• hikaru (7/5): また利用したい - 部屋が思ったより広く綺麗だった 事前に部屋のパスワードなどがあることやそのパスワードを教えていただけず、電話にも出てくださらなかった為 最初着いた時宿に入れずでした。 すぐにお電話折り返しして頂けましたが旅行の為スケジュールもあったので出来れば事前に教えていただきたかったです

• 阿部 (8/5): - 車を無料で駐車出来て良かった。 チェックインより前に到着したが 車を駐車出来てその後、予定より遅くチェックインになったりしても対応がとても良かった。 部屋が汚い印象はなかったが、ベットの空きスペースにクモの巣があった。

• NAOKI (8/5): グループ旅行にぴったりです。 - 6名まで入れる部屋だったのでグループ旅行にぴったりでした。また、価格もリーズナブルで、サッポロビール園に行く予定だったので、とても近くて助かりました。
• Ley (5/5): Passable - Received confirmation for reserved parking but was not honoured when arrived at 5.30 pm. Have to go up second floor to look for staff to get us a parking lot. It happened again when we came back from dinner and we had to go up again to knock at the door for some time before the staff came out to see us. It was a tiring day for us and the incident wasted our precious time.
• Arnab (2/5): Very poor - The AC was not working and it was so hot. We couldn’t sleep the whole night.
• Chan (8/5): Value for money - As a couple we had the whole room to ourselves which comprises 2 bunk beds that's meant to accommodate 4 pax. So as 2 persons we have much space but for 4 it will be a tight squeeze. There's only a very small table to eat on. Fully equipped but like I said it's just 2 of us, so it's alright. Generally very clean. We never met the owner or host or landlord, all through preadvised drop box for keys etc. But for the price we paid we are happy with it. Distance to nearest station is about 10 minutes away. So if you have a large luggage, it may be daunting.
• Marcelo (8/5): GOOD PLACE TO STAY, CLEAN & WELL SETUP. 20 MIN WALK TO SAPPORO STATION. WELL PRICED, LOCAL AMENITIES - The room was spacious for Japanese standards and it had a kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Facilities were really clean. The house had other facilities such as main room with a pool table, TV, full kitchen, etc, heater, TV, kettle, A/C. The location was not that far from Sapporo station but a little hard to find. The walk with suitcases and a phone on hand (maps) was more like 25 minutes. The host was nice, communicated well and answered the phone when we called. They let us check-in early and check-out late which meant we did not have to pay luggage storage anywhere. The place was so quiet we felt we had it to ourselves... We ended up walking to most places from here as the longest walk which was to Susukino Street Mall was around 30 minutes, all flat and easy walk. The host did not really have sheets in the beds, I slept on very comfortable warm dooners under me and another one on top. Ended up being too hot but I felt if there were bed sheets it would feel a little better as I am not sure how or how often they clean those. The host only sent us a map a day or so before checking in. The map did not come up on my phone and I had to find my own way to the accommodation. I just realised the email had a map when I accessed the email on my computer (after check-out). This is not a complaint but maybe it would be great to send the map to guests at the time of booking so we can plan. But overall it was a great stay, highly recommended.
