Guest Reviews
- Robert (7/5): Clean apartment in a nice area, with a somewhat complicated entry procedure - Excellent location, close to the lively Navigli area of Milan. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The hosts were generally quick to respond to messages. The hosts were also somewhat accommodating of my request for an early check-in. I suggest that the check-in instructions for this property be revised. The instructions are extremely long, and contain several large pictures and videos, requiring extensive scrolling when viewed on a mobile phone. The instructions included statements like "enter the code" without saying what the code was, requiring very careful reading and scrolling to different parts of the webpage to find it. Entering the apartment from the street requires entering three separate codes and making two separate telephone calls. Due to poor wording of the instructions, I initially spent over 20 minutes trying to get into the apartment by entering the final door code. The instructions indicated that the "unlock" button on the apartment keypad should be held for a few seconds. I repeatedly entered the correct code, held the unlock button, and the keypad beeped and the light lit up, but the door would not open. It was only by accident that I discovered that the unlock button should only be pressed quickly and not held. Counterintuitively, holding the unlock button, even after entering the unlock code, would cause the door to lock (or stay locked). I found this very confusing and poorly explained. Finally, the directions contained no information about how to leave the final door of the complex to get out to the street. The door locked automatically, but there was no button, switch, or other mechanism on the door to unlock it. I was locked in the courtyard for over 10 minutes the first time I tried to leave. Finally, another resident of the complex showed me that several meters away from the door, there was a small switch on the wall that unlocked the mechanism. Again, I found this to be very confusing.
- ORIOL (7/5): - Location. Access instructions too complex, finally I had to use the emergency process. Bed is very uncomfortable. A/C too noisy.
- Abdelmoneim (7/5): - Location The checkout is too early while the checking is so late
The access is not easy by the procedure sent by the host
- Kevin (5/5): Good location. Onerous access procedure. Bad sagging bed. - Good location. Full kitchen. Not impressed. Gaining access to the apartment is an absurdly convoluted ordeal - requiring a juggling act of web links, phone calls, codes, and overly complicated procedures - every single time you enter. God help you if your phone dies. Supposedly, there are “emergency keys,” but retrieving them is a ridiculous scavenger hunt across the city involving multiple lockboxes, each with its own secret code, which you can only obtain by watching a video from management. The “bed” is a flimsy, bargain-basement convertible sofa with a pronounced sag that makes sleep a physical challenge. Privacy? Nonexistent. A giant, curtainless window puts the entire room on display. The 10 am checkout is unreasonably early, and the host doesn’t graciously offer flexibility. To top it off, there’s no option for storing luggage anywhere nearby. A deeply frustrating and poorly thought-out experience.

- Robert (10/5): Exceptional -
- Uros (9/5): Superb - The aesthetic was pretty nice. It was a bit cold at times, a blanket would be nice.

- Lee (9/5): Easy clean short stay - Nice clean property not far from metro and shops ideal for short stay N/a
- Dr (8/5): Very good -
- Dan (9/5): Superb - The location was great. The communication was minimal and very clear. Very comfortable for a solo traveler.
- Krista (10/5): A gem in the heart of Milan! - A beautiful apartment close to the main attractions and Navigli. Vesta is an amazing host! She provided me with accurate instructions regarding self check-in and was always communicating with me to see that my needs are met. As a solo traveller I felt that the area was safe. I would definitely stay here again if I go back to Milan!
- Lydia (8/5): Nice appartement, nice neighbourhood. Hosts need to be more professionals. - It's a modern cozy apartment. It was clean and had all the necessary comforts. Its location is convenient, with the Duomo a 20-minute walk away and Navigli even closer at just 5 minutes. There are some nice places to eat and drink nearby. Our stay was frustrating due to communication problems and the property being unavailable upon our arrival. Despite their attempts to send us guidance on registration and entry, we never received these messages. Despite checking both the browser and app versions of my booking account, the messages section in Booking remained and remains empty and no emails arrived to our inbox (or Junk folder either). Despite informing the property owners of our late check-in, they were unavailable when we arrived. Despite multiple attempts, we couldn't reach anyone from the property, neither by phone nor email at that time. This lack of response left us stranded outside the property, with no means of entry or communication with the staff. Consequently, we were left with no choice but to find alternative accommodation for the night at short notice, incurring additional cost of 120€ and inconvenience. The property lacks of professionalism as they failed to offer any discount to compensate for their unavailability during our check-in time. We have submitted a request to Booking to investigate the technical issue, and we await their response.
