• Balaji (1/5): - None You will be shocked when you see the entrance itself. You can't get a chance to get your money refunded. You will be provided with a room not mentioned in the photos.
• Sinem (3/5): - Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und freundlich, und hat war auch immer da für Fragen. Auch die Lage ist gut falls man am Bahnhof bleiben will.(und man konnte den Lotusturm aus dem Balkon sehen!) Leider war es schmutzig und das Hotel schwierig zu finden, weil der Eingang über eine Garage ging. Außerdem konnten wir leider die ganze Nacht nicht durchschlafen weil wir krabbelgeräusche in den Wänden und in der Decke gehört haben:(
• Olha (7/5): - Было чисто Администратор помог с такси до аэропорта ночью Когда мы заселились, оплату картой произвести нельзя было, только наличными. У нас была сумма как в рупиях, так и в долларах. Сдачи в долларах у администратора не было, купюры которые мы предложили в рупиях, ему не понравились, потому что были немного надорванные (2 купюры), пару миллиметров. Принимать не захотел, сказал: вы же пойдете гулять, разменяете. Мы обошли город в 8 км, так и не поменяли. После этого вернулись в номер, и только когда сказала что не получилось поменять, он взял их. В номере отсутствует шумоизоляция. Окна были закрыты, но ощущалось, что спали с открытыми окнами. Отель было не просто найти, вход с парковки

• Lester (8/5): Perfect for my 1 night stay in Colombo - Very cheap and simple. The room was clean and basic but fine for a 1 or 2 night stay in the city. The property owner was very friendly and helpful. I did not like the location, very hard to find and had to walk through an eerie underground car park to find the property upstairs. Also almost no natural light in the room.

• Anthony (10/5): Central location and comfortable - We were welcomed warmly by our host. She accommodated for us arriving out of work hours. The place is nicely set up with tea making facilities. The bedroom is very comfortable and clean. Located close to the railway station and bus terminal. We would stay again. Entrance to the guest house is a little difficult to locate.

• PASCALE (6/5): - The property is on the 3rd floor of a building without lift. I didn’t see any mention of that on booking. My partner is partly disable and it was a struggle for him to reach the place. There was no one at the reception to help us to carry the luggage, 2 young girls who were staying in the room next door helped us, bless them ! The entrance of the property is through an old parking space not welcoming at all.

• Cristina (8/5): Great location in Colombo - Lovely host waiting for us arriving after midnight, clean room, great location near Train Station and only 10 mins away from cool restaurants, coffee places and bars. A good value-for-money place when coming to Colombo
• Victoria (2/5): Cercano a la estación pero caro por la calidad - Nada El precio es alto en comparación con todos los hoteles en los que he estado en Sri Lanka. La ubicación puede decirse que está cerca de la estación pero donde se encuentra da repelús. Tienes que entrar por una cochería oscura y llena de cuervos. Tienes que subir varios pisos hasta llegar al piso donde está la habitación. La habitación estaba limpia pero se escuchaban los animales caminando encima del techo y el lugar para salir de noche daba bastante miedo.
• Wood-Rich (6/5): Discount accommodation, fairly central, comfortable and spacious for the price - We enjoyed our stay with Rhani at Urban Deck, she was super nice and accommodating and our room was simple but clean and fairly spacious and we were very comfortable there I would have liked to have a kettle in the room for tea, coffee, ramen etc but, there was a communal kitchen available that provided a shared facilities so it was never really an issue. Be mindful that the entrance to the building is from an undercover garage accessed from the back laneway as opposed to the front of the building
• Keiko (5/5): - ロケーションはいいです。ヒルトンのすぐ横で、観光地にアクセスしやすく動きやすいです。紅茶やコーヒーが飲める共用のバルコニーも気持ちいいです。フロントの方も親切でお水やトイレットペーパーをくれました。 夜遅くに到着して、まさか現金支払いとは思わず、連泊なのに次の朝９時までに銀行に寄って現金をおろしてきて支払いするように、と言われたことは辛かったです。長いフライトのあとで、本当はゆっくり寝て朝ごはんを町で食べたかったからです。実際、銀行やATMは機能しておらず、いくつかの周辺の銀行を歩き回り、両替所を探して換金して戻るまでに1時間無駄にしました。午後でも良かったなら、朝もリラックスでき、朝ご飯も外で食べられたのに、、、。 また値段の割にはアメニティが無さすぎてびっくりしました。タオルはもう少し質の良いものだと快適度がアップします。シャンプー、ボディソープ、コンディショナー？すべてとても小さな透明のボトルに入っており、表示がないため、どれが何なのかさっぱりわかりません。洗面所のグラスの底が汚なかったり、エアコンのフィルターが掃除されていないのは気になりました。あとは入口が怖いです。

