Guest Reviews
- Andrew (9/5): Very nice accommodation which was very clean. Did just the job. Would use again - Clean and plenty of space Couldn’t get the microwave to work. May have been user error.
- Philip (9/5): Lovely mobile home by the beach - It was clean, well equipped, and spacious in the living and kitchen area. It was an excellent location for access to the golf course. The bedrooms were small. I guess that's what you're always going to find in a 3 bedroom mobile home. I'm sure that's fine for families staying, but very cramped for two men sharing a room. I was ok, I had the double bed! Originally, there were only going to be 3 of us staying, which would have been better.
Other points - we couldn't find any instructions on anything, and it would have been nice to find some milk and tea and coffee on arrival, but it was difficult to find too much to complain about!
- Allison (10/5): - Van was lovely and equipped with everything you need. Amazing location for beach. Nothing
- Michelle (9/5): Lovely chilled break just what I needed. - Lovely caravan, spotlessly clean. It has everything there for you, games, dvds even some kids beach stuff is stored outside. A stones through away from the beach.
- Debbie (10/5): We had a fab weekend. My granddaughters loved their first caravan holiday and cried when they had to go home. We would d - The caravan was clean and well equipped. There was wine and Easter eggs, as well as dog treats left by the owners for us. Lovely touch!!
- Louise (9/5): Would definitely recommend - The property was clean, beds comfortable and location excellent. Nice welcome gifts and really helpful with any queries we had. Nothing

- Carole (10/5): Great stay at Beach Life. Clean comfortable & cozy - Great location even in autumn. Stay was for a wedding which was perfect for us Nothing
- Jennifer (10/5): Brilliant and will book again - The location. Nothing to hate, but I wasn’t a fan of using the gas stove, but that’s just me
- Douglas (8/5): Quiet and comfortable with excellent host. - Very relaxing stay. Excellent shower.
- Tomasz (10/5): -
- Sharon (10/5): - The location was great, so near the beach and a very quiet area. It was a perfect getaway for us, and the arrival gifts were very much appreciated
- Laura (8/5): Perfect location and really enjoyed my stay. - Ideal location being just metres away from the beach. Property was clean, comfortable and in a nice quiet location in the park. Accommodation had everything I needed for an enjoyable stay. Wasn’t sure how to heat up the gas oven - a wee instruction would have been beneficial.
- James (8/5): -
- Gordon (10/5): - From the accommodation, to the facilities at the park it was perfect. No issues everything is straight forward.
Our DS Directions group for adults with ASN has a fantastic time and created memories for them .
Lots to do in camp and the surrounding areas, caves to explore, lighthouse to visit and a great beach. That we had to go home 😭
- Keast (9/5): - Close to dunes. Clean and homely, all beautifully prepared. .Cosy sitting area. Lovely welcome gift. Design of a Narrow walk way round double bed.

- Lucie (10/5): Silver Sand's best kept secret! - Clear, and timely communication from Margaret. Excellent location - 2 minutes walk onto the beach and 3 minutes to the park facilities. Generously stocked caravan with kitchen utensils, hand soaps in bathrooms and games and books to keep us occupied during rain showers as well as welcoming treats for dogs. There was nothing we didn't like

- Lynne (10/5): Fabulous caravan for a weekend at the beach. - Very clean and cosy with everything we needed to enjoy a weekend at the seaside. The location of the caravan is great, near to the restaurant and play park/swimming pool and very close to the beach too. A lovely veranda to sit on and even some puzzles and games for the children. Lossiemouth is a 30 minute walk along the beach and is a lovely town. We saw some RAF planes too which was exciting!
- Lindsay (10/5): Excellent - Amazing location, quiet and relaxing. Love the dog treats for the dog
- Paul (9/5): We really enjoyed our stay. The caravan was very comfy, clean and well equipped. -
- John (9/5): Superb -
- Hazel (8/5): Just alright - The caravan was beautiful, clean, spacious and has everything you need. Not even a minute walk to the beach. We had lovely extras when we arrived, champagne, chocolates and treats for the dog's. The host went above and beyond.
Now for the park itself. When we went to buy passes for the complex the staff weren't very friendly. Don't know why but wasn't a nice atmosphere. My partner and I went for drinks and to see what entertainment was on. There was no cocktails available what so ever, They were all unavailable. Th
e arcade is very much for small kids and all cashless, absolute rubbish to be perfectly honest. We weren't even in the complex 10 minutes. Not suitable for a family without kids. Unfortunately the weather was terrible when we were there so there wasn't anything else to do and was too miserable to go drives outwith the park. We have actually requested a refund for the passes as they weren't used and was pennies off of £40.
All in all the caravan and host were exceptional but the park/facilities etc was a let down and wouldn't rush back.
- Jim (8/5): Good clean caravan helpful owner and close to were we needed to be - Gifts was a lovely touch on arrival Bedding wasn’t warm enough for time of year
- Jack (10/5): Exceptional -
- Wayne (8/5): Great stay, right on the beach. Dog friendly and comfy caravan. - Lovely clean and tidy caravan.
Well stocked with most things you might need, just need to take your own towels.
Very dog friendly, even provided a few dog snacks.
Close to the sandy beach, so dog took himself for a walk and didn't need the lead.
Enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay there again when visiting Lossie in future. Had a bit of a tour round trying to find the caravan on first arrival.
It's a fairly large site and a bit of a rabbit warren.
A good map of the site would be a great help.
- Graham (10/5): Exceptional -
- Victoria (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean, cosy and well equipped caravan. Ideally placed. Nice and quiet. Wish our stay was longer! We will be back!
- Lynsey (10/5): Lovely short break, we will be back for sure :) - Fantastic location and beautifully presented accommodation with everything you need for a short stay
- Janice (10/5): Very good stay and would book again - Clean and welcoming and bear the beaches Nothing all good
- Mick (9/5): Lossiemouth holiday - The caravan was very nice and cosy only a short walk over the dunes and onto the beach that I'd absolutely amazing 6am sunrise with the dog every morning.
Being situated next door to raf lossiemouth we did see some typhoon jets and posidons too!!! In order to eat swim or drink in the club you all need passes witch are quite expensive!!!!! The food in there wasn't fantastic either.
- Muriel (9/5): Superb - We loved the location and the spacious caravan. Perfect for 3 adults and 2 small dogs We couldn't find it easily but apart from that, nothing to complain about
- Peter (8/5): Very good -
- Charles (9/5): Superb - Great location. The caravan was very clean and tidy. N/A
- Christine (9/5): Superb - Caravan was very clean & very well equipped. Location is excellent & so close to the beach & amenities. - Lynn (9/5): Superb - Great location, very comfortable, cosy and well equipped caravan with good Wi-Fi. Lovely welcome touch of Prosecco, chocolates and Easter eggs for the kids.
- Sian.shaw (10/5): Fantastic 👍 - Beds were very comfortable, caravan was lovely and warm even with the freezing temperature outside. Location is spot on. Unfortunately we had to leave the caravan a night early due to frozen pipes and no water however that is nothing to reflect on the service and caravan itself, just the Scottish winter.
- David (10/5): Great place to stay - The caravan was an ideal location for us, very close to the beach. Very comfortable.
Also clean and tidy and the internet was a bonus as we had our 3 year old Grand Son with us. We will be back in the future….Dave Nothing
- Sacha (10/5): Fab stay at a great location - The caravan is located at a beautiful location. The property itself was very clean- smelt lovely! It was well maintained and had everything that you could possibly need for your stay. Kitchen was very well equipped. It felt very spacious and was much bigger than we had expected which enabled us to have an enjoyable stay with our two young children.
