Francisca (10/5): Excelente lugar, muy recomendable! - Me encantó el refugio, fuimos para subir la montaña y era muy rico volver porque es súper acogedora.. es como un museo de cosas de nieve antiguas. Está súper bien mantenido y tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar y dormir bien. La ducha perfecta. Amé que tengan guateros y pantuflas. Ojo con poner el cartel de estacionamiento en su auto porque vimos multando a otros. Volveremos seguro. Gracias
Ignacio (1/5): Pésimo. Nos fuimos a otro lado - Reservamos para pasar 1 noche siendo 2 familias (4 adultos, 4 niños). La planta baja donde había 3 camas era totalmente inhabitable. No se podía estar del olor a humedad y naftalina. El aspecto general de todo ese ambiente era terrorífico (camas, baño, instalaciones, limpieza ). Tampoco nos daba seguridad encender la calefacción. A los 30 minutos de de llegar tomamos la decisión de irnos. Hablé con la propietaria (que siempre nos había atendido muy bien) y con booking. Solo nos reintegraron los gastos de reserva. No fue un tema de comodidad, el lugar no era habitable. Todo
Christopher (1/5): Terrible - La ubicación y la respuesta rápida de la encargada. No habia agua caliente, y tuvimos que dormir con las ventanas abiertas porque estaba sonando la alarma de monóxido de carbono. -6 grados afuera.
