• Jones (9/5): Brilliant - Very fresh and clean. Plenty of space and a whole apartment to ourselves... Located at central pier which is highly convenient. The manager let me know everything and more about the apartment, very informative. Price was very reasonable Parking is very hard to get in the streets. Luckily Blackpool central multistory car park is 24hr and only 300yards away
• Lauren (10/5): - I was so impressed with the appartment it was absolutely beautiful, so clean an spacious can't wait to book again already we absolutely loved it. The location is perfect literally across the road from the central pier an pretty much everything in blackpool was super close. The communication was really good with the people renting who were absolutely lovely an very informative an always available to answer any questions we had thankyou for an amazing stay highly recommend have already recommended to friends and family. Nothing.

• Angela (10/5): Created good memories in Blackpool. - Very close to the centre of Blackpool and the Central pier. Good communication with the hosts and good local information and support. Loved the little touches that made our stay excellent.
• Hannah (10/5): Wonderful stay, helpful staff. - Great location for tower. Spacious and had useful amenities. Beds were comfy. Staff were really helpful and accommodating when problems faced (my son locked us out one of the rooms at 10pm at night and they kindly and efficiently sorted it out). Property was clean and well cared for. Hallways are shared (have to walk through downstairs apartment to get to upstairs). We had no issues but might make some uncomfortable.

• Alison (6/5): Pleasant - Everything we needed was in the apartment, any issues escalated regarding the apartment was responded to quickly. There was on street parking round the corner although neighbourhood could have been pleasanter this was not the fault of the property and felt secure in the property Should have made clearer that the people renting upstairs flat came through the ground floor, although the family above us were really nice. and as we were all in Blackpool for a competition we were all out most of the day
• Chris (10/5): Exceptional - The location was perfect and the facilities was amazing. Was noisy in bedroom 1 but that's as its by the road and people upstairs.
• Lucette (10/5): Perfect for an adult girls stay - We stayed on the ground floor apartment, myself and 3 grown up daughters for a girls weekend. This is situated in the golden mile and 1 road back from the sea front. As we stayed between Christmas and new years we had no problem with any noise from outside the premises. The host made sure the heating was on full for our arrival so we were comfortable. The apartment has all the basic kit to use including towels and toilet rolls even washing up liquid and cloths. We made use of the board games in the front room which was lovely. The rooms were a good size everything was freshly laundered. All rooms which were off a short communal entrance hall had their own locks and keys we had no problem with this as we didn't see anyone and locked the doors when we went out. Lovely communication from the host. Would definitely stay again. Can't think of anything.
• Jackie (8/5): Perfect place for a stay in Blackpool, short walking distance to the centre. - The location is perfect, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped. We have re-booked for the same time next year. The walls are in need of som repair but that didn't detract from our comfort.

Not right on the front so sheltered but yet right in the middle of everything. Free parking nearby was a bonus. Well furnished and comfy with plenty of kitchen accessories. Had some issues my end but the booking contacts bent over backwards to help us out so we are very grateful for their time and patience. Would recommend! Tv in the second bedroom would’ve been a perk and access to Netflix etc included.

• Clarke (1/5): Bad - Nothing It was damp, there was mould in the bedroom and lounge, the toilet stunk of mould. I have a chest infection now because of the mould and damp. I won't be staying there again.

The location was the best place to stay in blackpool.don and Andrea were so lovely and helpful.don gave us every information he could and more.the best place we've stayed at and we're ready to book again.
• Janine (10/5): Excellent - Perfect location right near the central pier. The apartment was on the second floor, perfectly secure. The bed was exceptionally comfy, full amenities ensuring you had everything you need for your stay. I can not fault the cleanliness. The check in information was spot on The money I spent in Blackpool 🤣 Nothing to fault about where we stayed though.
• Kimberley (3/5): Please read if you have young children - We really liked that it was a 1 minute walk to the central peir When I booked it said ground floor which i needed because of having a baby and taking a pushchair in and out, but when we got there it was a first floor. When checking in I had to ring the man to let them know I was there who seemed to have forgot about our booking. We were told that there is a man that lived above us that we would never see who uses the same stairs as us an walks through the middle of our apartment to get to his, although there were doors to get to the bedrooms i still didn't feel comfortable going for a shower as the man could walk past me or my children at any moment. The doors to the bedroom could be locked but my tall 6 year old couldn't unlock the door from the inside. I didn't feel comfortable letting my child sleep in the room on his own as he would have to come out of his room through a heavy door then across the hall which the man used to go up to his then through another heavy door to my room and the kitchen. The man above us was in all week, we heard arguing one night and what sounded like a band above us at 4am the next night. There were signs saying no smoking or vaping allowed but everytime we would open the door to go up to our apartment all we could smell were fags from the man above. Non of the windows closed and there was no handle on the kitchen window which means it was open continuously. The lock on the bathroom door fell apart while I was in there. Outside the front door is a burger shop, arcade, bingo and nightclub so the road was very loud all hours. When we checked out there was no one to hand the keys to, so we left them on the table where we found them and left. No one has contacted me or anything so we could have still been there.

