Our reservation was cancelled only two hours before our arrival, leaving us stranded with almost no time to find alternative accommodation. As a result, we ended up having to pay nearly four times more for another place at the last minute. What made the situation even worse was that they asked us to cancel the booking ourselves so they could still receive payment, which felt completely inappropriate and dishonest. After that, they stopped responding to our messages entirely and offered no assistance, explanation, or apology. The lack of communication, professionalism, and basic customer service caused a great deal of unnecessary stress during our trip. I would strongly advise future guests to be cautious before booking this property.

• Matthew (1/5): I regret staying there. I just hope the bed bugs did not get into the luggage. - Location is close to center of the city. Bed bugs, couch bed was broken (all mounting hardware for the mattress supports were missing), towels were wet, drug use outside the building door in the evening, and used syringes, pills, and blood on the ground outside the building door in the morning. Although I think used needles and blood outside is bad enough, the bed bugs were the absolute worst part. The dermatologist and dermatology clinic visits and medicine will cost more than the two-day stay. Also, the bed bug bites are lasting over a week and are incredibly painful, in addition to being very itchy.

ALLES VIEL TEGEN Het beviel niet het stonk allees plakte wat je aanraakte Volgengens ons waren de bedden gebruikt en niet verschoond eerst een uur bezig om de sleutel te krijgen ik wilden daar niet slapen met mijn kinderen zo goor dan staat in de beschrijving dat er een airco was die was een niet enkelt een vieze ventilator Ik raad iedereen af om dit te huren vies buurt veel ongure types en prostitutie zwervers Wij hebben ook geen geld terug gehad !!!! Wij zijn naar een schoon Ibis hotel gegaan met ontbijt en echte airco voor zelfde geld
• Komi Ignéza (3/5): Beaucoup de courage aux prochains occupants - Rien à aimer, l'appartement était très sale. La propreté n'y était pas. Concernant les équipements, ce n'était pas tout ce qui est cité qu'on y retrouve: pas de micro-onde, pas de sèche cheveux. Rien à aimer. On dirait que le four n'a pas été entretenu depuis plusieurs années de même que pour les couverts. Trop de poussière dans la chambre qui ne semble pas être nettoyée entre le dernier occupant et nous, n'en parlons pas de la terrasse. Attention à ne pas se faire avoir aussi comme nous, il n'y a qu'une chambre ou se trouve tout: lit à 2 places assez vieillot, lit canapé (pas simple à utiliser), cuisine avec les équipements de cuisine incomplets.Aucun rapport entre ce qui est présenté sur les photos descriptives et la réalité. Aucun rapport qualité prix.

• Abdaljabbar (1/5): Alles behalve lux, vuil. - Toen ik de foto's van het hotel online zag, leek het me een mooie en luxe plek om te verblijven. Helaas bleek de werkelijkheid totaal anders. De bedden waren vuil en zagen eruit alsof ze uit een oud museum kwamen absoluut niet fris of comfortabel. De wasmachine werkte niet, wat erg vervelend was tijdens mijn verblijf. De lift voelde alsof hij uit het jaar 2001 kwam, met een rammelend gevoel alsof hij elk moment kon uitvallen. Ik heb daardoor meerdere keren de trap moeten nemen met mijn koffers. Ook de koffiemachine was een teleurstelling: kleiner dan een glas en werkte nauwelijks. Het hele verblijf had niets te maken met luxe, zoals op de foto's werd beloofd. Ik raad dit hotel niet aan voor wie op zoek is naar comfort of een zorgeloze ervaring. Noem u zelf geen lux meer!

• Tatjana (10/5): Exceptional - The room was wonderful! Very clean and had everything we needed. 10 minutes from the city center with a nice view. The host was very kind and helpful. Special credit to him for having an extra set of new toothbrushes in the bathroom as we forgot to bring our own. 10/10 Would definitely recommend.
• Indrė (6/5): Pleasant - Location, the view from the balcony Everything would be fine, but the apartment lacks cleanliness. All surfaces appeared poorly cleaned or not cleaned at all. The floor in the room and the bathroom were dirty! The shower was also not clean, so we had to clean ourselves before using it. I recommend cleaning the apartment well before guests arrive and everything will be great! Good luck! p.s. in the evening around the house and at the entrance there were homeless people, possibly drug addicts, who are really unpleasant to walk past!
