- Pat (9/5): Good hotel and location would recommend. - The location and facilities of the hotel were excellent. The barman was very obliging and helpful. Good value for money. The breakfast buffet on our first morning was empty and staff were slow and had to be asked to replenish it. Other two days it was very good. The hand basin in room 107 had a large crack and hot water was limited at times.

- Philip (8/5): Location perfect - The location of the hotel was perfect with a lovely view from the room the staff were really helpful and friendly The food was lovely the rooms were nice the bathroom was a good size and the beds are very Comfortable The lack of parking close to the hotel was an issue when we asked where the parking was we were told the carpark was an 8 minute walk away which is not good if you have mobility issues it took us 20 minutes Then we got to our allocated room to find we couldn't get in when the cleaners opened the door for us it hadn't been cleaned so we were allocated an alternative room unfortunately there were issues with the key cards we had to keep going to reception with them .reception did apologise and we were given complimentary drinks and money off food during our stay Although we had theses issues in would book again but the parking would be an issue
- Josh (6/5): Cheapish with good facilities, let down by the basics like cleanliness and staff - Lobby was very nice, smelt lovely, rooms a nice size, tv was a good working tv, with usual coffees tea ect, good location too, the view was very nice and a peaceful walk into the city. The room smelt very bad, I’m unsure if it was a blockage somewhere, one of the staff did not seem the happiest and was very blunt. Parking would have been ideal however discount at a local one about 10 minuets away was nice was £8 for 24 hours. Towels also had stains on them, and frayed off onto skin, had to re shower after using them

- Tracy (9/5): Fabulous hotel with thoughtful touches... - Fabulous anniversary stay made more enjoyable with the thoughtful touches provided by the hotel - balloons/message on the mirror and bubbly - have stayed here before for milestone occasions and the always go the extra mile! great location over the river which is a short walk to the city centre, bars and food nearby and far enough away from the bustle. Room was fab and had an amazing city view. Will certainly return on my next visit to Leeds. Nothing, everything was perfect!

The parking was at least an 8 minute walk away from the hotel

The residues made of the towels stay on my body every time I used them especially when I used my body lotion. It was too horrible..

We only stayed a night but it was fantastic as the location was perfect for us with a good view of the city from our hotel room. I don’t think it matters but the bathroom was giving grandma vibes rather than hotel type of vibes. The old bathtub with a shower curtain just gave us a the ick - a litte.

- Guest (1/5): Won’t stay again - Location was ideal The rooms were dated, damaged in places and the walls were paper thin. Our night was disrupted every hour or so with the noise of other people coming back to the hotel, drains gurgling and random bangs. The lock on the door was damaged. No fridge or toiletries - just really basic.

Just one negative The only negative regarding breakfast was the eggs they were like rubber and not edible as they clearly had been under that hot plate too long. The only negative with the room was there was only three pin plugsockets there was no option to be able to stick a USB cable in anywhere for phones tablets etc
