Nicola (1/5): Appalling. - Didn't get the opportunity to like anything! I use Booking.com to make reservations for employees several times a week for over 10 years. This is by far the worst experience with a host we have ever encountered! We made a reservation for 7 nights for £645.00 - We made an error with the dates booked, and for an additional night (a Thursday night), when the property was still available at 4pm that same day, they wanted an extra £400.00!!! We paid an extra £92.14 (1/7th of the original £645) and the host said that unless we paid the full £400 then we would have to vacate the property a day early and only stay 7 nights as originally booked. We agreed to that and they then asked us to leave! So for the entire reservation paid via Booking.com, we didn't stay one night and they have refused to give a refund. Abysmal.
