• Diane (5/5): The rental was in a good location for our family reunion but needed to be better outfitted for a good recommendation. - The location was perfect for our family reunion and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was missing key items such as dish cloths and towels, dish drying rack, pots and pans. There was only one hair dryer that had to be shared.

Das Erdgeschoss wurde vollständig von anderen Personen bewohnt, und dies leider ohne vorherige Ankündigung. Die Sauberkeit ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig – Fenster, Tische und Böden waren stark verschmutzt, und es wirkte so, als ob keine Grundreinigung durchgeführt worden wäre. Auf der Terrasse standen keine Möbel, sodass sie nicht nutzbar war. Auch der Fernseher war nicht zu verwenden, da er nur mit einem Google-Account funktionierte. Nach einer Nacht haben wir die Unterkunft verlassen, da wir uns gewünscht hätten, Kanada in schönerer Erinnerung zu behalten. Die Bilder sind schöner als in der Realität.

• cheryl (6/5): Disappointed in Toronto apartment - The accomodation was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was reasonably equipped. Greeted by a large amount of garbage at the front door, we found it off-putting that some one was living in the basement, but the garden was unkept. There was no fourth bedroom as advertised, the beds were within the open plan space downstairs, with no curtains or blinds! It also needed maintenance and the air conditioning kept resetting.

• Syed (3/5): It was an unsatisfactory stay for my wife and I. However, the landlord was helpful and polite. - As I was aware of this before arrival, there was no breakfast expectations. The location was good and the host was easily reachable by phone/text and he was very cordial. He supplied us with three fans while the AC was not working. It helped a lot. Without that we would have moved out. The unit was not well maintained. The furniture were old and uncomfortable. Toilet flushes were slow. There were not much supply (e.g. a mostly empty detergent bottle for the washing machine, a half a roll of kitchen towel). I have a picture of this. Most serious problem was that we discovered upon arrival that the AC was not working. The indoor temperature was nearing 30C. Partly for that reason we decided not to cook inside the unit and during the first two days we mostly stayed with my brother who lives nearby. The AC unit was replaced on the 3rd day and things improved markedly. However, the other tenant living in the the same property (1st floor) kept shutting off the AC at the middle of the night. Upon complaining to the landlord that did stop. However, this tenant's noise and cooking smell permeated our living space. The garbage bins were full when we arrived. We had no space to put our garbage. Fortunately as I mentioned before, we didn't cook (except for tea), and therefore, we didn't generate much garbage.
• Sherman (10/5): Good value for the money. - Large townhouse with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Good size kitchen and a living room. Key code is provided to enter the townhouse. Strong Wifi. The owner is very responsive and helpful.
• Chasmitha (8/5): Excellent appartment - We came from France to attend a wedding and stayed in this beautiful apartment, which was very practical and perfectly suited for our stay. The space was clean, spacious, and everything was provided to make us feel at home. It was mentioned in the listing that since we were a group of five, we were supposed to use only the upstairs bedrooms. I hadn’t noticed this detail at first, but as I was traveling with my elderly parents who had difficulty with stairs, I asked if it would be possible to have extra sheets so they could sleep downstairs. The host was very understanding and brought us the sheets within 48 hours. He was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay always quick to reply and assist whenever we needed something. Overall, we had a great experience and I would definitely recommend this apartment! Minor note: The only small downside was a bit of dust in some corners of the apartment, and the cleanliness of the sheets could be slightly improved. But these were very minor issues and did not affect the overall quality of our stay.
• Carole (10/5): Spacious house at a good price - We booked this property for ourselves, and our adult son, daughter, and her partner as we were all in Toronto for a family wedding. It was lovely to have so much space, with the three bedrooms upstairs and two bathrooms, one en suite. Then we had a nice seating area and kitchen plus a toilet downstairs. We didn't cook there as we were out most of the time, but there was a well equipped kitchen and a dining table should we have needed it. Although I'm not sure there were enough plates. The laundry room with the washer and dryer was really useful. There was also an outside space. All in all, perfect for what we needed, in a nice neighbourhood, at a really good price. The property was further from the centre of Toronto than we realised, but that is down to us not knowing the area, and Ubers were quite reasonable. It would have been helpful to have some local information in the property on public transport, places to eat, etc. Our only other suggestion would be some chairs for sitting outside on the decking and a few more plates in the kitchen. Otherwise, there was nothing we didn't like.

• Andrefortier747 (5/5): The house is an ok place to stay at an affordable rate - The house is very spacious. Lots of room to move around and nice and clean The house is in desperate need to be painted. The nail holes in the walls need to be covered and painted. The kitchen counter needs replacing. The dishwasher is broken. The patio door does not lock. The bathrooms could use revamping from the original old looking original to the house utlilities. The front and rear grass has never been maintained and looks terrible.
