• Helin (2/5): Inconformidad por limpieza y servicios no brindados - Ubicación Deseo expresar mi disconformidad con la estadía, ya que el lugar no cumplió con las condiciones esperadas en relación con el precio cobrado. El alojamiento no se encontraba completamente limpio; había presencia de cucarachas vivas y muertas dentro de las instalaciones. Además, reporté un problema con la persiana para mantener la privacidad, pero no fue solucionado durante mi estancia. Tampoco se me informó previamente que la piscina se encontraba fuera de funcionamiento, siendo este un aspecto importante al momento de elegir el lugar y considerar el monto pagado. Por estas razones, considero que el servicio recibido no correspondió a lo ofrecido ni al precio cancelado. Tengo videos del alojamiento, se los voy a enviar al dueño.

• Reto (5/5): Wir würden uns eine andere Unterkunft suchen. - Die Lage ist gut. Es ist ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist lieblos und was die Küche angeht, ungenügend. Von drei Pfannen sind zwei nicht zu gebrauchen. Der Herd funktioniert erst nach langem Probieren, verrücken und ausziehen irgendwann. Die Informationen von Charlie kamen zu spät und waren unvollständig was alles kompliziert gemacht hat.

• Mary (8/5): A Place with a Pool! - Casa Jorba was very easy to check in as Charlie sent the info in What’s App to us. He was very accommodating in our early arrival. The kitchen was well equipped with all of the cooking needs a person could want. A comfortable love seat was nice to have as was the dining room table. Fridge and coffee maker were appreciated. The real bonus was having a very nice pool to swim in. It was a good size (maybe ~ 25 ft) and was great for a morning workout swim. The entire complex was very secure. Would definitely stay there again. The bed was the only real down side to Casa Jorba. The whole bed frame shifted and creaked when either one of us rolled over. The mattress sagged in the middle. Improving on the quality of bed frame and the mattress would be a great improvement.

• Guest (10/5): Super recomendado!! - La ubicación muy cerca de todo!! Posibilidad para desplazarse a otras playas. En si el lugar es muy seguro, muy tranquilo y con ambiente familiar!! Muy aseado y fresco!! Pude llevar a mi mascota y el viaje fue mucho más tranquilo para mi… sin duda volveré!! La hora de salida 11 am muy temprano!

• Lys Mather (2/5): Pésimo calidad precio - Las instalaciones del condominio Las fotos de la aplicación no son recientes. Es un estudio sin divisiones,en malas condiciones, cero elementos de limpieza personal(por dicha siempre llevamos las nuestras),el papel higiénico los sobros de los demás. El precio debería ser el total en la aplicación y decir solo sinpe o efectivo. Nos hicieron esperar una hora para entrar porque no estaba la reserva en el condominio y la señora de la limpieza llevo faltando 5 minutos de las 11 casi que a echarnos. Para nunca mas volver o tan siquiera recomendar.

• Christian (7/5): Gute Unterkunft für Zwischenstopp, für länger eher ungeeignet - Einfache Unterkunft, gut ausgestattet, sauber, großer Pool. Ideal für einen Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg in den Süden. Es ist aufgrund der zentralen Lage sehr laut.

On top he speaks good English and Spanish. Great place to stay, to relax and explore the city and nightlife! The security should also speak English instead of only Spanish.

• Oscar (10/5): Good - It is in a good location. That’s important if you travel with children. I liked the swimming pool also. The property has an uncomfortable neighbor. I believe he is from the states. He is unable to walk, it sounds bad to say it but he stinks. That’s the only thing I can say didn’t like.
• Polly (8/5): Central location in Jaco - Located in a gated condo complex, this condo was small but fully functional for two people. The location was great as we walked to everything in Jaco. The security was nice and the host, Charlie, was very responsive. Overall, every thing in the condo functioned well but the complex needed to replace broken pool furniture.
