• Erik (10/5): We had a lovely stay. Everything was easy and stress free. - Very clean, well-equipped and well-decorated house in a fantastic location. Beds are comfortable and it is very quiet during the night. There were toys for the children as well. A small shop is right around the corner. Everything was incredibly easy and stress free. -

• Peter (10/5): This is a great place to stay near Slap Kozjak! - The location was great. Also,the beds were the MOST comfortable beds we have slept in on our road trip through Slovenia! The water in the shower was nice and hot. The shower is huge with a rain water shower head. And, Kaia, one of the owners is so sweet and responsive. Nothing. It was perfect!

Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Touren in die Umgebung oder um “Auszugehen“ Liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung/Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten und sehr guter Ausstattung. Kostenloser Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus. Die Besitzer sind sehr engagiert und hilfsbereit. Regelmäßig findet ein Austausch via WhatsApp statt, ob sie bei etwas behilflich sein können oder ob man etwas braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder. -/-
• Iva (10/5): - Prekrasna vikendica, uređena do zadnjeg detalja i najbitnije, besprijekorno čista! Imali smo vrlo ugodan boravak. Kobarid je malo mjesto gdje vam je sve nadohvat ruke, istovremeno odlična početna točka za obići sve ljepote Soče i ostalih znamenitosti. Jako ljubazna vlasnica Kaja pomogla nam je dobrim preporukama i brigom da se osjecamo ugodno.

The home is very comfortable with modern decor and furnishings. We appreciated the full size washer and dryer as our luggage had been delayed and we were desperate for clean clothes. • Dirk (9/5): komfortable Unterkunft in dem schönen Soca-Tal - Tolle Lage, schöne moderne Einrichtung, guter Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen, Vermieter war via Whatsapp gut erreichbar, schöne Umgebung, umfangreiche TV-Programme im Bereich Sport, kleine Aufmerksamkeiten des Vermieters (Kekse, Saft, Milch), Bäcker/Lebensmittelläden in unmittelbarer Umgebung, Restaurants um die Ecke, Betten sehr bequem
• Chloé (10/5): Tout était parfait - Tout était parfait. Nous avons passé une excellente nuit dans cette petite maison décorée avec goût et très confortable. Le balcon dans la chambre parentale avec vue sur l’église est adorable et le nombre de rangements impressionnants. Les deux chambres sont spacieuses et la salle de bain est magnifique. Il y a des toilettes séparées très pratiques au rez-de-chaussée. La place de parking juste devant le logement est un vrai plus. Kaia est vraiment très gentille et veille à ce que nous passions un bon séjour. Nous avons eu droit à des biscuits et des boissons à notre arrivée. Le petit-déjeuner est possible en pensant à le demander à l’avance, sinon il peut toujours être pris dans un restaurant juste en face qui en sert de très bons.

• Annette (9/5): Top! - Ein tolles Apartment für Familien - liebevoll eingerichtet mit kleinen Details wie einem Haengestuhl auf dem Balkon (Lieblingsplatz!), spielkueche, und Extras wie kuratierten Empfehlungen auf eigener Gäste-Website Drinks und Snacks für den ersten Tag. Die Lage ist perfekt - mitten im Ort, Supermarkt, Bäcker und Eisdiele nebenan und eignet sich auch gut als Ausgangspunkt für Ausgluege ins wunderschöne Soça-Tal. Wir haben die Vermieterin Kaia nicht persönlich getroffen, aber die war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit.

• Thomas (10/5): Tolle Tage im Socatal im Hisa Rejmr - Die Lage ist für Unternehmungen im Socatal sehr gut. Auch im Ort zentrale Lage (und doch ruhige Nächte) mit wenigen Schritten zum empfehlenswerten Restaurant Kotlar. Privatparkplatz direkt vor der Tür, unser Kodiaq fand problemlos Platz. Kaia gab einem als Vermieterin das Gefühl, immer da zu sein, sei es zur Abhilfe eines Problems (es gab keins) oder für Fragen. Das Klimagerät arbeitet leise und effizient (wir hatten hohe Temperaturen um die 35 Grad). Während unserer 4 Übernachtungen haben wir uns auf den beiden Ebenen des Hauses pudelwohl gefühlt. Es hat alles gepasst.

• Jeffrey (10/5): Excellent Choice for a Friendly Welcome to Slovenia in a Great Location in Kobarid - Such a nice welcome we received to Slovenia by Aris and Kaja to their extremely clean, beautifully smelling home in the pretty Soca Valley in the Center of Kobarid. In the small town of Kobarid, it felt like you were with the locals instead of tourists. The blue, green Soca River is incredible, and would be beautiful for rafting, and the Kozjak Waterfalls is a pretty nearby hike. For such a reasonable cost, the on-site parking for our car and location next to the helpful Tourist Center made it an excellent choice, and it was even walkable to the Soca Front World War I Museum, restaurants, and groceries. If you are interested in the local history, do not miss the Italian Charnel House with views above Kobarid or the Kolovrat Outdoor Trench Warfare Museum 10 miles up above Kobarid. The two bedrooms with full bathroom upstairs and additional toilet/sink downstairs were very convenient. Aris stopped by to meet us and welcome us, and again in the morning to bring the most beautiful charcuterie board breakfast of meats, cheeses, veggies, dates, apricots and nuts along with cookies in a mason jar, yogurt, lemon herb water and milk. It is definitely worth the small additional charge. Thank you Aris and Kaja for making us feel special. The only thing that could have been better would be if we could have stayed longer.
• Mariya (10/5): Exceptional - Huge thanks to Kaja and her family for such a wonderful house — this was the best place I stayed at during my trip to Slovenia. Everything was thoughtfully prepared down to the smallest detail, with genuine care — not just for tourists, but truly as if they were expecting dear guests. The house is beautiful, spotless, and incredibly aesthetic. When we arrived, we were so impressed that we didn’t even rush out to explore the area — we just stayed in, sat on the balcony, and enjoyed the view and the cozy atmosphere. I really hope to come back again someday. 🩵

• Judith (10/5): Exceptional - Hisa Rejmir was the best place we stayed during our entire three week visit to Slovenia!! The host was so communicative and helpful. The home was beautifully decorated and so comfortable. And the location was right in the center of Kobarid close to everything you could want or need. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

It feels like home or I would be able to live here (I.e. quotes from the kids) Wifi was not really strong but good to have two wifi available
