Guest Reviews
- Benita (10/5): Excellent time will certainly stay again on next visit. - Great stay. Very comfortable with everything you need. Close to everything in Kleinmond and easy commute to Hermanus. A heater for the colder nights and mornings would be nice.
- Meyan (9/5): -
- Aleksander (8/5): - Vicinity of Klinemond golf course, good for short stay, nice view... Small kitchen, no oven, first floor, bed in the kitchen
- Kobus (10/5): It was very enjoyable. - The location and the accommodation were great. The host was very friendly and accommodating.
I could stay there for ever.
It was comfortable and the view and the stoep was fantastic. Maybe the grid on the braai can be a little bigger, but it worked.
Nothing to complain.
It was good.

- Linda (10/5): - The set up was ideal for the 3 of us. Everything was accomodated for, even coffee, tea and milk. It lacked nothing we needed. Beautiful views on either side of the flat. Karen was friendly and kind. We just had an unfortunate case with cold water the Sunday morning but it wasn't anything major.
- Marnus (9/5): -
- ALROY (8/5): Suitable quick getaway - We were received with a warm welcome. The location has beautiful views. At the price point, i really can not faulter the service since you will pay more for the same offered. We were looking for peace, quiet, comfort, and plain r&r, and it was exactly what we got. It won't be our last time. The geyzer is solar heated. We came on a bit of a chillish weekend, so the shower was bit on the cold side. Other than that, no complaints.
- Fox (10/5): -

Location
Comfortable
Space
Well equipped
Bathroom Minor:
Double bed= 2 single beds, and 1 mattress old, height of beds not same
We switched of the fridge at night (bit noisy)
Suggestion: instal a door at bottom of stairs for more privacy; guests and owners should then not be aware of each other's movements
- Sonica (8/5): Very good -
- Therese (8/5): Very good -
- Sasha (10/5): An 8 day stay in a little slice of heaven. 360 degree views, access to the walking and hiking trails as well as all amen - Absolutely beautiful accommodation in an absolutely heavenly location. This is literally a 10/10 - I cannot fault anything!

- Magdalien (10/5): Blissful, but 5 days were too short. - Absolutely stunning views of the mountain, peaceful and despite not being near the beach, one is still able to hear the sea at night. One has te do proper research beforehand about the availability of take away meals - a lesson we learned on the hard way😂at least we did not go hungry...
- Lategan (10/5): Relaxed stay with hospitable hosts. - Wonderful location. Nothing I didn’t like.
- Ester (9/5): Lovely stay in Kleinmond! - The host firstly, she took me on a little tour of the area, so friendly. The view, the comfy bed , the lovely big windows...the fact that the mountain is so close is wonderful, easy to get to the hiking trails! All good!
- Jasona (10/5): Shalom well it is in the name, a peaceful and blessed spot to have a break from the city. - Shalom is a self catering place with all of the appliances and utensils, etc. that you need to make it a home away from home while you're having a break. We enjoyed the views of the sea, the trees with local bird life and even the occasional baboon. There are guides who monitor the baboons so it becomes a nice little visit from our primate friends.
There are at least two beautiful walk paths that you can use to take a bit of a tour of the surrounds. Ask the hosts for this and anything else, I'm sure they'll be happy to advise you.
The hosts are very kind and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay. Till we meet again, thank you and Shalom :) There's nothing to dislike. It's only an issue if you or one of your party is unable to climb a flight of stairs.
