• Marie (6/5): - Emplacement proche des transports en commun accès facile au centre de barcelone. Logement très bien équipé cuisine lave linge. Deux belles terrasses Place de parking trop juste pour un véhicule de grande taille. Obliger de se garer sur un parking extérieur très mal entretenu. Certaines des baies ne ferment pas et n’ont plus de volet. Mauvaise odeur dans la douche

• Jack (8/5): Has everything needed for your Barcelona stay - just needs a bit of TLC! - If you’re looking for something outside of the city centre but still close to amenities, this is a great choice. Lidl is a 10 minute walk away, with a variety of smaller convenience shops right on the doorstep. Metro is a short walk away too. Great fridge, dishwasher, TV, washer and dryer - had everything needed for an extended stay. The two balconies are a lovely touch and the pool is a really nice addition - a lot of great sun traps! Some of the facilities are in need of updating - upholstery, dining room chairs, mainly the outdoor facilities (barbecue, outdoor furniture, deck and most noticeably the outdoor lighting). Black out shutters in the master bedroom need to be replaced because the difference was very noticeable. Could do with a few more utensils for the kitchen as well. With these, the apartment would be near perfect. Was warned about the location on arrival from our taxi driver so had our guard up - although quite rough, was very lively and didn’t run into any problems whilst walking around during our week long stay.
• Michael (10/5): Amazing, fantastic and spectacular - Very clean, well furnished, plenty of space. The hosts were amazing and incredibly quick to respond. The view is amazing, especially at night. It has two individual balcony’s and you’re on the top floor. The area feels / looks a bit sketchy, but overall, did not have any problems. Very close to the beach / clubs. Ubers were only 10 euros to the nightlife.

• Debbie (8/5): We loved our stay and would return - Fantastic accommodation, air-con was brilliant and kitchen well equipped The location left us a little vulnerable as female travellers to begin with but when we got use to the area everyone was lovely, transport was close by and taxis were reasonable into the centre

• Perry (8/5): Not great value for the price, could’ve been better maintained. - Gated community, felt private without much people traffic in the building. Some disrepair. The bathtub and upper patio table were very rusted over. For the price this should’ve been taken care of. The area of Barcelona was a bit run down, trash everywhere in the streets, not close to the highlights of Barcelona.
• Tracy (7/5): Beautiful apartment in secure building - Beautiful apartment, excellent views, clean & secure. Really helpful staff both online & those in cleaning property The location outwith the building seems quite poor, didnt feel very safe as a small group of women. Lots of groups of men hanging around nearby. We used taxis at night so no issues though. Would be useful to have Information leaflet within the property in other languages such as how to work heating, locate metro etc

• Healy (10/5): brilliant weekend away - the photos are as seen. the balcony was gorgeous and the upstairs terrace area was amazing. perfect suntrap it’s a bit out from the city centre but a 8-10 minute taxi drive.
