anlage von dem Hotel Panamera mit nutzen. Grundsätzlich schön. Aber auch meiner Ansicht nach zu überteuert. Beachclub konnte man an dem Tag nicht nutzen, da der ganze Bereich für eine Hochzeit reserviert und für nicht geladene Gäste kein Zugang gestattet war. Rooftop Bar ca. 9€ das kleine Bier. Kleines Frühstück für 2 Personen über 40€.

• Hanna (9/5): Viihdyimme kokonaisuuudessa hyvin. - Tyyli ja sijainti. Kiva, että viereisestä Panamerasta sai ostettua aamupalan ja pääsisi drinkille heidän ihanaan rantabaariin. Hotelli oli myös todella hiljainen tähän aikaan vuodesta eli lokakuun puolivälissä ja olimme aina ainoat uima-altaalla. Jokunen torakka oli huoneessa, mutta toki oli kaikista kostein kausi ja hotelli on rannalla, viidakossa, mikä on ihanaa ja huoneemme katutasossa eli ehkä tuo on normaalia. Huone siivottiin kyllä päivittäin ja oli hyvin siisti muuten. Tuup Tulumin rantatuolit voisivat olla myös hiukan kivempia ja samantyyppisiä kuin Panameran (koska hotellit ovat yhdessä muutenkin). Mekin menimme Tuupiin emmekä Panameraan vain siksi, että Panamera on adults only ja meillä oli mukana teinityttöremme.

• Chiara (9/5): - Vista la bassa stagione ci hanno offerto un upgrade gratuito in una casetta fronte spiaggia e ci hanno permesso di usare la piscina e il beach club dell’Hotel Panamera (che normalmente sono a pagamento). La camera era molto pulita. Era la stagione del sargasso, ma la spiaggia davanti all’albergo veniva pulita regolarmente. Sarebbe da specificare meglio la posizione delle casette, quella che avevamo prenotato inizialmente (e rispetto alla quale poi ci hanno fatto l’upgrade) abbiamo scoperto solo una volta arrivati che era dall’altra parte della strada rispetto al mare. Abbasserei il volume della musica del beach club.

• Patricia (9/5): Un bel endroit plein de charmes - Conforme aux photos On a pu profiter des équipements de l hôtel Panamera avec sa belle piscine paisible et beach club très cocooning Personnel +++ Un frigo dans la chambre pour conserver de l eau fraîche serait un plus Les sargasses qui envahissent Tulum a cette période mais l hôtel n y est pour rien.
• AUDE (7/5): Très bel hôtel décoré avec goût, emplacement proche de restaurants. Vélo à disposition un plus. Par contre les algues ne - L’hôtel était très bien décoré avec goût. Les chambres étaient belles mais absolument rien pour poser ses affaires (serviettes, bureau …) pas de frigidaire dans la chambre le minimum.
• Pornin (9/5): Un hôtel très bien avec un personnel très serviable. - Malgré un surclassement la chambre ne nous convenait pas à cause des odeurs dégagée par l'invasion de Sargasses. On nous a gentiment redonné la chambre que nous avions louée au départ. L'équipe est Très attentive et fait au mieux pour sa clientèle. C'est très appréciable. De plus nous avons pu laisser notre voiture jusqu'à 16h30 car nous avions une visite sur la journée complète. Là encore nous avons vraiment apprécié le geste . Le lit un peu dur dur à notre goût

• Eric (9/5): great hotel, best hotel we have had - best hotel we have slept in, in 3 weeks Mexico. We had an beach room, with sand, view, sound of the sea and everything you would expect. Besides that, 2 pools, a restaurant, a bar, beach chairs and beds, super staff, we were really their guest. sargassum, mosquito's (but that is both not the fault of the hotel) and a bit far of the center of Tulum Beach, if one could speak of a center. Besides that, Tulum Beach is quite expensive, which is no problem if all expectations are met but given the uninfluenceable forces of nature (sargassum & mosquitos) it sometimes did hurt a bit, when the credit card smoked

• Michael (10/5): Wonderful staff and an excellent, quiet location - Very clean and right on the beach. No complaints here.
• George (7/5): Lovely chic hotel! - The location of this property was perfect! The facilities were really nice - access to the 2 pools, rooftop, and beach front. The front desk lady with curly hair ( i forgot her name ) was very welcoming. She gave us margaritas as welcome drinks because she noticed that my boyfriend had a melt down. Love that personal service. They also provide parking and bicycles. The staff at the bar and service was amazing. The rooms we stayed in were clean. However, you should avoid the second floor bungalows. It was so dusty and not clean. Had a lot of droppings from the ceiling. Good thing, this lady at the front desk moved us to a very nice room at the Panamera which was sooo nice. The staff at the front desk and reservations were nice but I didn’t like how they made us move from one room to another and to another. We were in the second floor bungalow on our first night and it was so dusty and a lot of droppings from the ceiling/roof.

• Acs13 (10/5): Great and going back in December! - The location is perfect - right on the beach. The bungalow is old school Tulum- very rustic but comfy. Since it is owned by Panamera, you can use all of their facilities which are great. I cannot say enough about the staff- they go above and beyond to make you feel at home. I had stayed there in December and two of the waitstaff, David and Alberto, remembered me by name and gave me a huge hug! Also, Miguel. the restaurant manger, is a huge asset. He is welcoming and chats with every guest. I am now a loyal guest and will be staying at either Tuup or Panamera every future visit to Tulum (2x a year). The pillows :) a bit hard.
• Alexia (10/5): Excellent and relaxing experience - We stayed in one of the bungalows across the road and it was absolutely lovely, both inside and out! As soon as you walk into the room, there’s an amazing smell and the space is minimalist and clean, with comfy beds. You have access to Hotel Panarema's facilities, which was a fantastic bonus. The staff member told us that the room was very simple and minimalistic. Maybe a hook here and there would have helped, but it was nothing major.

• Hector (10/5): Coming back it’s always a pleasure and we felt really welcome! Even remembering our names made a difference! - We loved that every corner was carefully designed; design , service and location are element that makes it outstanding! Understaff even on really busy days didn’t help the waiters to give an outstanding service.
• Natalia (10/5): Amazing beach front location - The location was perfect, the room was very nice and the beach was amazing! Super clean and comfortable. The daily yoga class was the most amazing experience we had! You had to cross the road in order to get coffee :( But the coffee was good 😊
