• Asuncion (10/5): MARAVILLOSO ALOJAMIENTO - Después de un mes en Bali este fue nuestro mejor alojamiento. Todo impecable de limpio, una piscina estupenda, la playa con acceso directo desde el alojamiento, el restaurante maravilloso así como vistas espectaculares. La atención del todo el personal es exquisita sin duda si vuelvo a Bali volveré a alojarme aquí. Gracias

• Daniela (1/5): Realmente nefasto, sucio - Nada. Todo. Nefasto hotel. Habitaciones con telas de araña y el wc asqueroso. Sucio, con hongos y óxido. Llegamos y pedimos la devolución por las pauperrimas instalaciones y nunca nos devolvieron el dinero. Además de sucio, aprovechadores. El camino a la playa que tienen es una bajada que es un basural honestamente. Lleno de basura por todos lados.

• Kathleen (10/5): A Taste of Paradise - It doesn't get much better than being located on a cliff overlooking the ocean. The rooms are separate bugalows and so extremely quiet. You are woken by cow bells and roosters. The restaurant had really good made to order food, including fresh fish and vegetables. There was nothing I didn't like about this place.

Le personnel est souriant, agréable et très gentil. 10 min à pied de la plage. Plage de surfeurs avec des vagues puissantes. Rien autour de l'hôtel. Il faut être véhiculé pour trouver un bar, un restaurant ou une boutique.

The pool was pristine with no chemical smell. We loved the food here. Super fresh with generous portions. The restaurant/bar area has a fabulous sunset view. It does get hot though. They should have WAY more than one fan blowing! We absolutely loved this location. It gives you the old Bali feel before over tourism. A short walk through a beautiful little meadow takes you to a good set of stone stairs directly down to the beach. Surfing and surf shacks abound on the beach. If you walk hard right at the bottom of the stairs, there is some calm water up against the cliffs for swimming. We would love to return here someday.

• Cristina (10/5): Ci torneremmo volentieri - Il complesso è tenuto molto bene, il verde impeccabile, la piscina pulitissima. Anche le camere/bungalow sono molto bene arredate e spaziose. Grande attenzione all'accoglienza serale (luci, raffrescamento, anti-zanzare). Vicinissimo c'è il noleggio per gli scooter, da qui abbiamo visitato Uluwatu ecc. senza problemi. Nei dintorni anche 2/3 ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi. Bella la terrazza del ristorante interno affacciata sull'oceano verso il tramonto. Personale in generale molto disponibile e gentile. Il ristorante dell'hotel invece è davvero da rivedere, non ci si sente accolti, è vuoto e triste, inoltre ha dei tempi di preparazione, anche solo della colazione, che sono imbarazzanti. Va bene il feroce controllo dei consumi del minibar ma alla fine ci hanno addebitato una birra di troppo. Per fortuna costa poco.

• Jill (7/5): Fine but wont be rushing back - Spacious room and at a very clean standard, every day the room would be freshened up. Very quiet which allowed us to get a good night sleep - bed was comfy. The pool was great to relax around. It is walkable to balagan beach if you want to surf or there is a section to the left if you want to swim away from the rocks. Easy enough to get grabs to surrounding areas which we did or for others there is scooter rentalsaround. We went half board which for us who did not want to rent scooters was handy as there is not many places around to choose for your evening meal. In saying this, the atmosphere in the restaurant was not very welcoming especially in the evening, often on arrival to the bar we were barely met with an hello. We weren't shown to a table with a menu but instead a small plaque sometimes offered or not for us to place our order at the bar to the same person for the 4 nights. Some music may help uplift the atmosphere and reduce the feeling of being a nuisance. A bit disappointing that there was only 5 choices for the evening meal - all of which were chicken. While not offered when we advised one of us does not eat chicken, on us asking they did allow my friend to get seafood option. 4 nights was long enough to switch between fried rice and noodles. The location is more tailored if you want to surf otherwise there is not loads to do close by.

Pretty spot to watch the sunset. The pool was really nice and enjoyable. Breakfast was good, filling. Appreciate the fridge in room. Needs a little updating. The restaurant was not welcoming-- the balcony overlooking the beach/view was hot/no airflow-- fans would be helpful. We did not eat other meals here as it did not look appealing. Staff was not around much. For the price I expected a bit more, but it has lots of potential to create more appealing restaurant/common space

• Henri (10/5): - We love our stay. The resort is well located in a beautiful and quiet part of Bali. The pavilions are private, large and comfortable. The pool was large enough and pleasant. The public beach is accessible for walking and quiet. The waves are good enough to learn surfing. The restaurant has amazing sunset views. The food was wonderful and affordable. We had snacks, breakfast, lunch and dinner. The massages are well done and always available. We had yoga lessons at the resort next door. The pizzeria at the resort next door had wonderful pizzas especially the rendang pizza. Overall it was a wonderful stay. We highly recommend this resort.

