- Jenna (10/5): We had a great stay here - The location is great and communication with the host was easy. We had cell phone service but - Great location in Trastevere with bars, restaurants, and mini marts right next door. It was super clean and the AC worked very well. Kitchen has everything you would need and had no issues with the bathroom. No complaints - This property was exactly what we needed in an area that we love.
- Grace (6/5): We enjoyed our time there but would never rebook over no door on toilet. - Location, was perfect.Very near everything ie shops restaurants and flat walking to all tourists hotspots. No door on the toilet, sockets come away from the wall when you plug anything in.
- Augustina (10/5): loved it - Such a cute authentic roman flat. the location is amazing, right outside one of the best pubs in Rome and the area always alive in night time. The flat itself is facing windows inside yard so its quiet. the pillows are my only dislike, time to get new ones and perhaps four instead of two!

Air con was difficult to control, our first night we froze (was february), but then just left it on permanently high to get the room to stay at decent temperature!! would be nice to have something more than just a curtain as a bathroom door
- Suraj (1/5): Don’t ruined your vacations - Only location From camping to hostels to hotels, I have stayed in many places around the world... this has got to be one of the worst. Service is ridiculous- CleanBnB manages the property and would not communicate, address any issues and continually lied to the booking site about working with us on issues. Right when we arrived they refused to change the dirty sheets (covered in spots/stains/hair); the ‘disinfected’ toilet and bathroom were dirty and covered in hair; the only storage for clothes from the pictures is missing with only a couple wire hangers provided. Water comes in from the bottom of the windows so clothes attached there would get wet. Couch was covered in stains/white spots; 4 electrical outlets hanging out of walls w/wires exposed-most others not working; 1 working bedroom outlet-have to unplug the lamp just to use. There’s no privacy in the 'private bathroom'-curtains are too long, become covered in water or grime, barely close, and do not block any sound. Not to mention 15 minutes of hot water per every 2.5 hours. Kitchen cabinet door is broken and dishes had to be washed before any use. There was construction in the unit above that started 7am for 4/6 days. This place sets you up for not enjoying any aspect of your vacation. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Compact but had everything we needed and more than enough space for 2 people. Neat, clean and cozy. Area can get busy over the weekend but apartment was surprisingly quiet. Host was super friendly and helpful - easy check-in and check-out. Nothing

- Yuval (3/5): Dirty smelly uncomfortable property. - Nice neighborhood Apartment was very dirty, broken things, no AC no heating or cooling the room. There was big issue with plumbing. The water in the shower was not draining, a bad smell of sewage in the apartment and poor water pressure. In addition we were not told how to turn on the hot water for 2 out of 3 days. When communicating with the staff they were rude and disrespectful and not responsive at all. No place to hang the towels, no dishwasher or sponge or other basic amenities, yet they fine you with 25 euros if you leave unwashed dishes! On top of that they bluntly lie to us and to customer service. My worst booking experience!
- Tasha (6/5): Great neighborhood and cute place - Love the neighborhood, super cute place. The wifi worked well! Had all the basics I needed. I think there were some language barriers/communication issues...the hosts had said I could leave my bags before the check-in time. After longggg overnight travel from Mexico City, turns out that I could not leave my bags early. The place was ready, they just didn't have staff available who could physically come and hand me the keys, and they were somewhat rude about it. The woman who came and gave me the keys was lovely in person. The place didn't feel super clean and there was a bit of clutter. I also didn't love that they charge you a fee of 25 EUR for any unwashed dishes. So I'd say just communicate very carefully about your check-in time up front, and triple-confirm.

- Lisa (10/5): Convenient and comfortable! - The flat was clean, cozy, and comfortable. It had everything I needed and was in a super convenient location. I arrived after over 30 hours of traveling and was exhausted; the host was kind enough to meet me earlier than expected and I so appreciated that! Really, nothing. You’d have to be a high class snob to expect something better for this price and location. I loved it.

- Marsh (10/5): The most beautiful introduction to Italy and the coziest place in Rome. Can’t wait to stay again! - The location is UNBEATABLE, you cannot be better positioned. Walkable to every site (not an exaggeration- I never took any transit besides getting into and out of Rome) but you are right next to some of the best restaurants in all of Rome. The food is incredible in Trastevere!!!!! Room is gorgeous, plenty large, and wifi and everything works great. Slight odd smell from pipes in bathroom from time to time after running shower, but it’s an old apartment - comes with the territory! Shower appears small, but you just have to push the shower head back towards the wall a bit and it becomes much more spacious.
