• Rechelle (7/5): If you'll stay over night, pwede na for its price. - The host was super friendly and easy to talk to. There’s a sari-sari store just nearby, which was really handy for picking up random things we needed. The WiFi worked well during our stay, and the kitchen had utensils we could use anytime. The area also had quite a few mosquitoes, so we had to buy some mosquito coils from the nearby sari-sari store for our room. When we entered the lounge or waiting area, there was an unpleasant, musty smell mixed with a hint of pet odor. It would’ve been nice if they used air fresheners or scented sprays to keep the space smelling clean and welcoming. It was quite humid during our stay. Unfortunately, on our second day, the water supply in the bathroom stopped working, so we weren’t able to take a shower before heading out to explore the city. We originally planned to stay for another night, but to avoid further inconvenience, we decided to book a different hotel instead.
• Anna-maria (3/5): Poor - We arrived very late at night and the owner did everything that we could check in at midnight. She was very friendly. Unfortunately there was a bunch of drunk and very loud people until 4:30 in the morning close - so I couldn't sleep. The room is in the basement without a window. The toilet seat was quite dirty when we arrived (maybe because the drunk people used it too?). Also there is cat-smell everywhere, it was pretty intense.

• Eduardo (2/5): I was expecting a relaxing stay but I got a bad accommodation experience instead. - No breakfast. The location is quite distant from the main commercial area of the city. Your ad says a small apartment with private comfort room; but instead I was given a room befitted a student or a laborer. I had to leave a day earlier because i experienced a sleepless night and the discomfort of sharing the bathroom w strangers.

• Palma (8/5): Very good - Ate Belle (staff) is so kind and accommodating. Room is clean and the shared bathroom. There's a cat also in the place 😅 The outlet for the heater is loose. We need to fix it everytime we shower. It should've been nice if there are smaller lights in the room.

Overall, the place was great and at the same time, affordable. Great for smaller groups and short trips. Place was also near the main city so access to nearby tourist destinations was easy. It should be Sto Rosario Valley that's easier

• Dave (8/5): Very good - Belle was super, She went above and beyond to assist us. I can not express our gratitude to her..the apartment was clean and neat. Although we did not use them, there was cutlery, dishes, etc. The shower had hot water, and there was a flushing toilet with a seat. The place was very difficult to find. Our first cab driver told us to get out and left us stranded in front of Nevada Square and drove off. The only good thing about that was that he did not charge us. A couple of young ladies came along, and they were very helpful. They made a couple of phone calls and flagged down a taxi, and we were on our way. Belle came out to the street to meet us. TODAY, April 4, I received an email from you with instructions on how to get to the place. That email should have been received on March 31. I am not sure if that failure was due to Booking.com or the owner. A great shout out to the ladies who helped us while we were stranded on the street. My last comment is that the place was in the middle of nowhere, and we had to take taxis everywhere.
