• Anandhu (1/5): Very disappointed with the stay. Feels like we wasted our money. - Nothing about the property is worth the money they charge. Rooms are really dirty, bathroom light and space is really bad and congested. There is a very unpleasant smell. Terrace door is stuck. Room is really small. Everything is poorly maintained.

Dislike - Parking was limited, parking available for 7-8 cars only.Room had some kind of foul smell and had to ask them to use some Air freshners, Air conditioning was an issue, room wasn't getting cooled. No linens were provided. Again, I had to ask for it, and 1 was provided for double occupancy.For 6 hours, it's a passable option if there aren't any other choices available.

• Gopa (4/5): See your room before you stay - The staffs were very nice... They were extremely good. Room was not that much maintained by the authorities. Especially the bathroom, the wash basin in the bathroom was horrible, will have to wait atleast 10 minutes to drain it completly. The tile was very slippy in nature.. I hope they can even do better, because they have got a very good staffs.

The rooms were neat and tidy and the staffs were friendly, professional and provided great customer service. The Hotel has a restaurant inside which is very convenient for those who don’t want to search outside. There are also many good restaurants close by for variety. Overall a very good stay. We are repeat visitors at Vishnu Inn and all our family members book here whenever we visit Guruvayoor. Nil

• Kumar (5/5): Am not going back again to stay in this property. I even doubt they gave me the deluxe room. - Don’t know really. The morning staffs were good and atleast helping to know about things. Evening there was a guy who was not even bothered about the guest. After last watching him and his reaction of no concern it was like is it a good genuine place to stay. I even doubt if they gave me the deluxe room as the room was very small and it was not at all looking like a deluxe room. The amount charged is nearly 4000 for which I think the room and the hotel is worth of.
