- Emmalouise (3/5): Wouldn’t stay there again - You can cook Curtains were broken way to light and the extra long list of things that you have to do before you leave you basically have to do everything that they would do as a property B&B/hotel/guess that the list was ridiculous and they took a very long time to reply about the parking no TV in the room and the bed was so tiny and you roll to one side
- Balaam (5/5): - Location Noise of main road
- Stephen (3/5): Very poor accommodation - Close to my son. Not clean. King bed with narrow mattress. Dirty dishes in cupboard. Bed looked like it had been slept in . Rubbish in the front garden. Traffic noise. Half a toilet roll for 5 days. I clean towel. ...I could go on.
- Clive (1/5): - Can you arrange a full refund please as there was no key in the keysafe and no one answers the phone 🙄
- Duxbury (7/5): - Location was OK, but right on main road Room wasnt very warm, which was OK for me, but if my partner had been with me, she would have been unhappy. Curtains didn't cover windows fully, especially noticeable when coming out of the bathroom and being able to see into the bus at the lights! Hot water bottle, which I nearly used, but it appeared for decoration? Had washing machine, which could be useful, but cooking facilities a bit limited. All in all, very clean, and would consider for a few days if the price was reasonable. Probably wouldn't book with partner, and would depend on road noise ( stayed in front supper bedroo., don't know facilities on room at back?) See above.
- Raheem (1/5): Terrible. It wa filthy. Made my body itch. - The lay out. It was filthy. Kebab smell kebab in the fridge from the person before. The sheets were filthy genuinely woke up itching. Nothing was clean it’s like they just let me go in from the last person without even touching it. There was random socks laying around from the person before. This was a bad experience.
- Christine (2/5): A éviter.
- Micah Mejia (6/5): Needs improvement but overall nice place - Well decorated and central position. Easy check in.
Some kitchen equipments and utensils were there apart from plates and glasses.
Washing machine and dryer very useful. No TV and the bed was small for 2 adults. Uncomfortable as well. No tea towel and bath mat.
The kitchen it looked like it needed cleaning. There were stuff inside the cupboards that looked like it was from previous guests.

- Nik (5/5): Adequate, fine, but not brilliant I'm afraid. - Very clean, easy to get into the property No bath mat, no tea towel, no TV. Parking space very hard to get into. Worst thing by far was the loud road just outside the window. Curtains too small for the windows.
- Joanne (8/5): Fab location and excellent price - The location was a fab and it had everything I needed The key safe box was challenging to open as it needed two hands which I’ve never experienced before, however it was fitted quickly once I asked for help and being on the main road there was a lot of traffic noise so I couldn’t open the window of a night time.
- McKenzie (10/5): -
- Graham (10/5): -
- Grace (6/5): - The room is nice and clean, with adequate facilities to make a simple meal and wash your clothes. Location is right next to a busy road. It was very noisy when the windows were open in summer. I guess it would be ok in winter when the windows are closed. Cookery was old and rusty, not pleasant to use.
- Kelly (8/5): Very convenient clean and good value - Very well equipped location was good for where we needed to be Just the noise of the road outside we needed to keep the windows open because it was so warm and the traffic of the main road is very noisy
- Mayur (4/5): I've seen better squats - Nothing The outside of the property looks like a squat. The track that leads to the "parking" is overgrown and narrow. There's a skip right opposite a tight turn into some empty space about the size of a shed that barely fits two small cars. Then an alley by the side of the house to the front door. It's poorly marked. Getting the keys out of the key safe is another ordeal as even with the right code it wouldn't open. The WhatsApp number to contact on "an emergency" didn't work. The room is right next to nothing less than a motorway with traffic all night long. The window can't be opened for all the fumes. THe room looked like the cleaner had bypassed it - several months ago. The bed was small. The mattress springs dug into you. The sheets were rough. The towels well used. The two sponges on the drainer loked like they were the same ones from a year ago. Dust everywhere - trust me I know. No TV. Walls thin. Fine if you want a squat. But this was top dollar and not much in return for it. Take at your peril.
- Paulina (9/5): Superb -
- Karyn (8/5): Very good -
- Firman (10/5): Exceptional - All good
- David (8/5): Very satisfactory - Location ideal… amenities good Tea and coffee supplied would help!
