• Dervla (10/5): Lovely Hosts - The guesthouse is excellent located in city centre right beside the national museum and royal palace. It is family run and the staff are so king and genuinely interested to engage with it's visitors and have a conversation. The rooms are basic as advertised but for such a central location in a capital city the price cannot be beat and it's good value for money.

• Ilse (8/5): Schone, basic kamer met heerlijk bed - Het bed is heerlijk zacht, het lekkerste waar ik tot nu toe in heb geslapen. De douche is goed, een harde warme straal en afgeschermd zodat niet de hele badkamer nat wordt. De kamer was schoon en het hotel ligt op een goede locatie. De airco maakte veel herrie en er is weinig plek voor je spullen.

Pros: - Located within city centre and attractions are at a walking distance - Convienent shops, bars, and restaurants just at the doorstep - despite being close to shops, bars, and restaurants, it was much quieter than my previous stay nearby - it's a standard Asian size double room as advertised with a comfortable king size bed. - Simplicity and quietness of the accommodation - there's an aircon that works well. - room didn't smell.
• Delphine (8/5): A 2 pas de bien des attractions - L emplacement à 2 pas du musée et palais et des bords du tonle sap , Clim (un peu vieillissante) bouilloire (un frigo mais non testé), L hôte a toujours répondu à nos demandes avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Réseau wifi ok La chambre est un peu petite pour 4, on sentait les ressorts d un des lits

It’s a convenient and safe location and then guys are super helpful and kind. Other nearby locations have tried to scam us, but this place and the guys are great. Thanks for always being there.

• Niklas (9/5): Great location and good value for what it is - Great location, right next to the river walk. Lots of good food and cafes nearby. Great view if you get a higher apartment. Note that, as with a lot of guesthouses in SE Asia, there are no elevators. Anyone with mobility issues would have a lot of trouble getting to the higher floors and the stairs can be tricky to navigate in general. If you are able bodied it's fine though, the staff helped get the luggage up and down for me.

• Evangeline (8/5): - there's plenty of space in the room, there's a balcony where you can see the Royal Palace from across the street, plenty of restaurants & food carts nearby too, you'll not get hungry, the owner was nice, he allowed me to change my mode of payment from cash to debit card when I ran out of cash and my card won't work when I tried to withdraw money, he also gave me helpful tips to go about in the city the room was a little run down, the main door handle's broken but still working, the bathroom space is small, if you're a big person you may have issue with the bathroom, I sometimes hear footsteps when another guest uses the stairs but I dont mind (Im so tired so I get to sleep right away) I guess the room needs to be renovated, there's a small fridge in the room but its a little rusty I dont think its wise to put food inside

• Travelfest (9/5): - Great budget option in central location. The rooms with balconies are spacious and yes it's not the Ritz but it's not Ritz price. Kim and his colleague were nice and helpful and helped carry luggage which we appreciated as there are a lot of steps up to top floor.
• Linnea (7/5): Great location, disappointing room - The location was perfect, right near the night market and many restaurants. The staff were very friendly. Our window faced only onto a hallway and the lights were very harsh. There was a terribly strong stench of burnt cooking oil in the kitchen, which rose all the way up to our second floor room one night. The facilities were very basic and the room was very small. The bathroom door would not close properly and the shower drain was clogged.

• KAZUKO (10/5): - 2人での滞在だったのでファミリールームから、翌日はデラックスダブルルームに移動した。眺望が良くてタオルは大きくて清潔。冷凍室付きの冷蔵庫があったので氷を保管できた。雨だったからかもしれないが、部屋のエアコンはよく効いて前日よりも涼しく感じた。 部屋によって差が大きいと感じた。 ロケーションは良くて近くのコンビニで氷が買えるしその近くのエチオピア料理店はおいしくてテイクアウトもできるので便利でおすすめ。 ホステルのせいではないが、早朝にホステル前から乗ったトゥクトゥクがペンギンビル前のバス停まで5000khrと交渉して乗ったのに5$を請求してきた。長時間怒鳴りつけ続けられてバスの時間出発時間が迫ってきたので支払った。予約しておくのが良いと思う。

Stay away - Only the location The room was too small like budget rooms in Hong Kong.A fridge was listed in the room but there was even no space to put a fridge.We had to climb the room with steep metal stairs like a cargo ship, not a building.There was a window but it opened nowhere, no fresh air and there was bad humidity and smell.I wanted the reception to give us the room we booked and paid,he was so rude,kicked us out of the hotel at midnight.We are glad he did it because we found much larger room with real windows and fresh air from the same price. Strictly stay away.

This hotel has a great cost-quality ratio and its location is perfect: close to the Royal Palace and the center of Phnom Penh in general, surrounded by all facilities, bars and restaurants. We always booked the deluxe room with balcony and we really enjoyed the view on the Royal Palace, on skyscrapers and part of the Mekong river. The rooms are spacious, simple but comfortable and with all you need. The owner is a special person: nice and friendly, always happy to help. Last but least: we have always appreciated a lot the bottle of water offered at the arrival. Thanks for this! ❤️ We highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely book here again in case we are back in Phnom Penh. We felt like home! 🥰

• Baha (10/5): I will happily return to Julieka's Guesthouse when I visit Phnom Penh, an excellent guesthouse! - Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful with all requests, just ask for room cleaning, onward travel info, visa info, or things to do and see in Phnom Penh. Clean and quiet room with a comfortable bed. Exceptional room, location, and staff at this guesthouse, change nothing as it was all good!

• zohar (4/5): לא ממש עוזרים לתייר - קרוב לאטרקציות המזוודה שלי הגיע רק לאחר יומיים ונאלצתי להזמין יום נוסף במלון בכדי לחכות למזוודה, במלון ידעו שאני מחכה למזוודה , וביום שהמזוודה הגיע לא טרחו להודיע לי והיא עמדה בקבלה שעתיים וחצי כשאני מחכה למזוודה בקוצר רוח, כשפניתי לחברת הטיסות לאחר יומיים נאמר לי שהיא ממתינה לי במלון, כששאלי את הנהלת המלון, הוא טען שרק כרגע הגיע בהרמת קול, בנוסף כשביקדתי עזרה עם המזוודה הוא עיקם פרצוף וקרא לנהג הטוקטוק.
