I was extremely disapointed as this was a special ocassion i asked the lady who gave me the key i evn showed her my booking on the booking. Com app and ahe could not offer an explntion just went mute... Send a message also got no explanation

- van Rooyen (10/5): - As seen in the pictures - what they do not tell you about is the veiw beyond the property which is superb to wake up to sitting atop a hill overlooking greenery and mountains (or perhaps I missed that part) Apartment option: The pictures of the room space are slightly deceiving - not intentionally, I realised, once I got inside the space to see the angles they had to take them from. A little smaller than expected (lounge and bedroom a bit crammed). The apartment was higher priced than the room with a full kitchen and larger bedroom which I only noticed when I wanted to extend my stay. Not a big deal for the price on either

When I got there the microwave was dirty and had someone elses pap inside. The carpet in the bedroom was dirty, the pillows had stains. Someone else's shower gel was chilling there in the shower. I don't think they properly cleaned from the previous guest that was there.

I was told that there's nothing that they can do for me unless I pay overtime for their employee as no one can assist me after 9 pm. The voice attitude was so bad that I had to book another place, even though I paid already.

When I was driving home, I called to ask if it had been found, but I was told that nothing was found in the room I booked. I am 100% certain that I left it on the kitchen table before I checked out. This situation is very disappointing, as I trusted that any forgotten items would be handled honestly.

The rooms seem to be close to one another, I could hear voices in the room behind us and thus feared making noise as well. I hope I wasn't much of a distraction or disturbance.

It’s sad to see that the standards have dropped s - Location The bathroom in the apartment was in a terrible state. The shower was filthy, and both the toilet and shower were blocked. Water ended up all over the bathroom floor. This was very unpleasant. When leaving the following morning we met another lady on the property who informed us that she had been in the same apartment the previous day but because of the bathroom issue had moved into another apartment. In other words they knew the bathroom had an issue but let the next occupants book the apartment. And the towels were not fresh at all.

- squirrel (9/5): Happy with staff and accomodation, exactly as pics - Easy check in and out, staff very helpful and willing to go extra mile. Thembi especially helped me with my stay and found a solution for me when i mentioned that i would like to shower in another unit as my shower drain seemed to be blocked. She promptly responded and within 10min was at my door with another units keys and showed me to the unit that i could use to shower. The property is exactly like the pics, pool is clean for one to swim in. slight smell, guessing due to the shower drain being slightly blocked and stale air in the apartment under by the stairs, was given air spray however, which did help. Just shower drain blocking that all i can complain about.