- Matt (8/5): Pleasant - Well appointed and v clean Parking is difficult to find. Key boxes aren’t labelled and there’s about 6 of them !!
- Tony (4/5): I Didn't Find it Delightful - It's a little difficult to say what l liked as l was underimpressed by this Studio. For me it was not "Delightful". What was good was the Wi-Fi, there was enough toilet paper for my 6 night stay and l did manage to get one of the two car parks available. It started on Day 1 when the incorrect key was placed in the key box. I could not get into my apartment. The tenant in another room heard me struggling and they contacted the owner to get combination for another box where my key was. Crisis averted.
Bathroom: No bath mat, no hand towel, no face cloth. What appeared to be previous guests shampoo bottles were left in shower rack. Two small towels were provided but they were so thin it barely held the water that l was drying off my body. They were very "budget" style and not really fit for purpose.
Bedroom Area: Pillows - only two supplied and were bulky and very uncomfortable. Bed - Bed linen was of low quality and no top sheet was provided. The duvet was thin but ok however l was cold and no additional blanket was available. The bed was ok but l found it difficult to sleep on. I am 6ft 3in tall and it is not really adequate for larger sized people. There was a broken slat in the bed frame. The area around the bedside table was not vacummed and huge amounts of piled up dust everywhere. Kitchen Area: Whilst there were a number of appliances to use some very basic kitchen items were not present. No tea spoons, only two forks, two plate knives and two spoons. No dish cloth to dry the dishes, no kitchen sink cloth to clean spillages (l had to use the shower towels), the dish scourer was old and looked like it hadnt been replaced in weeks, if not months...
The Booking.Com description of this property is very basic in what it doesnt tell you. I assumed normal things would be there but they werent. Here's the big one and l was a bit dumfounded when l reasiled there is NO TV.
Would l stay there again - No unless the basics were improved
Do l recommend it - if facilities were improved yes. It is a nice little place, very handy to public transport, if you close the windows properly the traffic noise is significantly decreased.
- Mark (9/5): Superb -
- Aaron (8/5): Had everything you’d need for a stay. Let down by traffic outside window - Was a good size, with everything in it that you would need. Modern bathroom and decor in property. Clean and well maintained. Short distance (2 minute walk) from shops and train station. 1 minute drive to main roads in and out of London. Let down by the extremely busy and loud road outside window (main junction) was relentless all day and night, kept me awake, due to heatwave it was not possible to close windows had I been able to shut windows (fans or air con) it would have probably blocked the noise out.
- Helen (1/5): Bad - I was scammed with the delightful studio in Wimbledon. The address attached for this booking was a fake residential address, which was no 42 Bushey Road Sutton Surrey. I got there about 12 midnight, of which I found out it was a private property, and I was stranded. I called all the telephone numbers attached to the booking, and there was no response
- Ch (5/5): Passable - It was clean and everything was available for daily use Traffic sound was too high we couldn't open windows and it was extremely difficult to sleep
- Caleb (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lakhdar (4/5): Disappointing - No sheet on the bed glasses dirty with previous peoples lip marks
- Margaret (9/5): Thanks for having me. Look forward to returning again soon. - The space was beautiful and easy proximity to public transport. Great location. Pictures are as described.
- Damian (9/5): Great value for price. - Great apartment with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Station 4 minute walk.
Very good value for price.
Host very accommodating to request prior to arrival.
I shall be staying again
- Pam (9/5): Superb - The compact studio had everything I needed including a washing machine. It was clean and had all the essentials. It is a short walk to Raynes Park railway station and buses. The weather was glorious so it did get pretty warm as it had sun all day but you could open the windows in the evening and get it cool again for sleep. It is beside a main road but with the windows closed at night it didn't bother me.
- Iryn (10/5): Exceptional - Great place, very clean, well organised, good and comfortable bed. The kitchen was equipped perfectly well, with everything you need to stay much longer that I did.
Before coming to London I had problems with contacting Booking.com to collect information on how to get to the property and pick up the key. I requested this information from the owners and received good and clear instructions promptly on my email. Thank you, Owners!
Definitely, I will recommend this cute apartment to my friends who travel to London. Nothing to say