Was disgustingly with extremely unhinged scary owner would have been over pri - Not much, but we chose on location for Qatar office to sort out return ticket after 2 cancelled flights Room itself was comfortable and clean Nice terrace overlooking the photo of building in their photo which was deceptive, a bank over the road. Access was through a rat infested dirty underground car part, 3 floors up. The owner immediately demanded payment. When found the property with difficulty, the owner was v rude.in mind that how the access was property we asked to see the room. She went ballistic screaming and shouting at us, we couldn’t get a word in, she would not stop told us to get out. Eventually she calmed down and let us stay. In any other circumstances we would have left but having travelled 3 hours to get there dragged cases up all the stairs were just too tired. We only chose as was short walk to twin towers, the oriental hotel was same price but too far to walk for me as partiely disabled Rannee? Was rude nasty aggressive very very load screaming out of control, all we did was ask nicely to see the room before paying. This has never ever happened to us before in the hundreds of bookings with booking.com Building was dilapidated old building with multiple businesses inside. Large rats running round carpark had easy access to stairs,

• Arestova (1/5): - Ничего Меня выгнали из отеля, выбросив мои вещи, даже не заселив. За день до заселения я писала в отель всё ли в порядке с моей бронью и номером. Мне ответили, что да. Но когда я приехала в отель, меня хотели заселить под крышей и без выхода в ванную комнату напрямую в номере, чтобы попасть в туалет, надо было выйти из комнаты и в другую дверь войти в туалет, причём рядом был номер с двухярусными кроватями (хостел), который, по всей видимости тоже пользовались этой ванной комнатой. У меня был забронирован семейный номер делюкс, он был не дешёвый, но разницу в цене мне вернуть отказались. Администратор была очень грубая и даже не хотела меня слушать, а только кричала и возмущалась, выбросила мои вещи за дверь отеля и, когда я стучала, не открывала и не хотела отдавать мой телефон, который у меня остался на столике на ресепшене. И она меня обвинила, что я пьяная, хотя я вообще не пью алкоголь, я тренер-преподаватель. Меня возмутил обман со стороны отеля о том, что мой бронированный номер не готов и, если бы они меня предупредили об этом, когда я им писала, то я бы заранее забронировала другой отель. Мне пришлось с чемоданом и вещами спускаться с 4 этажа( отель там расположен) и искать новый свободный отель. И день просмотра Коломбо и отдых был потрачен на это. Читала отзывы об этом отеле и выбрала его за 6 месяцев до поездки, но такого отношения я не ожидала. В результате я нашла отель и дешевле и классом выше и расположение выгоднее, всё рядом было и набережная и вид на Лотос и тд и тп. Писала в службу поддержки букинга что бы они разобрались в этой ситуации, когда я ещё была в отеле, но они мне ответили, когда я уже вернулась домой в Россию. Они подтвердили, что администрация отеля была не права. Отель не рекомендую, за эти деньги можно найти лучше, как я уже писала.

• Olesia (5/5): Може готель і дешевий, але не комфортно щовсім, хіба було б тихо - Чистота кімнати, відношення персоналу і в цілому привітні люди, розмір номеру і зручне велике ліжко Заходити в готель через гараж, відсутність ліфту- тільки сходи на 3 поверх, з великим багажем одній важко, шумно дуже- вночі чути крис на даху, ремонтні роботи були в неділю з 6 ранку, не вдалось відпочити, немає норм вікна і свіжого повітря

• Jacob (5/5): Decent location but very noisy and poor bathroom. - Good location near main Colombo sights. Bed was fairly comfortable. Host was nice. Road noise was very challenging to sleep with. My room also faced a large very bright billboard so had to have the blinds shut the whole time. The windows did nothing to dampen the sound of the busy intersection. Bathroom was also old and not very clean. There was no hot water in the shower at all.

• DS (10/5): Excellent, welcoming and conveniently placed. - Very friendly and helpful staff. The accommodation is basic but clean and very comfortable and only about 15 minutes walk from Colombo Fort train station. It wasn't an issue at all, but the entrance is quite well hidden so look for the signs and then a couple of flights of stairs up.

