Girls loved using the Hot hub even in the rain! Steps up to house and in garden were not an issue for us. Would definitely recommend and hope to return to explore more of the area. nothing we didn't like (except maybe the Welsh weather!)
• Tia (1/5): DO NOT RECCOMEND. DIRTY FILTHY HOUSE & HOT TUB - Afan house. Very shocking if I'm honest. We paid £220 for 1 night and the house was just absolutely filthy, the bed sheets were dirty and covered in hair and you could smell the dirt on the bed sheets. The duvet and pillows were full on small black hair either a man's beard hair or quite frankly pube hair. 🤢 There was no spare bed sheets to change the dirty ones that we had either. Also to add, the same hair was in the hot tub absolutely everywhere. Me and my children were really looking forward to getting in the hot tub and relaxing but we couldn't physically go in it! It was that filthy, black small dark pube or beard hair were all floating on top and I refused to let my children in such a dirty hot tub. Yes I did have 2 very very upset disappointed children because of this! We got asked to check in at 15:00-16:00 and leave the next day at 10:00. That's not even 24hours in our accommodation and we paid £220! Absolutely ridiculous. We didn't mind paying a bit extra as we thought we could use the hot tub and have a nice evening but no we didn't even use it due to the filth in it. We woke up Sunday morning , had breakfast and was getting ready to go- my children were playing in the garden whilst we were taking the bags to the car and a stranger just walked into the garden whilst my kids were in there. A man just happily walked in the garden without any heads up or anything. He stated he was there to work but we were still in the property so surely you shouldn't be coming til we leave. This was very worrying to think anyone could just walk in whilst I had my children there. Very disappointed with our stay at Afan House and would NOT recommend.
• Ishrat (10/5): Exceptional - Had an amazing stay at this beautiful house. Perfect location. Breathtaking views. All you need in the house for family stay with the bonus of a hot tub. Clean and comfy. Absolutely loved it. Will definitely want to book again if going to South Wales.

Brilliant hosts, house was clean and tidy, beautiful welcome hamper when we arrived. The little touches like the hot tub and Christmas decorations really made a difference.
