• Mathilda Linnea (1/5): - Bad experience. Our stay in Hua Hin started off well, but ended very disappointingly. We were promised a promotion where we would get four nights for the price of three, which is why we decided to extend our stay. However, when it was time to check out, they denied this and insisted we pay for all four nights. Instead, they claimed the offer was something completely different from what we were told upon arrival. We were also promised an additional discount, which we never received. The staff were not helpful and refused to take responsibility for the situation. This completely ruined our experience, and we feel misled. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this place.

• Jens (8/5): Alt i alt et godt hotel til rimelige penge. - God stor morgenbuffet, pengene værd. Store rene værelser der blev gjort rent hver dag. OK pool tæt ved hotellet som deles med gæster fra de andre hoteller i gaden, poolen var ikke overendt.
• Steve (9/5): Would Defiantly book again Next time I go to Hau Hin - Nice friendly place, a 2 minute walk to the beach. lots of shops close by and only a 5 minute walk to The Market Village Which is an enclosed shopping Area Fully air conditioned with Everything you could think of in one place. Staff were Always really nice and would help you in any way they could. Some Televisions in rooms are the old outdated ones. But some rooms do have the Smart Tv's. Hopefully they will have them in all the rooms in the future.

• Richard (9/5): Good value, good location, good staff - The owners are lovely people and they have a very good cook. Housekeeping does a good job and the building managers were very helpful with some minor maintenance items. They have a pool but we didnt use because the beach, which is nice and clean, is only 2 minutes behind the building. There is a nice mall with cheap food court 5 minutes' walk down the street and minimarts nearby. For the money and location there may not be a better value in Hua Hin. Avoid the laundry service. A receptionist told me 80 THB per kilo so I dropped off less than 2 kg of laundry. The next day when I picked up, a different receptionist gave me an itemized bill for 330 THB ($11 USD) I tried to explain what the first receptionist said but 2nd receptionist said I have to specify what kind of pricing I want when I drop it off even if there are no options on the placard they display on the front desk. Not a huge deal - there are several coin-operated self laundry shops nearby, which is what we did the rest of our stay. Still a good stay overall and I recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Hua Hin.

Access to pool. Had a balcony. No lift, which was ok for us. Fridge v noisy which one night broke a glass bottle in middle of the night, strange, and we had to pay for it. Shower hot but no pressure.

Staff were polite and the room was cleaned very well. Also very close to market village where I could get food and services from. Was a bit awkward with checking out early with no one in reception but it worked out ok in the end.

What truly sets Thipurai Annex apart is not just the comfortable rooms or the perfect location near Hua Hin Beach, but the heart and soul of the team. Every staff member treats you with warmth and respect, and their kindness is what makes this place extraordinary. The owner carries herself with such grace and quiet strength — you can feel her pride and heart in every corner of the hotel. Leaving this place is bittersweet — I’m so grateful for the memories and the friendships I made here. • Bo-Göran (9/5): Mycket nöjd. - Prisvärt och bara 200 meter till stranden. Ligger på en mycket lugn gata och man hör väldigt lite från stora vägen som ligger 50-100 meter därifrån. Alltid välstädat, bra WIFI och stabil AC. Trevlig personal och bra med gratis vatten i flaska. Fick rum på våning 4 och det finns ingen hiss.

• Joseph Papsidero (4/5): Good location but some shortcomings. - Very close to the beach, Market Village, Night Market. Staff were okay. It's an old property. My room had its air conditioning compressor unit sitting right outside the room's side window and every time it cycled on it filled the room with a loud noise that made sleep absolutely impossible. So, the first night I didn't use the AC. The next morning the staff moved me to the adjacent Thipurai Beach Hotel (same ownership) which was much nicer. As part of my online booking I chose the breakfast included option. Big mistake. The breakfast buffet was not at all appetizing in my opinion. However, if you want the buffet choose the breakfast NOT included option when booking online because you can purchase it daily for cash for less than you'll be charged by the hotel through the online platform. This is what happened to me. I spoke on the phone with the owner about this and he refused to make any price adjustment.

• brian (7/5): Its a shame about the pool issues and with the stairs. other than this it was ok. - The hotel staff very friendly and tried to help you when they could. Rooms were as expected, they were cleaned daily, which was very good. In the wright up for the hotel said there was no nearby parking, however, there was some space in front of the hotel, so maybe I was lucky and managed to park there for all our stay. I had asked for a low floor (as I have walking difficulties) I was given the 3rd floor, lots of stairs, everyday was a struggle.The pool was right at the side of the hotel, but the decent plastic chairs were very few, and even some of them where broken and very uncomfortable to sit on as bits were sticking into you. The umbrellas they were just 3. and they were held together with bits of wire NOT A LOUNGER IN SIGHT. Poor really.

Receptionisten var skrap og stiv i det. Ikke varm og lattermild som dem der har været de forgangende år(er kommet der, mindst 10gange over de sidste 25år)