Ni devoir éviter les rats pour accéder au logement Un accueil horrible par la dame qui s’occupe du logement. Elle nous a hurlées dessus comme jamais ça ne nous est arrivé dans notre vie et dans aucun logement que nous ayons pu faire. Une véritable honte ! Nous sommes arrivées tôt le matin (aux alentours de 9h du matin) dans le logement après que ma mère soit arrivé de France en avion donc fatiguée. La dame nous a dit que le Check in était à 13h et que nous ne pouvions pas avoir la chambre à moins de payer 10€ pour un Check in anticipé. On avait qu’une journée de visite à Colombo donc nous refusons la proposition étant donné qu’on voulait aller visiter. On ne pensait pas que de se poser 30 minutes dans le canapé de l’accueil engendrerait un tel énervement de la dame qui nous a dit de dégager du logement de manière très virulente, que si on ne voulait pas payer les 10€ pour aller dans la chambre, qu’on avait qu’a partir ! Elle nous hurlait dessus sans qu’on puisse en placer une, et sans même comprendre d’où le problème venait. Une véritable agression verbale nous est arrivé, en nous disant de partir et qu’elle nous chargerait doublement les frais. On ne m’a jamais parlé comme ça de ma vie. Elle a commencé à se calmer quand on lui a dit qu’on allait payer, juste pour la faire taire. Dans tous les cas nous ne pouvions pas annuler la réservation c’était trop tard il fallait payer pour annuler. Après avoir passer plus d’un mois au Sri Lanka et avoir rencontrer des personnes si gentilles, ce fut un choc de rencontrer une personne aussi condescendante et méchante. Elle n’a rien voulu écouter, à part me dire d’arrêter de parler, que j’étais dans son pays et de déguerpir de son logement, disant que je lui avais manquer de respect en me relaxant sur le canapé. Je pense que cette femme a un réel soucis, vu que ce n’est visiblement pas la première fois que ça arrive au vu de certains précédents commentaires. Sans parler des rats partout à l’accueil du logement en bas de l’immeuble.

Noi purtroppo non abbiamo dormito ma ci serviva solo come alloggio per avere le valige custodite prima del viaggio e farci un giro a Colombo. Devo dire che lei è stata pazzesca ci ha anche offerto una torta buonissima Non c’è un ascensore. Se avete delle valige pesanti non ve lo consiglio.
• Dana (8/5): Urban Deck worked well for us for an overnight stay near the railway station in Colombo - It was well located near the railway station. The room was very clean and comfortable. It had a great shower and was very quiet at night. The owner was very helpful with information about how to get to the Colombo Fort Railway Station. We didn’t like the entrance to Urban Deck as it was sort of underground parking. Also there were a lot of stairs but very gratefully one of the staff carried them up for us.

• Gianluca (8/5): - Die zentrale Lage war super für Colombo. In Laufdistanz konnte man alles erreichen. Man sollte nicht sehr lärmempfindlich sein.
• SANDRA (5/5): Non lo consiglierei - La posizione centrale rispetto le cose da vedere a Colombo Edificio decadente. Ingresso attraverso un garage con topi, scarafaggi e sporcizia varia. 3 piani di scale per arrivare alla camera. Accoglienza pessima: avevamo l’aereo in tarda serata e non ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli fini alle ore 22, nonostante noi avessimo lasciato la stanza libera alle nove.