Bathrooms are recently updated and are very clean and modern whilst the wooden bungalow is private and spacious. The breakfast options are numerous and other food is very good. If not eating in house there are a number of good places close by and many warungs on the beach. Nothing. Perfect

• Allan (6/5): Stayed at Balangan surf resort due to rating. Did not think that the resort was a 8.6. Also checked 2 days before chec - Property location great to relax and unwind. Peaceful and quiet area. Olvi-was great and tried her best to accommodate our needs. Thought she was the resort manager, only to find out he was no where to be seen. Gardens well maintained and pleasant to walk through. 1.Restaurant area outdated. - furniture hard and uncomfortable. - furniture requires replacement. - decor outdated and has potential to be a great dining area. 2. Restaurant Staff communication and training. - suggested investment in training of restaurant staff. 3. Limited drinks options and ice crusher not available for cocktail requirements. Alcohol bottles limited on display and compared to nearby resorts Balangan surf resort seems to be struggling. 4. Area below restaurant where public toilet is, does not look appealing with large broken glass panes against wall and storage area for other broken chairs and tables. 5. Got a notice of turn down service and spray for mosquitos. This did not happen. 6. There also may be budget cuts for laundry as don’t think we got fresh bath towels. Know we had same sheets as gecko left evidence on first night.

• Laura (10/5): Serene place - Everything was perfect. It’s a quiet and clean place with a serene atmosphere. The food is delicious, the pool has the perfect temperature and also has shaded areas so you can escape the midday heat of the sun. The staff is very kind, and the rooms are comfortable.

• Kristiina (1/5): Don’t go there - Good photos in website. Very poor menu. Difficult access to the beach. Mosquitos in the bungalow at night, no mosquito net. The door didn’t close properly, so also the small snakes or mouse could come in. There was 12 h no electricity. I suppose to stay there 3 weeks, I left after 2 nights. The staff promised to refund but finally ignored my messages. Very unusual in Bali. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Overall the location was perfect to head to a beautiful beach All good - exceeded expectations. I guess beyond the beach you’d probably need a taxi / bikes to get to most of the local area.

• Elena (8/5): - Отель хороший за свои деньги. Завтраки отменные. Персонал дружелюбный. Сама атмосфера отеля очень располагает к отдыху. Пляж Баланган сразу за забором, только спуститься. На все просьбы реагируют сразу. Отель нам понравился. Ребенок была в восторге от бассейна. Немного далековато от инфраструктуры, но рядом есть небольшой магазинчик и пару варунгов, так что не так критично. А вообще эта проблема решается такси, т.к. все равно, жив на буките посещаешь много пляжей и всегда можно заглянуть перекусить по дороге и прикупить что необходимо.

Het personeel werd pas actief als je ze aansprak De Balinese vriendelijkheid ontbrak. Toegang naar het strand is een zeer hobbelig pad of een trap in slechte staat.

Giardino molto curato. Location comoda se fitti uno scooter. Mi spiace davvero dirlo: La colazione a buffet è la più misera mai trovata in un resort. 2 vassoi di frutta anguria 🍉 mango 🥭 ananas 🍍 e mandarini 🍊, caffè ☕️ e tè 🫖. STOP. L’accesso alla spiaggia è brutto tanto con passaggio tra le vacche e relative cacche. La spiaggia antistante é orribile e piena di plastica.

• Oceane (3/5): - Belle piscine Très déçu par le séjour L’hôtel ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos présentées en ligne, ce qui a été une première grande déception. Le petit déjeuner était très décevant : choix très limité et notamment aucun chocolat chaud. Nous avons été réveillés très tôt, vers 7h–8h du matin, par des travaux réalisés dans une maison voisine, ce qui n’est pas acceptable pour un établissement hôtelier. La veille, l’eau de la douche sentait mauvais et était en plus froide. Il y avait énormément de moustiques dans la chambre et aucun sentiment de sécurité. Nous n’avons malheureusement pas pu profiter de la piscine à cause du mauvais temps, mais cela reste anecdotique par rapport au reste. Le gros point négatif reste l’absence totale de personnel : – personne à la réception lorsque nous sommes rentrés du restaurant vers 22h30–23h – personne non plus le matin de notre départ, vers 5h Nous n’avons donc vu personne à notre départ. Nous avons dû laisser les clés ainsi qu’un billet pour payer le linge qui avait été lavé. Dans l’ensemble, l’expérience a été très décevante et ne correspond pas du tout aux prestations attendues.

Hutjes, basic maar goed, mooi zwembadje, lekker rustig kleinschalig resort je, ook goede massages. Middagservice in het restaurant. Wilden om 5pm even een drankje bestellen maar barman lag te slapen onder de bar, of we over een uur even terug wilden komen...ook is het restaurant echt ongezellig ingericht. Zonde, is veel meer van te maken. Eten is trouwens wel heel goed. Meisje van het ontbijt ook ontzettend aardig.

• Yasmina (7/5): Séjour en septembre 2025. Chouette hôtel - Literie confortable, le calme, le personnel serviable. Jardins très bien entretenus La plage à laquelle nous avions accès. Ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel, c’est la plage elle même qui était très sale et la mer très agitée. Bien pour les surfeurs pas pour la baignade. Chambre vu sur mer, on la voit entre des palissades. Par contre, cette chambre (bungalow) étant tout au bout, très calme et à proximité du resto et piscine.
