• Linn (8/5): Good stay close to the beach. Has everything you need! - The family was sooo kind and helpful. The room was clean snd very close to the beach! The shower was not working well. Water pressure was not strong.

• Greta (9/5): Cool location, nice room - I extended my stay by 3 more nights! loccation is perfect, like 2 mins to kabalana beach. Owners are all in to help you with anything: I asked for table and chair as I had some work to do and it was delivered, I also spotted some small ants, so they just came sprayed and I didn’t see them anymore:D Overall nice stay. all was good

• Alessandro (9/5): - Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, staff gentile. Attraversi la strada e sei in spiaggia. Il letto era enorme e comodo. Mi hanno dato anche un sapone. Camera umida e un po buia, ma è una cosa molto comune in sri lanka. Avendo l aria condizionata non è stato un problema

Hem direkt merkezi konum hem kafe restoranlar çok yakın. Hem sahile 1 dklık mesafede. Ev sahipleri harika insanlar. Çok çok iyiler. Odalar temiz ferah geniş yatak yastık çok iyiydi. Duş güzel. Ben çok memnun kaldım. Fiyat da çok uygun. Çok teşekkürler 😍🥳🤩🫠🇱🇰🌴🌴

• Vincent (8/5): Great location. A bit pricy for what the room is - - Owners are really lovely - Location is really great. Max 1 min from the beach - Room is fairly small for the price - Room is somehow getting extremely hot (even at night) and fans are just fanning hot air. - No mosquito net but anti-mosquito plug provided - Train passing at the end of the garden is really noisy (luckily there are not so many) - Area is a bit pricy for what it is (touristy place)

• Sander (9/5): Superb - Hosts were very kind and try to help you with all your questions. Room was big and bed was ok. Very close to the beach with not too many people so very good location. No AC in the room, only a fan, so can be a bit warm during the night but still doable.
• Lily (10/5): Very friendly and helpful owners - The owners are so helpful, if we had a problem they would help us. I accidentally booked the wrong dates but they called me and I was able to change with no issues. One time we didn’t have hot water so they let us use another room to have a hot shower, this was very kind! They also gave us drinking water which was very kind. The location is so close to the beach which is great and lots of restaurants around. It’s about a 15/20 min walk to get to the main bit of ahangama but there’s lots of tuk tuks around as well if you need to get there quicker. The room was clean and the beds are comfortable. The owners are so friendly and nice! The WiFi didn’t connect in our room, only outside the room, but this wasn’t a problem as I have a Sri Lankan sim with internet :)

• Callan (10/5): Amazing! We will be back :) - Dinesh and his family are lovely - they are very welcoming and go over and above to help you enjoy your stay in Ahangama. He got us a great deal on airport transfer, tuk tuks and rental scooters. He even got us a really good rate on currency exchange. The room was spacious, and clean. The bed and pillows were super comfy. It’s right over the road with a 2 minute walk to Kabalana beach, or 30 seconds if you cut through one of the big hotels ;) Will stay here again next time we visit Sri Lanka (for the 4th time ;) ) Nothing really, but the wifi was hit and miss, but seems like the whole area was a bit of a black spot. Didn’t affect us as you can get a SIM card for $15 AUD with 50gb basically anywhere.
• Marine (10/5): Amazing stay, amazing family - Dinesh and his family are amazing. They took such good care of us. We truly felt at home. They cooked delicious food everyday for us. Their house is really nice - it has a huge garden and terrace where you can enjoy your meals. The location is so prime - it is by the most beautiful surfing beach - Kabalana beach. Thank you so much to Dinesh and his family for a truly amazing stay!

• Vincenzo (10/5): amazing - i booked a room for 2 nights and ended up staying here for the remaining two and a half weeks of my vacation. the rooms are clean and comfortable and the accommodation is perfectly located for the beach. but by far the best thing here are the hosts. they are the friendliest and most helpful people i have met so far. they helped me with everything, i could rent a scooter very cheaply through them, i was always served with coffee, tea or water, the room was cleaned regularly, if there was a problem they always helped me and i could go to them with all my wishes. i not only spent my vacation time here but also made new friends! :)

The room is very spacious and comfortable and although it had no AC the room was cool during the day, there is also a really good fan. There was no mosquito net but it was not a problem, we haven’t seen even one bug :) the location is perfect, right in front of the Kabalana beach. Totally recommend!

Thank you so muc - This has by far been the best home stay I have ever stayed at. Dinesh and his family are so lovely & helpful! The room was very clean, and Dinesh and his wife were always available if I had any questions or needed help. The shower was good & hot (if you need help working it as I did, just ask Dinesh!). There are peacocks in the field next door and fireflies in the front yard- so magical. It is steps from Kabalana beach and very close to some great restaurants.

• Marko (10/5): Exceptional - The room was small but very nice and clean and Dinesh and his family were so kind and even gave us a lift to Ahangama and drove us to Galle after our stay. Kabalana beach is a super nice quiet and clean beach only 50 m from Surf Front's rooms. We highly recommend this place!
• Svensoni (10/5): Very nice and spacious place at the beach - Very nice and accomodating host. The room is very spacious and has a fridge and a kettle. It's located right on kabalana beach at the main road but still relatively quiet. Also the room is very bright because it has a big door in front of the bed.