• Milten (5/5): - Близость к вокзалу Форт Коломбо, а также к центральной автобусной станции Коломбо. По местным меркам приемлемый уровень цен. Удобная кровать и наличие горячей воды в номере, собственная ванная комната. В номере установлен хороший, современный кондиционер. Есть достаточно большой шкаф для одежды, хотя мне сложно представить людей, которые остановятся здесь более, чем на одну ночь, и потому не совсем понятно для чего он нужен – лучше бы убрали шкаф и заменили его чем-то более полезным. Есть стол, стул и настольная лампа, при желании можно поработать за компьютером. На этом удобства заканчиваются и больше не могу вспомнить что-либо положительное. Во-первых, оплата здесь производится сразу, а не по факту выселения. Думаю многие останавливаются здесь или после длительного перелета, чтобы откиснуть от дальней дороги, либо перед тем как улететь домой с целью прийти в себя и собраться с силами перед дальней дорогой. Оба варианта сопряжены с тем, что путешественнику нужно добраться в отель через город используя местный транспорт с которым плохо, и с ходу на пороге рассчитываться за проживание не очень-то удобно. Во-вторых, и вот на это видимо расчет, хозяйка зачем-то попыталась обмануть на 1000 рупий, переводя сумму в местную валюту. На что я почти сразу указал, открыв курс валюты и калькулятор, после чего она еще раза три или четыре при мне пересчитала сама, и сделала вид, что всё произошло чисто случайно, вернула "лишние" деньги. В-третьих, слабое знание английского языка, сильный акцент, множество слов люди просто не знают. Сложно объяснить человеку что ты хочешь, при том, что за поездку меня три раза похвалили, что меня хорошо понятно. Если ты работаешь в сфере гостиницы – будь добр подтяни знание языка хотя бы до приемлемого. В-четвертых, люди пишут про шумность номеров из-за плохих окон. Поверьте – это не самое плохое. В-пятых, завтра нет, но об этом хотя бы можно понять на сайте. Но есть кухня, а она чаще всего занята хозяйкой. Всё утро перед отъездом, на кухне сидела хозяйка и делала какие-то свои дела с другим гражданином – в итоге не посидеть и не попить спокойно чай или кофе. На весь стол были разложены бумаги, ручки и так далее. Еще хозяйка всегда на месте и в прихожей всегда смотрит телевизор. В-шестых, у людей абсолютно бесполезная аптечка, в которой пластырь и бинт. Попросил градусник – сначала еле поняли что нужно, потом выяснилось, что ничего нет. Толку от аптечки ноль – бутафория. В-седьмых, подъем без лифта на 4-й этаж: в возрасте или с ограничениями – сразу нет. Вход к лестнице через паркинг в цокольной части здания, и выглядит он ужасно. Приложу фото. В-восьмых, канализация засорена.
• AKI (10/5): - 最初は場所が分からず、チャーターのドライバーに電話をかけて貰い到着しました。 外観は古いですが、階段を登ると一番上のフロアーに有ります。 優しいママが出迎えてくれて、色々なアドバイスや気を付ける事を教えてくれたり、相談に乗ってくれます。明るくてしっかりしてて、とてもキュートな女性です！！ フォート駅からはとても近く、10番フォーム側の裏から出るととても近いです。 宿泊所内のセキュリティもしっかりしてるので、女性1人でも安心だと思います。 エアコン付きでシャワーは水圧、温度共に良好でトイレとの仕切りが有るので、日本人の人には嬉しいと思います。 共有スペースにはいつでもお茶やコーヒーが飲めて、レンジや食器類も揃っていて、いつでも使えます。 ママにお願いしたら、冷蔵庫も使わせて貰えます。 荷物預かりもして貰え、チェックアウト後もシャワーを浴びて良いよ。と言ってくれました！！ お勧めです！！
• Soubhagya (7/5): Comfortable but not for great experience - the room was nice and clean and spacious. the location was very strategic. walking distance from dutch hospital. I have had hard time to find the location. there is no proper signboard to show u that u hv reached ur destination. The location looks very dodgy and dark. few dogs around. so if u walk alone at night its scary. Although the room was nice however i didnt feel the great experience. my room was on 3rd floor with narrow staircase. i had to carry my luggage through it and bathroom was outside the room. which is not comfortable considering the price.

• Alexandra (5/5): Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel. - Cet établissement est à 15 min à pied du centre. Il est proche de la gare. À notre arrivé, le propriétaire nous a demander de payer le prix indiquée sur booking (séjour + 3€ de taxe) mais également de payer 5€ supplémentaire de taxe. Après 15 min d’échange il a accepter d’annuler cette taxe sortie de nulle part. La chambre était sale : poussière, insectes, poils sur les draps. La salle de bain n’est guère mieux… : touffe de cheveux dans la douche. L’entrée dans l’hôtel se fait par un parking délabré.

• Giulia (8/5): Carino per una breve sosta a Colombo - La camera è moderna e ha diversi piani di appoggio. La struttura è abbastanza vicina al centro, raggiungibile a piedi in 15 minuti. Inoltre, gli host sono molto gentili e disponibili. Abbiamo ritardato il nostro check in a notte fonda e non hanno battuto ciglio. Anche il giorno successivo ci hanno indicato dove poter prelevare contanti, quali attrazioni visitare nei dintorni e ci hanno permesso di lasciare i nostri zaini in custodia. L'ingresso è veramente angusto e fatiscente, se fossi stata da sola probabilmente avrei evitato, anche se non sembra pericoloso. Il bagno potrebbe essere sistemato. Inoltre la stanza affaccia sulla strada quindi se siete sensibili al rumore del traffico potrebbe non fare per voi.

