• Xanta (10/5): Extraordinar, abia asteptam sa revenim! Recomandam cu caldura! - Locatie excelenta, fiind aproape de tot ce conteaza, apartamentul e bine organizat, curat, boem. Un MARE plus pentru noi: e pet friendly, iar in zona se gasesc multe zone de plimbat cateii
• Andreea (10/5): Minunat - Camera luminoasa si frumos decorata (pare cuibusorul unui student la arte), dotata cu tot ce e nevoie si atentie la detalii. Am apreciat si prezenta unor carti si albume de arta si m-am bucurat, pentru ca uitasem sa iau ceva de citit cu mine. E potrivita pentru 1 sau 2 persoane micute, mai ales ca baia e tare ingusta (desi frumos si curat amenajata). Vederea din pat e minunata, iar noaptea intra multa lumina din strada. Locatia e centrala, in palat istoric, iar in zona sunt cafenele si restaurante (Cetatuia e si ea aproape). Noi am venit pe jos de la gara, e o mica plimbare de 15 min. A fost o experienta foarte draguta, si gazda tare amabila + prompta in mesaje. Multumim!
• Marius (4/5): O experienta neplacuta dar compensata de placerile si frumusetile orasului - Pozitionarea fata de toate obiectivele turistice, dotarile din camera si aerul studentesc( vintage). Nu exista mic dejun. Nu exista televizor, radio, etc. Nu este specificat ca locul de dormit se afla la inaltime( se urca pe o scara neasigurata, doar o sfoara si aceea destul de fragila . exista in orice moment posibilitatea de accidentare, iar persoanele cu mici probleme de sanatate la membrele inferioare sau persoanele mai in varsta nu pot urca in pat). Zgomotul pe timpul noptii este infernal, zgomot produs atat de circulatie cat si de raul Somesul Mic, zgomot care se aude in camera din cauza geamurilor si usii neetanse. tot di cauza acestor deficiente centrala termica functioneaza aproape toata noaptea. In concluzie aceasta este o camera improprie cazarii in regim hotelier, dar poate fi inchiriatacu succes studentilor sau persoanelor tinere cu varsta pana in 30 de ani. Chiar daca legea prevede, proprietara nu emite factura. Un punct MINUS si pentru Booking.com care promoveaza astfel de cazari, fara sa respecte legea interesandu-i doar comisionul.

The location is perfect and the building is beautiful. The host is extremely helpful ,kind and professional ! Would highly recommend and would visit again myself ! thanks for everything ! In case of mobility problems the bed is up stairs. You can hear the traffic on the busy hours .

A few good coffee places and restaurants around the area. Beeing located close to a major street, sometimes the traffic noise was a little bit louder.
