• Thijs (7/5): Good - The location was easy to find and communication with the host was very clear and very fast. Moreover as self-checking was possible, the host was very flexible and accommodating with the arrival times. Communication and arrange-wise, everything was top-notch! The place is located in a busy area which mean - traffic noise, of course - but also plenty of places and restaurants around to explore The place itself is okay. Nothing too fancy. However, for us there was one big downside: the place smelled a bit musty. As if the people who lived here before were avid smokers. You couldn't smell tobacco exactly, but just... it smelled musty and made our noses clog up instantly. We tried opening the windows and turning on the ventilation but that didn't help. The smell seemed to be more strong near the couch and the bed. Perhaps the people who stayed here before us broke the rules and smoked inside? I'm not sure. But it would be nice if this wouldn't have been the case, as it made it hard to breathe. Maybe deep cleaning the furniture can help? Seeing how receptive and communicative the host has been I have no doubts this will be fixed for the next booking. Lastly, do check whether the boiler is turned on when you arrive, for us it was still turned off so we had to wait a bit until we had hot water. We didn't realize this. After it's turned on everything works fine.

• Helena (8/5): Very good - Spatious apartment aprox 20 mins walking distance from the city centre square with a big kitchen and a cozy living room. The neighbourhood was lively with a lot of restaurants, takeouts, shops and cafes open day and night. The host is very kind, communication was transparent and swift, I would definitely recommend staying here.

• Li-chun (6/5): Would recommend if not offered a different place to stay. - We booked this accommodation at the start and end of our trip. We had a good experience with the host in the start, the place was nice and spacious, and she gave us a lot of suggestions. During our trip, the host offered us to stay at her sister's apartment on our last day and we agreed. We could not find any free parking spots (they stated free parking) and needed to pay for a private one. The check-in instructions were super unclear and inaccurate and the entrance and stairs were very dark which made it difficult for us to find our room. We did not feel safe despite the promise of the host with the wide-open main gate, the way the key was given to us, and the lack of lighting. Moreover, the room was not even 1/3 of the size as the other room. Before check out, we did as the host asked but she changed her instructions on the very morning we are leaving and just 40 minutes before the last chance of check-out. To sum up, we felt that we were tricked into a bad deal.

Nothing to dislike, except maybe the roof view wasn't the best. Could have done with a bit of a clean, but this is no reflection on the apartment or stay there.
