Melissa (3/5): - The staff was basically nonexistent. We stayed there for four nights, and they didn’t clean the room even once. The location is absolutely the worst, there isn’t even a proper road, so it’s very difficult to reach by car, and it’s completely far from the center.

luis felipe (10/5): EXCELENTE - Vale demais pelo valor. O quarto era impecável. O banheiro, de fato, depois do banho fica meio molhado, porém no todo a hospedagem é nota 10... Obs: fica em um bairro novo de instalações (inúmeras novas pousadas) e as ruas são precárias ( vale a pena alugar um carro mais alto), mas é o melhor a se fazer para quem quer gastar relativamente pouco (menos de 100 dólares por dia a estadia)e usufruir de um lugar novíssimo e confortável. O banheiro podia segurar melhor a água que sai do box

Chloe (10/5): Parfait - Appartement très bien aménagé et avec goût. Lit king size, balcon au calme. Petite cuisine avec quelques ustensiles. La piscine en rooftop est très agréable, avec des transats à disposition. Accès via une route en terre, et un peu à l'écart de Tulum centre, il est mieux d'être véhiculé.

Tereza (5/5): disappointment - The whole apartment house was very stylish, nicely designed with style. Spacious room with private little pool on our deck (we did not use it). There was parking outside the apartment. Stable wifi. Easy communication with the owner via WhatsApp. Everything in the room was visibly wear and tear. The function of things was limited. The cleaning level was low, we found chips on the carpet, the bathroom was kind of sticky, old food left in the refrigerator from previous guest...we had technical issue with the tap but the owner was able to fix it the other day. Design is corresponding with profile pictures when it was new, unfortunately it is not maintained well. If you do not have own car, it is far from the town and expect costs for taxi (do not let the owner order the taxi, you will pay unreasonable rate), get taxi on the street (after 10minures walk you get in main road where are some taxis). It is a bit dark and dirty neighborhood, but we felt safe. For us it was disappointment

Steffi (8/5): Hippe locatie met eigen zwembad. - Super hippe locatie met eigen zwembad op het terras. Was voor ons ideaal met de kindjes. Er was veel ruimte: twee slaapkamers, twee badkamers, living en een mooie keuken uitgerust met veel materiaal. De weg er naartoe is heel bumpy, opletten dus! Er waren wel vaak feestjes in andere kamers en daarvan kon je alles goed hoor. Dat was een nadeel.
CAMILLE (9/5): Beau logement au calme mais compliqué d’accès - La deco , le confort du lit , le calme. Le disponibilité par WhatsApp de l’hôte , rien à dire Les voies d’accès. Une catastrophe , nous étions en voiture et clairement on s’attendait pas à ça. Heureusement que l’hôte nous a indiqué les moins pire.

Katarzyna (5/5): No no no - very nice manager, laundry , Sunny tarrace The kitchen was poorly equipped, with old, scraped-off frying pans and cutlery, and a rusty kitchen sink. The polyester bedding made you sweat. But the worst part was the bugs and large red ants that crawled around the apartment at evening and night, crawling on the floors and walls because the hallway windows weren't airtight. The apartment wasn't cleaned well, with dead bugs and OFF bombs behind the cupboards and beds in the bedrooms. I don't know if it was the staff or the previous tenant who poisoned the bugs, but it hadn't been cleaned, and there was a terrible chemical stench that gave me an asthma attack. We didn't even want cleaning to prevent them from spraying more chemicals. We had booked another 10-day stay in this apartment, but we preferred to rent another one so we wouldn't get sick and deal with the red ants at night.

Chiara (7/5): - Die Ausstattung und Einrichtung ist super. Die Unterkunft ist sehr weit außerhalb gelegen und die Straßen sind aufgrund von Schlaglöchern eine Katastrophe, vor allem wenn es geregnet hat.
Eva (6/5): Mooi hotel, maar valt tegen - De kamers waren mooi en het zwembad op het dak was heerlijk. De kamers waren niet goed schoon, wij verbleven er 4 nachten en er werd niet 1 keer schoongemaakt (na 3 nachten hebben we er maar zelf om gevraagd…). We kregen een kapotte handdoek en er zaten gaatjes in het dekbed. Verder was er geen personeel aanwezig in het hotel, er zat nooit iemand aan de receptie. Hierdoor was vooral het inchecken moeizaam, uitchecken was blijkbaar helemaal niet nodig. De man die er bij het inchecken was sprak geen woord Engels, waardoor hij geen enkele uitleg kon geven. Ook de locatie van het hotel was verder weg dan wij dachten en de weg ernaartoe is dramatisch (pas op met huurauto’s). Qua veiligheid waren er geen enkele maatregelen, behalve camera’s. Omliggende hotels hadden allemaal toegangspoorten en beveiliging. Gezien de afgelegen omgeving kregen wij hierdoor geen veilig gevoel. Als laatste waren er veel insecten, wat logisch is gezien de omgeving, maar doordat er veel kieren/gaten in de deuren zaten, zaten ze ook in de kamer.

