- Edward (8/5): Quiet, clean, comfy, and convenient. - Convenient clean and nice staff. Can’t say I disliked anything. Only 8 stars because my stay was so short I had no time to really enjoy all the hotel has to offer. I will say the cafe in the morning: maybe consider a second employee when it’s busy?
- anne (9/5): Beautiful, classy comfort. - I liked the hotel (beautiful), the location and the comfort I would have preferred the laundry was in the same building, but other than that everything was amazing!
- Danielle (10/5): -
- Kristine (9/5): Great stay - Clean and a wonderful location—right on campus Nothing
- David (10/5): Outstanding clean friendly staff - Everything staff excellent Nothing
- Steve Bangor Maine (9/5): -
- Steven (8/5): The stay was nice, comfortable but a bit on the pricey side - I find the rates to stay a bit expensive from other places in the surrounding area, I enjoy staying on Campus at the URSA but in the future may have to change my place of stay do to the cost.
- David (8/5): Excellent clean stay - Great clean Na
- Mike (8/5): - Location couldn’t any more ideal. AC unit is way too loud.
- BRIAN (10/5): - It’s fresh and new. It was quiet even being on the college campus. The bed was comfortable, the whole room was immaculately clean. Nothing bad to say!
- Cheryl (10/5): -
- Nichole (9/5): Very convenient - I liked that we were right on campus
- Erin (10/5): Great for visiting UMaine! - Great location for visiting UMaine campus, you are literally on the campus. Very clean and quiet. Minor point: breakfast was not included, however there is an affordable coffee shop in the hotel with coffee, bagels, and breakfast sandwiches.

- Ornelas (7/5): - This hotel is literally on the UMaine Campus. So, that's cool! While it does include some of the college branding, incorporating Major/Minor and the bear, it's a little lacking in the whole "Graduate Hotel" vibe. The bathroom was a little uninviting but it was very clean and big, just zero aesthetic. Also, it was cold. We did adjust our thermostat but getting it to actually warm up wasn't possible. The windows are thin, the carpets are thin....Overall, it was fine. The downstairs lobby was pretty cute, the cleanliness was top of the line. Just wish it was cuter and warmer.
- Steven (8/5): It was a great stay, quiet and peaceful - Was a convenient location to stay where my daughter is a sophomore at UMaine, and I could visit her.
- Christopher (10/5): -
- Payne (10/5): Good place to stay - Convenient, roomy, comfortable. All in all it was a nice stay No complimentary breakfast. Shower was a little wonky, but served the purpose.
- Fiacra (8/5): Pleasant - Staff were really nice and room was comfy The price was higher than it should be
- Danielle (10/5): This was a very relaxing and pleasant day. Everyone was so kind and friendly. Great customer service. - I loved the charm and character. It is styled beautifully and very clean and comfortable. There was nothing that I did not like about it
- Lucinda (10/5): We would recommend staying on the UMO campus at Hotel Ursa. - Breakfast was good. Never been on the UMO campus. It is lovely. We hadn’t expected an additional fee for our dog. When we got in the room it was carpeted and realized the fee.
We also didn’t want to get back into the car for a dinner meal and we were disappointed there weren’t more choices other than pizza.

- Jason (9/5): - Check in was easy. The shared spaces were warm, welcoming, and tasteful decorated. The room looked recently updated and clean. There was a nice little cafe for breakfast. The wall seemed thin. You could hear conversations from the next room/hallway.
- Carla (10/5): A blessing to stay at Hotel Ursa! - Breakfast was great and excellent coffee. Staff was helpful, professional and kind. Couldn’t stay longer.

Great room!!! Nothing!
- Jennifer (10/5): Was amazing. Room was beautiful - It was amazing
- Staci (9/5): - Clean, spacious, professional front desk staff None
- Demers (10/5): I was there, my stay was not reimbursed so it's out of my pocket! I'm Chinese Indonesian. - The room was great and spacey. It's the price that is a bit too steep for me as a teacher. I hope that there will be a 25% discount for teachers and I can get a room for $75 because we only need it to sleep. Thank you for trying to make it better for me!!
- Andrew (10/5): -
- Tina szoka (10/5): Will definitely be back! - Very convenient... right in our building. Just enough for breakfast
- Alison (7/5): This hotel needs to not use single use plastic, and also employ more professional staff. - Convenient location for the university Single use plastics in the cafe and bedrooms (with no recycling available; crazy for an apparently environmentally conscious university campus!), and very unprofessional front desk staff (I assume they are university students). Also, the first room I was offered also had a giant pyramid of dirty linen in the middle of the floor. And the rooms do not have extra comforters or blankets, and apparently neither did reception (I was offered a dirty one, or extra sheets to keep me warm…). So not the best stay!!
- Angela (8/5): Overall it was very good, I did not appreciate a knock at the door at 10:59 asking if I was doing late check out or the -

