The apartment offers a stunning sea view that you can enjoy right from the comfort of your room. The building has been beautifully renovated, combining modern style with a welcoming atmosphere. Everything was spotlessly clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing. A special mention goes to Jerko, the property manager, whose help and kindness made our stay even more enjoyable. He was always available and assisted us with anything we needed, making us feel truly taken care of. Highly recommended – we can’t wait to come back!
• Gareth (9/5): A perfect seven days in an idyllic setting. - Communication was excellent. All done on Whattsapp and we were greeted as soon as we arrived. Owners were from Belgium but the host lived next door. The apartment was great, spotless on arrival with a welcoming bottle of wine and two beers! The kitchen had all you needed, the pool was lovely and laundry facilities all to hand. Views from the balcony were amazing with sliding shutters to open or close to the sun as desired. Nothing really. I would recommend a car if you want to discover the area yourself, otherwise Uber is all good from the apartment to wherever you want to go.

Pool area was immaculate. Host was very helpful and went out of his way to help us out when we had a hiccup with our car rental. Nothing. There is a bit of a climb from the promenade up to the apartment but that was okay for us.

• Jason (10/5): Fantastic holiday for all the family - we unanimously agreed it’s one of the nicest places we’ve been! - Superb modern property with everything you need. Three bedrooms (with own air conditioning) gave plenty of room for our family (of 5), coupled with a balcony with fabulous views all the way over to Dubrovnik, and a kitchen/sitting room area. The pool area is lovely, with a fridge to keep your drinks cool and its own bathroom and shower (not to mention the gym and sauna!). We were lucky that we had the pool area to ourselves, but with all four apartments taken, it could get tight - although there is a beautiful sea front in Cavtat 5 minutes walk away to swim in the clear waters of the Adriatic. Cavtat itself is a lovely place, with great restaurants and regular water taxis to Dubrovnik and the Islands, and everyone is incredibly friendly! Nothing! The only down side is that the property is on the side of a steep hill - easily accessible by a path and steps, which burns off the calories of the great food on offer! But if you struggle walking, probably as well to look for an alternative, unless you have a car - would recommend this as it gives you options, and gives easy access to the various supermarkets (nearest is about 1km away) - there seems to be plenty of taxis around, but an airport transfer each way and a few trips to the shop is more than the cost of a hire car. Parking on the seafront in Cavtat is fairly cheap as well.

Only 15 mins walk to centre and host jerko was so helpful and nice. Nothing.. Shower could do with a little more pressure but it was not a problem.

• Marie (10/5): Fabulous apartment in a great location close to Cavtat - A fabulous apartment, fully equipped with shared access to a great pool and laundry area. There were beautiful sunset views over Dubrovnik from the balcony. A perfect location within walking distance of Cavtat.

• Derek (8/5): Very good - Kuca Bella has lovely apartments, very comfortable with everything you need, the pool is small and it’s shared between four apartments but perfect for cooling off or for kids to splash around It’s a bit of a climb from the seafront, only takes about 5 minutes but the hill and steps up are very steep
• Quentin (9/5): Great place to stay and really good base to explore this part of Croatia. - One of 4 apartments with a shared pool although we had the whole place to ourselves so great time to visit. Accommodation and pool were immaculately clean and equipped with everything we needed. Welcome package with a couple of beers, wine and coffee was a nice touch. The host, Jerko, was very friendly and available immediately by text for questions or advice on places to go. Situated 15 minute walk from the main part of Cavtat, it's in a quiet residential area with lovely views from the balcony across to Dubrovnik. Handy for the nearest beach with a few bars and activities for kids (inflatables. pedalos etc) and the Ron Brown trail if you like walking.
• Igor (10/5): Great place and nice hosts. We will come back for sure - Amazing house with a pool, laundry room & free parking Location is not bad, 20 min walk from Cavtat old town or 6 min by car. Street is narrow and first time kind of hard to find.
• Ger (9/5): Beautiful views, fantastic facilities, however too far out of the centre of Cavtat - Spotlessly clean, beautiful outdoor area and pool. Jerko our host was very helpful 20 minute walk to the centre of Cavtat, very steep climb uphill to get home. We got Ubers back most of the time.

Loved waking up, sitting on the balcony, and looking at the calm sea and latest yachts anchored up. The views are spectacular because its up the hill. This was difficult in the heat, but Uber saved us every return trip.

Fantastic views also. Just be aware of a steep enough walk to the apartment. Local area is full of inclines and steps. Something to burn off those calories after indulging in the local delicacies Cavtat has to offer.

Lovely and clean and comfortable and fitted out to a lovely spec. We were short of nothing appliance wise in the kitchen, and it was easy to cook family dinners , which we ate out on the balcony , looking at the beautiful views over the Adriatic Sea to Dubrovnik . We went with two kids 12 + 16 so they had their own rooms and were delighted with We loved our satay from start to finish . Our host , Jerko , was absolutely brilliant and nothing was too much bother for him, he gave us great recommendations and kept in touch to make sure we had everything we needed; and if we didn’t, he would quickly provide it. Top class host and service . The property was excellent, but wish we had hired a car to be able to go further afield under our own steam, rather than yours. The property although very central to Cavtat , requires you to descend and then climb 122 steps to and from the apartment if you want to go out for dinner / beach etc. this was absolutely ok for us, but if anyone has a mobility issue , this would not be the location to stay without your own transport

The balcony views were amazing! It was perfect! The steps up from town were good exercise-but would challenge anyone with mobility issues.

• Helen (10/5): Exceptional - This was a fabulous stay for our family of 5. The accommodation was of a very high quality, the location was great and the host was very helpful. There are a lot of steps and a steep climb up to this property- it wasn’t a problem for us but it may be an issue for families with young children in buggies or people with limited mobility.

Our host Jerko was very helpful indeed and promptly replied to our requests. The view was excellent but there were many steps to climb in order to go to the beach. The local supermarkets were at least 20 minutes walk. It would be difficult for someone with mobility issues.