• Sarah (9/5): Superb - Excellent location and a lovely apartment with everything you need and 2 toilets which was nice. Communication fantastic and quick response. Comfy homely rooms and comfy beds. Cash machine/shop 20 steps away. The only thing i can mention is no lock on my bedroom door (ground floor) shared hallway with 2nd floor guests). My daughters bedroom locked. But we felt safe and surprisingly no noise heard really at night from outside. We enjoyed our stay very much - thankyou :)
• Emma (5/5): The shared access is a deal breaker for us. - I'm torn between it being a lovely stay and an awful stay... The apartment itself was spacious and is well located for the seafront. We had a brand new cot bed set up for us and the host was very friendly and informative on text. We were very much staying in someone's house. The guys that live 'upstairs' has access to the front door and hallway, which is in the middle of the apartment. Which means 2 guys were regularly walking passed our bedroom and living room door. He asked us not to lock the front door from the inside, which means our children could get out and straight onto the busy road. There was no mention of the shared access till the morning of arrival. We had booked the travel cot so it was obvious we were travelling with children. I don't mean to be rude to the owner, but I don't know him and did not feel comfortable with people walking by multiple times a day talking to my half dressed children. There was also a police raid at the house next door at 6am, which unsurprisingly was very loud and scary for the children. We would give the host 9/10 and the apartment a 1/10 for those with young children, we did not feel comfortable staying here.

• Gary (10/5): Exceptional - We liked everything about the place everything you wanted is there .. if not you were just a text away from someone to help you... you was within 5 mins of everything from shops to cafes to the sea front There was no parking on site .. there was parking around the roads near by

• Colleen (9/5): Fantastic would stay again - The appartment was clean, spacious and in a great location! Don was very friendly and was contactable when needed. The only suggestion I have is that the property could provide hand soap in the bathrooms and a spare set of bedroom keys.

Wife a bit dubious about a shared hall way to upstairs but Nothing what so ever to worry about will stop there again if visiting Blackpool and what a lovely property and host offering all assistance if needed. • Emily (5/5): Passable - Close by to everything. Great location. Clean. Comfy. Pictures didn’t show our apartment meaning everything we got was not what we expected. Whilst it WAS clean and comfortable, we were a bit disappointed we didn’t get a sofa as shown to all sit together at any point and watch tv. 2 tvs out of 3 didn’t work, luckily we had our phones/iPads to watch things.

• Peggy (10/5): Best Apartments - Donald the owner couldn't have done any more for us.He was just a phone call away if needed .Can't go wrong with Central Apartments Would not hesitate in recommending them and so central to everything .The Photos on the website are exactly what you get pure comfort. There was nothing not to like
• Matthew (9/5): A great two days had enjoying the attractions, despite the negative points, and the sun shone. - The apartment was surprisingly, and pleasantly larger than expected. It was very well presented and maintained with a great kitchen area with enough utensils, plates etc to cook an evening meal for me and my daughters, maybe a few more saucepans wouldn't go a miss. Tea and coffee is provided, and sachets of milk in the fridge. The living room was very comfortable in the evening, with the essential local brochures, plus books to read and a couple of games to play and obviously a TV with Amazon Prime and Netflix, but no Netflix subscription set up at this property. The bedrooms were well equipped with comfortable beds, the rear bedroom is massive. And a bonus, it is literally a minute walk to the promenade for all of your entertainment, and about 5 minutes on the tram to the Pleasure Beach The owners of the property made contact with me in the evening to make sure I was settled in and everything was okay, and we kept in touch for the duration of the time I stayed there, and they were very gracious and obliging on our last day. This is out of the control of the owner of the apartment, but The Stanley Show bar. This bar has a licence to 2AM and they do like to play their music very loudly, even when they only had a handful of people inside the bar. Even with wearing earplugs it was too loud to be in the front bedroom. Perhaps an investment in new double, or triple glazing, by the owners of the apartment wouldn't go a miss, seeing as one pain to the front bedroom is cracked already. Another minor issue which the owner can't control, is the inbred "nerdowells" that queue for their cheap burgers twice a day directly across the road from the apartment. Supposedly they are the "best burgers in Blackpool" but it isn't a sit down inside place, think burger van but served from a very small hotplate in a the building. The patrons of this establishment do like to sit on window sills or doorsteps of the residents properties while waiting for their food, or to eat it. This isn't a problem if you are out at the time. Don't get me wrong, I'm not snob or rich private school educated silver spoon type but when we turned up on our check in day to be greeted by a queue of un savoury looking people, it did make my daughters a little wary and unloading the car was a like a military operation with eyes in the back of your head. I'm sure these people are actual nice in their own way.
• Lindsay (4/5): Dom the host was helpful but we will not stay there again. - It was apartment self catering The bedrooms were stuffy no air conditioning no windows in one room and couldn’t open other window because on busy street across from bar. Damp in front room and strong smell and couldn’t use some of the facilities because no internet for a lot of our stay. Skylight in bathroom was overlooked by window above. Wasn’t told when booking it was a shared entrance until we got text message when nearly there, we would not have booked because was on hoilday with child and mother.
• Emma (10/5): Amazing comfy apartment so close to everything - Location was amazing, very spacious and had everything and more that we needed, exceptionally clean and fresh, soft comfortable beds, as well as a super soft couch in the lounge which my partner loved, Suited everyone that stayed with ages from 12 to 74. Everything was within walking distance which was handy, car park was only next road over so no big issue, highlight for the youngest member of the family was the £1 burger man ( Chris) directly outside, already looking at booking again so soon, I forgot to mention Don he was an lovely gent who met us at the property to greet us and run us through everything and was only a text away if needed, Thank you That our stay wasn't longer.

Upon arrival we was met by Janet who was extremely lovely, she helped to show us around and recommended suitable parking places for us. Only let down was we didn't know how to use the hob but that was probably just us being dumb haha