- Kristin (10/5): Very nice place to stay! - Nice location, clean, comfortable and friendly staff. A little more than we wanted to spend but less than everything else around the area.
- A Hunter (10/5): Killer spot on UM campus! Comfy, friendly, and with a cafe! - AWESOME spot on campus. Super comfy rooms, lovely staff, great facilities. I stayed in the new building and the room was spacious, great view, fast internet...it was PERFECT. Will stay again. Nada.
- Sharon (9/5): Happy with this lodging pick. - Great location. Pretty clean facilities. Comfy bed. Room was a bit tight with limited storage. Cozy, but tight if you need to spread yourself out or have a lot of stuff. Fine for the one night we stayed.
- Marinette (10/5): -
- Rick (9/5): - Pretty much everything. Great job renovating! Definitely recommend.
- David (10/5): Excellent - Beautifully appointed with exceptional number of outlets and portals strategically located. Staff were all polite and friendly Nothing
- JANET (9/5): Very comfortable - Loved location and look of the hotel Did not know rooms were only cleaned every other day

- Gregory (9/5): Quiet, historic and well-maintained property located in the heart of the University of Maine campus. - Breakfast offerings at on-site cafe were good; a very pleasant setting for breakfast or a little work over coffee.
Parking very convenient, safe and well-lit. Nothing
- MMcBrady (9/5): Will stay here again! - location and univ parking pass Cafe in hotel is convenient but the two times that I have stayed here ran out of bagels early in day, more help needed here in early morning rush.
- Kelvin (9/5): Wonderful Hotel! - Not what we expected but it was a good surprise! Beautiful room! The mattress was not the most comfortable— a little too firm for me.
- Sandra (10/5): - Clean bright rooms pleasant staff
- Cay (10/5): Gerne wieder, man muss aber Bezug zur Uni haben, sonst zu abgelegen - Das Frühstücksangebot war sehr übersichtlich
- Greg P. (10/5): - Hotel in a old Classroom building built in 1888. Its been remodeled and was a great stay. It on the University of Maine's campus. It was clean and nice for a one night stay. None
- Michael (10/5): Our go to place when visiting our daughter at the University of Maine. - Location Nothing

- suzanne (10/5): The architecture, design, colors, photography, location, staff - all incredible! - The architecture, design, colors, photography, location, staff - all incredible!
- Michelle (8/5): - Clean, simple room. Easy access from the highway. A real restaurant would have been nice - the coffee, pastry options were nice but a real breakfast would have been better.
- Stéphane R. (10/5): -
- Christopher (9/5): Very good - Location was great, it was close to my where my son lives Maid service could have been done better
- kim (10/5): -
- Coelho (10/5): -
- Belinda (10/5): - This was a beautiful hotel with such a great story. The rooms were super clean. We love the details in all of the buildings. There are a lot of bugs in the parking lot, so be aware
- Margaret (7/5): The price was high for the stay. - Beautiful campus. I didn't realize it was 3 different buildings. Almost felt like a dorm.
- Zack (6/5): Nice University Feel... And a bit strange - The Coburn building displayed the charm and classic architecture you'd expect from a circa 1800's University. Also, the students and staff were quite courteous and seemed to honestly care about my comfort. It was not made clear to me that this hotel was on a college campus. That was strange. Finding and getting to my room was a bit tricky. I had to check in at one building and then go to another. Strange to me, anyway.
- Michaela (10/5): Eine perfekte Unterkunft - Sehr freundliches Personal, super Ausstattung der Zimmer und sauber! 👍
- Amy (10/5): We had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. - Wonderfully, clean, beautiful hotel right on campus which felt safer than other locations. N/A
- Jillene (8/5): -
- Alexander (9/5): -
- RODNEY (9/5): Very comfortable stay in Orono - A very comfortable hotel on the University of Maine campus. The room was very comfortable with all the amenities you need. A great option if you are in the area.
- Glifort (10/5): Excellent - The room was spotleesd Not thing
- john (7/5): Nicely renovated hotel. Very comfortable - Feels new and premium. Rooms very comfortable. Not much
- Lilya (10/5): -
- Marlene (10/5): Overall minus a few ants 😊 we would stay again. - Beautiful rooms. Decor that was well chosen. Loved being able to be on the UMO campus near our new student but free to roam campus ourselves. Also loved the large bathroom with a generous amount of towels. Only the ants under the waste basket attracted to food that was not ours.
