- Patrick (4/5): Very disappointing. Not good value for money at all. - The location The description did not match the facilities available. The dishwasher was broken. When we reported it, we were told it was not part of the facilities, which did not make sense and was a lie (at least at the time, because this has changed since then; but initially, the description of what was available in the kitchen was very vague). We also felt the person we reported to was very rude. For the price we paid, we expected better service. We also felt that, overall, there were not enough instructions left in the apartment. For instance, there was no available way to control the air conditioning, which was on full power all the time, and we had no idea how to deal with it. When we asked, we were told to switch it off at the mains, which also switched off... the kitchen, including the fridge!

- Renee (7/5): Pretty good overall. Good value - Location was great, lots of restaurants with in a block.
Spacious We’re not permitted to sit in the lobby or courtyard area and consume any food or beverages which wasn’t made clear at the time of booking.
Armoir should be secured to wall, when you open both doors at the same time it falls on you. Luckily we caught it before it fell on us.
More towels and/or a working washing machine would be good.
- Valerie (8/5): Very good -
- Alena (9/5): Superb -
- Macaria (7/5): Nice to stay. - It's comfortable to stay and the apartment is clean.Good to stay for 4-6 persons. There is no microwave oven where we can easily heat our food.There is no free coffee and condiments in the kitchen. The location is a bit far to Termini Station.We walk for more than 15 minutes to get there.
- Aleksandar (8/5): Nice place, good location, spacey and fully equipped - Spacey, kids loved the duplex, got everything we needed. It was very clean, lights were lighted to welcome us, communication was prompt and fine. A handful of tiny details made it less than perfect, but nothing too bad:
the step on second floor is a bit dangerous if at night going to the bathroom from secondary bed;
lights were eclectic, with different types of lamps and different switches everywhere; It smelled like artificial smell agent strongly; buffet very hard to open; too few cups/glasses - one needs to wash after each use;
- Petra (8/5): Very good -
- Nicky (5/5): Decent, would be nice if the bath was functional. - Place was big and clean Stairs were quite dangerous, tripped once at night.
Bath which was shown and advertised was not functional.
Communication post check-in was abysmal, we were ghosted for days, problems were not addressed and questions were constantly deflected.
- Saad (9/5): Large and clean; great value for money and location - Host was very responsive and helpful. The unit is large and clean and provides great value for money. Short walk from most of the big sights. I'd highly recommend this stay to anyone! FYI - you can likely fit four comfortably given the two large beds and two bathrooms. Faced some minor issues but they were rectified quickly as the host was very responsive and helpful.
- Sattar94 (9/5): Superb -
- Valeriia (10/5): Exceptional - Great location of the apartment with rich infrastructure which had very good restaurants
Very cosy and comfortable interior of the apartment
Friendly and always ready to help staff who helped us with our stay in Rome The only two downsides were that as we travelled as a large group there were only one shower and we would like to have a bit more light in the apartment
- Tamuna (10/5): 💙 - location is great there is not privet Bedroom
