• Charlotte (10/5): A comfortable, well-located stay with everything I needed for a relaxing break. - Great location, just a short walk to the beach and the main area with bars and restaurants, but still nice and quiet at night. The apartment was comfortable and the ceiling fan in the bedroom was excellent, especially with the high temperatures—it kept the room cool and made sleeping really easy. Nothing i didn’t like. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.
• ROSA DELIA (7/5): Estancia en el Apartamento La Arena - La ubicación y que es una zona muy tranquila El estado del apartamento. Tenía bastante olor a humedad e incluso el armario tenia moho, además de tener humedad en las paredes. La ropa de cama dejo bastante que desear, la manta fue inutilizable, del olor y el polvo que tenía. No es una buena opción para 3 personas. En el anuncio ponía que tenia lavadora y no es así.
• Dolores (6/5): - The complex was nice and quiet and close to the beach. The staff I met were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very well equipped with everything you would need. Thursday afternoon at the hidden gem restaurant on site was fun . Quizzes and bingo. The food was good also . The apartment is in need of upgrading and painting. The bed was a little uncomfortable but got used to it . The shower head kept falling down. Towels were very light and flimsy.

• ALAIN (8/5): - Apartement très pratique à 200m de la plage et très proche de l'aéroport mais sans en subir les inconvénients. On peut se garer facilement du moins en janvier .. Arminda, la propriétaire ou peut-être seulement la gérante est très réactive en cas de problème. Une jolie piscine aussi. Si les voisins sont trop bruyants... insonorisation un peu insuffisante. Il peut faire froid dans l'appartement en janvier.

• Gabi (10/5): Wir können das Apartment LA ARENA weiter empfehlen und hatten 4 Wochen eine sehr schöne Zeit. - Das Apartment liegt in einer ruhigen Anlage u. hat vielleicht 40 qm , für uns völlig ausreichend, liegt ebenerdig mit großer Terrasse wo man schön sitzen kann, einen ausreichend großen Wohnraum mit offener Küche , einem kleinen Badezimmer mit Dusche und ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, die Matratzen waren sehr bequem. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es einen großen Einbauschrank, etwas mehr Bügel wären gut, im Schrank gibt es auch einen Safe und ein Bügeleisen ist auch da. Das Appartement wirkte auf den ersten Blick sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet , es war sauber und modern eingerichtet , mit kleinen Accessoires und vielen Kissen ausgestattet macht es das alles recht gemütlich . In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was wir zum kochen oder Frühstück zubereiten gebraucht haben. Die Vermieterin hatte an alles gedacht und es war vorbereitet mit Spülmittel, Lappen, Schwamm Geschirrtüchern, Müllbeutel , Reinigungsmittel und im Bad genügend Handtücher und zwei Rollen Toilettenpapier. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin klappte reibungslos und sie war sehr bemüht, das es uns an nichts fehlte, Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden auf Wunsch aller 6 Tage gewechselt, Wünsche auch extra erfüllt. Bei der Ankunft hatte die Vermieterin sogar ein paar Kleinigkeiten und Süßigkeiten bereitgestellt. Für Ordnung, Sauberkeit , Müllentsorgung und Poolreinigung in der Anlage sorgt ein sehr freundliches und nettes Ehepaar, welches gleich nebenan wohnt. Schön ist auch das es ein kleines englisches Restaurant in der Anlage gibt , geöffnet von Mittwoch- bis sonntags, ab 9.30 Uhr - 17.00 Uhr, es gibt alles von Frühstück bis Mittagessen, oft war auch Livemusik im Angebot. Das nötigste wie Getränke, Wasser, Reinigungsmittel oder Hygieneartikel u. a. hat es da auch zum kaufen gegeben . Schön ist auch das es in der Anlage möglich ist die Wäsche zu waschen, es gibt eine Waschmaschine und Trockner (4,00 Euro für eine Ladung) und befindet sich Nähe des Restaurants. WLAN im Apartment funktioniert einwandfrei Leider habe ich auf dem TV Gerät keine deutschen Fernsehsender gefunden aber mit eigenem Laptop war das egal weil das Internet super funktionierte

• Nuttall (9/5): Will definitely be coming back - Great little apartment, ideal for 2 people or adults with a child, host was really accommodating and was very quick at answering any questions. Would definitely recommend to others. Great little complex was just sad the onsite bar was closed while we were there. Beds were a little uncomfortable but not a problem for a short stay.

Perfect location, just 5 mins walk from the centre where there are lots of restaurants and bars. Just 5 euros in a taxi to Puerta Del Carmen if you want more lively night.

The Hidden Gem on site serves great food and drink at great prices and staff so friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great communication with owners. Brilliant place.

• Hester12 (9/5): A nice little gem. - Super comfy bed. Nice and generous amount of towels. Tasteful decoration. Nice welcome vine and chocolates. Resident cats and birds in the garden give an extra feel at home. The noise and exhaustion gases of planes were really disturbing. The place would deserve some proper dining chairs. The cheap Ikea stools ruin the overall comfort. The only thing we missed is a wooden/silicone spoon for cooking.

• John (10/5): Been to this area many times and would use this apartment again. - Complex was in a quiet location but many bars, restaurants and cafes and the beach a short walk away. Tidy and clean apartment ideal for our stay. Owner was in contact to ensure all was well at the apartment, very accommodating. No issues for us.
• Willie (10/5): Exceptional - The place was spotless The only problem I had was when I arrived at the complex the appartments are all numbered as I did not know the number only the appartment name called the owner and was told the number other than that everything was perfect