Giulia (5/5): Good effort but not there yet - The room itself was spacious and the effort of making it well-designed was appreciated and half way there. The aesthetics was kind of nice and the bed was big and comfortable. You can easily tell the facilities were run down (despite allegedly being a new built) meaning the materials that had been used were of poor quality. Whilst overall the room was clean, a lot of things appeared to be dirty. Towels and bed sheets were stained in yellow and sink in the kitchen was a bit disgusting (probably a mix of mould and limescale). On a second note, we understand the property is located in the city centre and kind of the in jungle but the roads to get there are awful (full of holes and completely dark). We arrived at night and that road made us feel uncomfortable. It definitely feels sketchy and dodgy. Our car survived but be careful.

Nikki (6/5): Lovely place but neighbours could be better - Lovely facilities. Nice apartment with lots of crockery and cutlery, microwave and kettle. The roads to get the property have the worst potholes and craters than I have ever seen in roads. Also there was loud music being played from the property next door but one and the property across the road from the hotel. Probably the worst bit was the barking dog at the back of the property. Every time my children went out to look at the pool a dog barked at them. Needless to say they never made it into the water. The dog ran up and down the alley and the stairs at the back of the property barking a lot of the day.
Dusothoit (5/5): Heureux du séjour mais déçu du standing - Un effort est fait pour l’esthétisme et l’emplacement est très bien, pas trop proche du centre sans être trop loin pour profiter du calme de la nature environnante. Malgré les efforts de décoration tout est très abîmé on sent que ça a été construit un peu à la « va vite » en conséquence le mobilier est détérioré et éloigné grandement le standing de ce qui est promis. Le prix est aussi attractif en raison de cela je pense.
alexandra (8/5): Très bien - Chambre spacieuse avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner et terrasse agréable avec piscine et sans vis à vis. La piscine sur la toit est très agréable et ensoleillée toute la journée. Le personnel est agréable, surtout Fernando qui nous a beaucoup aidé pendant notre séjour. Le lieu est très calme. Emplacement assez éloigné du centre ville et de la plage il faut absolument être véhiculé. Pas de ménage pour toute la durée de notre séjour, pas de changement de draps ou de serviettes.

Ane (10/5): 100% recommended!! Beautiful rooms, rooftop, service and views - Fantastic property, extremely clean and amazing facilities. Our room was super spacious, the kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped and the balcony was a delight. The rooftop swimming pool and area is amazing!! We watched the sunset every day from the swimming pool, amazing!! Regarding the potholes in other reviews, I think all of the roads in Tulum are full of them so it isn’t such a big deal at all. Staff are super friendly and helpful, they also helped us organise our scooters. Nothing! However it would be good if they could install some handrails on the stairs as the floor’s marble and gets very slippery when wet. Otherwise nothing to add :)

Lisa (10/5): The most beautiful hotel I ever stayed in Mexico - This hotel is amazing. It has by far the best finishes and architecture that we have found in all of our trip to Mexico. A fire is always burning in the courtyard in the night, the staff is beyond helpful and kind. I would go back there any day!

Jenny (9/5): nice holiday home. - relatively central, cool and modern style. really nice and good equipped. Good value for money with one private and public pool each. no cleaning service, only if asked twice. canalisation smell from time to time.
Bojan (8/5): Nice hub for visiting the area - We have stayed for a week and used it as a hub to visit many sites around Tulum, therefore good value for the money, spacious and nicely designed apartment. Car is absolute must if you want to stay here. Towels were old and not very clean. Little use of the garden pool (no cleaning net) and given a lot of flora (which is nice) pool was quite dirty and not very usable. Kitchen appliances could be better
