Yonatan (1/5): Scam - Nothing Went for a holiday with my family, arrived at the evening and the hotel was closed and not working! There were few more couples that were shocked as well to find the hotel closed. Nobody informed me about this situation. Really annoying

They may start breakfast time at 8 a.m. as most of the day tour trips start at 9 a.m. This will help the guests to eat their breakfast without getting hurried. Booking of day tours at the hotel. They charge much higher than other tour operators just outside the hotel.

Vadim (3/5): Overall, a great central location, but the cleanliness, maintenance issues, and poor service left a - The hotel's location is right in the city center, which is very convenient. Unfortunately, that's probably where my positive impressions end. Upon check-in, we immediately discovered that the sink wasn't working — the water wouldn't drain, and a plumber had to be called. It's surprising that the room hadn't been checked beforehand, especially since we checked in on time and not early. The dirty carpet in the room is the first thing that catches the eye — it's obvious that it hasn't been professionally cleaned in a long time. A visible layer of dust has accumulated in all corners of the room. There is no safe in the room, so keep that in mind. In the bathroom, the shower system was also in poor condition — we were lucky that we were only staying for one night. Upon check-out, one of the towels got soiled (our child vomited), and the staff demanded compensation for the towel.
Mingeya (9/5): Good value in a good location - perfect location, very decent breakfast and friendly staff. Very good value in my point of view Lift is very slow. Breakfast starts at 8:30am means we had almost no time for breakfast because we have to start day tour.
Abdullah (1/5): The worst hotel ever - Nothing Very bad experience! The room had no window (not mentioned in the description) and the AC was not working. They tried to fix it from midnight until 4 a.m., but nothing changed, and they refused to change my room. When I said I would contact Booking.com, they ignored me completely. I spent more than 32 minutes on the phone with Booking.com, but the hotel did not answer their calls. The next day, the manager was very rude and used inappropriate language. I couldn’t sleep well because of the heat and no ventilation. Totally unacceptable!

Asim (4/5): Other that very good breakfast, nothing positive to talk about the hotel - Breakfast. Centrally located The lift was not functioning on the first day. It next day, it started functioning after we complained. It caused a terrible inconvenience to us because one of our members had a knee problem in climbing the staircase to the second floor, She became medically unfit after climbing the staircase. Since car parking is not allowed in front of the hotel, luggage movement from and in the car had to be made hurriedly.
Aymee (4/5): Terrible last night to our 2 week trip in Georgia! - Smaller, older hotel within liberty square area Elevators were not working during our stay. Even with help from our bellman to bring up 9 pieces of luggage up two flights of stairs (that were super stained throughout to journey up to our floor) he lost a wheel on one of the bigger luggage pieces. It was terrible traveling the rest of our trip without the wheel. The floors in the rooms were stained, that then made me feel like everything was dirty, and there were visible divots in the floor that were covered by carpet but deep enough to avoid. The mattresses were stones (no other way to out it) so hard and uncomfortable - incredibly uncomfortable!!! Shower head needs some descaling as the waterfall style shower head was mostly one giant hard waterfall on the head…other then the people, this hotel needs so MAJOR upgrades and maintenance, not worth the stay

Kambiz (10/5): Exceptional stay in the heart of Tbilisi – highly recommended! - Located in the best area of Tbilisi, right next to Freedom Square, our room had a direct view of the square — truly a rare and beautiful sight. The location is perfect: just a short walk to Rustaveli Avenue, Shardeni Street (great for strolling), the main shopping center, and major attractions like the cable car, the central park, and even the Mother of Georgia statue if you enjoy walking. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Reza, one of the staff members, whose positive body language and kind attitude left a great first impression. At the front desk, Mr. Sam was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the entire team responded to our requests promptly and kindly. Housekeeping was equally impressive — especially Ms. Nino, who was exceptionally warm and courteous. The room was spotless, with all the essentials provided, and a stunning view of the square. Downstairs there’s a cozy café, and right next door, an Istanbul Doner spot — very convenient for quick bites. The breakfast buffet was nearly complete and satisfying. The breakfast hall manager greeted us warmly using Google Translate, which was a kind and thoughtful gesture that we really appreciated. Overall, it was a very enjoyable and high-quality stay. I would absolutely return and recommend it to friends without hesitation. The only minor issue was that our room was a bit small, but everything else was exactly as described and matched the hotel’s photos and information.

Chye (7/5): Conveniently location. Comfortable stay. - Off freedom square, a convenient base to explore the city by foot. The bus stop for bus 337 to airport is 5 min walk away. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Some operate 24/7. Responsive staff. Prompt response when I had questions regarding the booking. The economy double room has a fake window and size is on the small side. Hotel is totally fine but just a few minor annoyances: Fake window is oddly configured to light up to coincide with daylight. A unnecessary configuration that should be switched off. To have the hotel breakfast, I need to go to the reception to collect two tokens and then go to the restaurant to drop the token into a box. Not too sure why the restaurant staff can’t be given a list of guests with breakfast bookings. Breakfast is quite lack luster. There is a coffee machine in the restaurant but coffee from the machine isn’t free. Instead I could only take (diluted) black coffee from a pot.

Murad (10/5): Exceptional - My stay at Aqua Hotel was truly enjoyable from start to finish. The hotel offers a perfect mix of comfort, cleanliness, and warm hospitality. The room was bright, modern, and very well-kept, with all the essentials thoughtfully provided.
Yehuda (3/5): Poor - Good location and Bellboy services too It started when I booked and paid for a budget double room but upon check-in I was given a smaller and more basic economy room (room 110 with the blue carpet). The room I was given was stuffy, smelled of mold, had no window and the bathroom ventilation fan was not working. I have videos and documentation of all this, some of which I will attach. I asked the receptionist to move me to a room that matched what I had booked, with working ventilation. The receptionist told me that he did not have the room available that night, but promised to move me the next day to a larger room with a window as compensation. I asked the receptionist if he would be available the next day and he said yes. With no choice I stayed the first night in the small room with mold, hoping that the next day we would be moved to the promised room. The next morning I went to the reception again, but the receptionist was different and refused to change my room and demanded an additional payment if he wanted a room with a window. We asked him to speak to the receptionist who had stayed there the day before and he refused. In the end he agreed to move me to room 209 (with the cream carpet) - a larger room I was supposed to get in the first place - a room for which I paid a higher rate for nights. To my disappointment and frustration, this room also had a dirty carpet and no ventilation in the bathroom. It is also important to note that the room has no TV, a very hard mattress and no parking for the hotel.

H (8/5): Great location - We stayed at Aqua on three separate occasions during our trip to Georgia and Armenia. Its location was perfect, making it easy to navigate in and out of the city. The staff at the reservation was excellent; they consistently inquired about our arrival times and ensured that our rooms were ready for us. The rooms were cleaned, but the furniture was dated. Breakfast was included.

The staff was kind enough to let us in our room a couple of hours before our check in time. 4. Breakfast was good. 1. There was a very unpleasant smell in the bathroom. This problem could not be solved. 2. The staff at the cafe kicked us out!!! We had been sitting for about 5-10 minutes waiting for our mother to order. The waiter came to take our order and I said not for now. He just said we could not sit longer than 10-20 minutes!!! At the cafe of the hotel we were accomodating!! This is a ridiculous and very rude behaviour to a hotel customer. He should learn manners. 3. All in all, I did not feel welcomed as a guest in the hotel (except Mahad). I do not think I would accomodate their again if I visit Tbilisi again.