• Michael (6/5): Central location but hard to sleep. - Very central location. Good service, nice staff who waited up late for us to arrive. Very noisy at night, there is a lot of noise from the traffic down below and the windows do not block it out. When it rained the sound of the rain on the tin roof made it impossible to sleep. Also, not very clean.

Disponibilità dei proprietari a tenere i bagagli nell’ early check in L accesso alla struttura eccessivamente difficile per mancanza di segnalazione su dove sia l ingresso anche usando Google maps. Si accede da un garage vicino ad un sottopasso.

• Pavel (5/5): - Удобное месторасположение, чистый номер При входе в гостиницу гора мусора и крысы, окна номера выходили на проезжую часть - нет никакой звукоизоляции, с 6 утра невозможно спать, так как очень интенсивный трафик под окнами. На обратном пути из Тринкомали решили остановиться ещё раз в этом отеле, так как он рядом с ж/д вокзалом. Забронировали номер, связались с хозяйкой, сообщили, что приедем в 4 утра. Бронирование нам подтвердили, написали, что будут ждать, но , приехав в 4 утра, нам не открыли двери отеля. Оставили нас на улице. Пришлось в 4 утра искать отели, где круглосуточно работает ресепшен, ну и конечно, есть места.
• lerro (9/5): Breve passaggio a Colombo - La posizione, la gestione della signora Natasha. La cucina in comune dove è possibile prepararsi la colazione o altro. La struttura è tenuta bene. L’unico inconveniente e confermo quanto già scritto nelle precedenti recensioni che l’ingresso alla struttura lascia un po’ a desiderare, ma è solo una zona di passaggio del resto ci sono anche altre strutture sempre con lo stesso ingresso, ma penso che questa sia una delle migliori. Nella camera dove ho soggiornato darei una sistemata al bagno .

• Emilie (5/5): Passable pour une étape proche gare - Très bien situé Aucune instruction d arrivée et vraiment pas évident à trouver (heureusement après vérification sur Google maps une personne avait pris la peine d’indiquer comment accéder au logement, encore moins facile après 24h de voyage et arrivée de nuit) 4 étages à monter dans un parking non éclairé heureusement nous sommes jeunes. Pas d’eau chaude et la chambre n’était pas celle que nous avions réservée Dommage pas de petit déjeuner proposé

The common area is well equipped with a kitchen and common dining and seating area. The host was very responsive. There was no fan in the room. Being located on the third floor without an elevator made it difficult to carry heavy bags up and down.

• Natália (8/5): - Da simpatia dos anfitriões. Da varanda e do café. Estar perto de muito do que há a visitar em Colombo. Muitas escadas, com malas tipo troley... não é fácil. Mas tudo se faz. Também não é fácil dar com a entrada porque é pelas traseiras e um género de garagem. Mas há pessoas simpáticas por ali que explicam.
• Jacqueline (9/5): Really nice place to stay - Spotlessly clean and really comfortable bed. I arrived in the middle of the night and the hosts came to greet me as the tuk tuk driver was struggling to find the entrance. Great location - you can easily walk to lots of places. Little kitchen very clean and useful, with free tea and coffee, kettle and microwave for guests. Overall a great place to stay in Colombo. The entrance was very hard to find, I suggested that they get bigger signs which Rani will try to organise. The entrance is off a backstreet via a downstairs garage area which is quite dirty and not very nice, but this isn’t part of the property so there is nothing they can do about it. Once you get upstairs into Urban Deck it’s really nice.

• Guest (5/5): Je n’y remettrai pas les pieds. - Le lit était confortable. Proche de Pettah Market. L’entrée est déplorable (entrée par un garage sale et délabré). La salle de bain n’était pas propre: moisissure sur la douche, verre sale, savon dans un plastique ouvert et déjà utilisé. La responsable était tout sourire jusqu’à ce qu’on paie, puis était pressée que l’on parte le jour suivant, malgré s’être mis d’accord avec elle qu’on laisserait nos sacs et reviendrait (vol tard le soir). L’hôtel est situé à un carrefour bruyant, dans une zone peu agréable pour se balader à pied, avec peu d’options pour boire ou manger quelque chose tout près.
