- Han (8/5): Nice and quite hotel in authentic setting - Very nice authentic hotel with comfortable beds and a balcony with a great view. The place is nice and quiet and most restaurants are focused on heavy local meals. As we preferred a bit more choice we decided to go to the Jasna lake which is nearby and we had dinner there

- Viviana (9/5): Questo alloggio ci ha stupiti 😊 - Abbiamo viaggiato con i nostri cani tra cui un cane lupo cecoslovacco. Sono stati tutti gentilissimi e non ci hanno fatto pesare la cosa nemmeno un attimo. Camera spaziosa e rinnovata, personale gentilissimo, colazione buona 😁 Siamo rimasti davvero stupito da questa struttura! L'unica cosa che ci è un po' dispiaciuta, è che alle 22:00 di sabato il servizio bar fosse chiuso, ma possiamo capire; non eravamo in una località dove fare i bagordi.

- Laura (9/5): I would definitely stay here again. Nice place. - There was no reception because it was a holiday but check in was easy. All instructions were left were easy to follow. There was a lady walking around and she kinda told us some things. Nice lady. The room was nice a big, comfortable. The breakfast was really good. A lot to choose from.

- Mario (10/5): - Sauberes und neuwertiges Zimmer mit viel Holz, was sehr angenehm ist. Kleiner Hund 10 Euro. Sehr gutes Frühstück, Eier werden auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet, ebenso heiße Milch. Die Dame beim Frühstück war sehr freundlich und engagiert. Komme gerne wieder.

- Letizia (9/5): Posto tranquillo vicino al confine italiano - La location è rilassante e tranquilla, vicinissima al confine italiano. Ci siamo appoggiati una notte per vedere i Krampus a Tarvisio. La Colazione è inclusa e lo staff affabile. Tassa per il cane (noi avevamo uno shiba piccolo) è di €15 a notte.

- Kim (9/5): Hinta-laatusuhde hyvä ja suosittelisin paikkaa! - Henkilökunta todella mukavaa ja avuliasta. Huoneet siistejä ja yleisilme loistava. Sijainti ihanteellinen ja pääsee liikkumaan helposti. Aamupalalla voisi olla suojapeitteet antimien päällä, jotta kärpäset eivät pääsisi ruokien kimppuun. Äänieristys huoneiden välillä hieman kehno.
- Annegret (8/5): - Wegen eines angeblichen Wasserschadens sind wir in ein Partnerhotel vermittelt worden. Da wir nur 2 Übernachtungen geplant hatten, war uns das auch recht. Allerdings waren wir an einem Abend im Gasthof Surc essen. Da reisten auch Leute an oder kamen aus dem Hotel zum Essen. Das ärgert mich schon, daß trotz wahrscheinlicher Auslastung das Hotel buchbar bleibt und der Gast dann für blöd verkauft wird.

- Nika (9/5): - Colazione molto buona anche se non molto vasta, camera stupenda e sicuramente se andate di inverno non morite di freddo, ce la tv e cambiano gli asciugamani ogni giorno. Staff veramente gentile e disponibile. Non parlano molto italiano ma ci si fa intendere, accoglienza molto rapida e senza formalità ma a noi andava benissimo così ☺️ Il posto è veramente bello, completamente in legno sembra di stare in una baita, Ratece non ha nulla da visitare ma la consiglio per ci cerca pace e relax.

- Saša (10/5): - Our stay at hotel Šurc was amazing. Downstairs is a restaurant were you can order food up until 9PM. The food was very delicious. We were the only guests, so they asked us at what time we would like to have our breakfast. The breakfast was very delicious and hearty and staff was very kind. The room was clean and comfy and we are very satisfied with everything.
- Tomislav (10/5): - Apsolutno sve! Sobe su čiste, udobne i tople. Kupaonica je prostrana i čista. Parking je ispred hotela, čak mi je osoblje pomoglo očistiti snijeg s auta. Kao što su i drugi napisali jedina zamjerka su jastuci, premekani su. Ali to je moja vlastita preferencija.

- Aleksander (9/5): - Zajtrk je bil zelo okusen. Gospa, ki je stregla zajtrk, je bila zelo prijazna in ustrežljiva. Mogoče bi lahko pri zajtrku dodali še ovsene kosmiče brez čokolade, mogoče kakšen kefir. Vsekakor pa smo bili v splošnem zadovoljni. WC školjka je postavljena zelo nerodno. Boljše bi bilo, če bi bila obrnjena za 90 stopinj. Vem pa, ta je to sedaj zelo težko popraviti. Drugo je bilo pa vse v redu.
