• K. Bartsch (8/5): - Sehr schönes Hotel mit persönlichem Feeling. Hervorragendem Essen und Frühstück. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gute gelegen um Wismar, Rostock und anderes zu erkunden. Alles bestens.
• Frith (9/5): A special place, peaceful and beautiful. - We loved staying here. It was so peaceful and quiet, lovely surroundings and a beautiful building. Our room was comfortable and contained everything we needed. Breakfast was great, very classy. Staff were super friendly too.

• Sven (9/5): Einfach ein tolles Erlebnis in diesem tollen Landgut, diesem kleinen Schloss, sich als Schlossherr zu fühlen absolut emp - Außergewöhnliches Domizil. Hervorragende Küche. Sehr nettes Personal, viel über das Schloss erfahren und es ist einfach ein Traum in der Bibliothek abends zu sitzen, einen Wein zu trinken, die Weine sind übrigens hervorragend… Die Zimmer sind außergewöhnlich toll, großzügig geschnitten und die Lage ist atemberaubend. Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden

• Maria (7/5): Vackert slott med fin trädgård. Mycket vänlig personal - Vackert slott och fantastisk yttre miljö. Rummet , en svit, var väldigt opersonligt och beige. Inget unikt kunde ha varit vilket rum som helst, var som helst. Lite synd på en så unik plats med den historiken kring slottet. Kunde ha varit det där lilla extra boendet med en mer en tidsenlig miljö för slottet. I övrigt bra. Mycket vänlig personal. Duschslangen var för kort för att kunna duscha korrekt. Mycket konstigt lösning.

• Lucja (9/5): A historical property in deep, deep provice - very quiet and charming - The castle is located in a small, quiet village where nothing happens - no shops, no bars, almost no people outside, a very special experience. A large, beautiful garden and plenty of roads among fields and woods for long walks. Just a few spacious rooms, few guests, very quiet. Good dinner when the restaurant is not closed. Staff speaking limited English, which is actually cool. In the evening there is no staff, you get a key and are on your own, which gives a feeling of visiting some distant relatives in the countryside rather than staying at a hotel. Restaurant was closed on Sunday with no other option for dinner - we arrived by bike and did not feel like cycling all the way to Wismar. A simple bread, cheese and cold cuts were offered. The hotel charges 6,5 euro (or maybe even more) for a bottle of water - this is excessive.

• Pralon-wissinger (9/5): A great place to be for discovering this wonderful area of Mecklenburg Vorpommern - The hotel is perfectly situated near to Wismar but in the middle of a peaceful countryside. The breakfast is excellent as well as the diner served in a wonderful dinning room. The rooms are very comfortable with nice relaxing areas. The bibliotheque is really a great place to be. the only thing which was a little disturbing was the bad connection from the room with internet. Seems to be a problem with all other rooms. The only place to connect was the bibliotheque.
• Nick (9/5): Wonderful Country House Experience - Beautifully renovated manor house in charming grounds. The staff were uniformly cheerful and helpful, and my room was both spacious and comfortable. Sadly, the Wi-Fi connection in my room flickered between non-existent and, at best, very poor. There is no excuse for this in an hotel these days.
