• Mariarosa (8/5): Nel complesso sono rimasta soddisfatta. - Posizione ottima per il congresso all’Auditorium Antonianum. Host e personale molto gentili e disponibili, mi hanno consentito di fare il check-in prima dell’orario indicato. Pulizia della stanza buona. Posizione dell’appartamento, al piano terra, ma questo non è modificabile. Il resto molto soddisfacente.

• Eulalia (10/5): - Posizione comodissima, in zona San Giovanni che è piena di locali, negozi e a pochi passi sia da Termini che dal Colosseo. La struttura è in un edificio tutto automatizzato quindi molto comodo il check in. C'erano tutti i servizi di cui si può aver bisogno, dalla ventilazione in camera, tv, letti comodi, asciugamani, frigorifero, piano cottura, microonde, macchina del tè e caffè con bustine di tè e cialde di caffè a disposizione. Tutto molto pulito e ordinato e profumato. Proprietaria gentilissima e super disponibile sempre, mi ha fatto lasciare la borsa anche dopo il check out, davvero squisita. Super consigliato!!
• Anna (9/5): Прекрасные апартаменты для тех, кому важны комфорт, цена и местоположение - 1. Отличное месторасположение, находится в 100 метрах от станции метро Manzoni. До вокзала Termini минут 15 пешком. До Колизея 15 минут пешком. По соседству есть два супермаркета. Из-за прекрасного расположения метро можно вообще не пользоваться. 2. Апартаменты находятся в закрытой дворовой зоне, все замки работают через приложение. Очень удобно, если во всем разобраться (это не сложно). Бесконтактное заселение. Вы можете возвращаться в любое время, никому не мешая. 3. Апартаменты расположены на -1 этаже, но есть окна, хотя они немного ниже уровня земли, света всё равно достаточно (кому мешает спать - есть шторы). Окна выходят в палисадник. При этом из насекомых только комары, да и те редко. 4. Комната с собственой ванной. Очень удобная, достаточная по размеру, есть стол, тумбочки, эл.чайник с чашками. Всегда можно взять в общей зоне чайный пакетик и сделать кофе в кофемашине. Кухня общая, но ей разрешают пользоваться. Есть холодильник плита. Всё очень чистое. 5. Чистоту можно выделить в отдельный пункт - как в операционной. 6. Хозяйка Микела очень приятная, дружелюбная, заботливая и всегда доступна. Решит любую проблему. С ней очень приятно общаться. Благодаря ей апартаменты имеют очень уютный и ухоженный вид. Не хватает тостера на кухне. И матрас на кровати хотелось бы немного более удобный.

My room had two windows, but there was one window without a roller shutter or curtain, so my room was very illuminated in the morning. If you’re used to sleeping in the dark, you’ll wake up by 6 a.m. They could have cleaned the nespresso, though…
• Hatice (6/5): The apartment was very nice and cosy but lack of sufficient sunlight and being in the basement floor were downsides for - The location was very good, the apartment was clean and nice. It was in the basement floor and the common area does not have a direct ventilation or get sunlight. I wish i had noticed it eralier, i really did not like to stay below the ground level. There was a ventilator, no ac as i used to know. It was very hot in the kitchen and rooms.

• Goel (8/5): Would recommend for solo travellers- close to main attractions and great host! - As a solo traveller, i absolutely loved the property. I’s located very close to the colosseum (15 min walk) and the termini train station which made it an ideal location for me. The room itself was also really nice with amenities you would expect in any air bnb/ apartment. The host was also very helpful and just a message away on whatsapp. I requested my bag to be stored after check out so I could visit Rome a bit more - and the host was very nice about it! I would definitely recommend this place. I would have liked a few more amenities - like a little more breakfast in the room and fresh towels daily. However, I was not disappointed in my stay- these things would have just made the stay 10/10

• Vania (4/5): Disappointing - - location, 5min walk from transport links; - gated property; - nice neighbourhood; - plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby; - responsive host; - easy check in process. - description of the apartment and available facilities aren't completely accurate: it's located on the building's basement not ground floor; there is no courtyard view from the bedrooms; no sofa or TV in communal areas. - no AC at all in the apartment; - incredibly basic breakfast offered; - fridge and kitchen bins left untouched after check-out of other guests; - no toaster; - stale water smell; - no lift to basement; - bathroom and kitchen clearly in need of an update.

• Itsab (9/5): Very good location and room size - Great location, metro stop was 2 mins walk and from there you would be able to travel into Termini Station. The check in process was completely digital, something we were not used to before, however the host communicated via whatsapp all the instructions to get this done. She was also kind enough to offer to store our luggage post check out, which was good. Overall a good experience and a big room. It was mentioned in the ad that the bathroom, although private, was sperate from the room, we knew this and the bathroom had its own keys. Would have been good to receive the check in info via WhatsApp the previous day of the travel. Just so that we are prepared. It took sometime for the mobile networks to get data across, so that was only a small issue. It was only because we were not used to mobile check in into properties.
• Marijke (6/5): Pleasant - Location is great, walking distance of the Colosseum and the city center. Also 20minutes walk from Rome Termini (trein station) Michela was very proactive in contacting us and sending us all self check in details. The apartment is clean, coffee and sweats are foreseen. All in all the apartment could use some maintenance : toilet lid was loose, shower was loose and should be treated for lime. The sockets in the room are not the typical European ones, only triple legged sockets would fit. There was one adapter available in the kitchen, otherwise we could not have charged our electronics. I think it’s quite strange I’m the first one bringing this up, normally Italy does not have this sockets. The apartment is not sound proof, you can hear the neighbors very clearly, also the ones from the other room. The front door cannot be silently closed when going out, you really have to slang it to close it and thus making a lot of noise.

• Thanh (10/5): Phenomenal - I love everything about this place! It has everything I need for a longer stay ( five days ). The kitchen has all the amenities and I have my own private bathroom. The owner is also so nice and kind. She was so responsive to all my questions. The wall is thin so you can hear noises from the other tenants. But it’s not so much of a concern. I let the owner know and the owner reminded The other Tenant for me.
• Yuliia (1/5): Unfortunately the owner does not care about the guest experience and is not willing to improve it - The only thing that was positive is the location of the apartment, the most dissapointing was the attitude of the owner to the guest, she was unfriendly and even rude, always arguing and never apologizing for the inconvenience caused. The demand for accomodation in Rome is so high that she does not care about the guest experience and feedback. For those who are planning to stay here, please be aware that you a booking not an apartment, but a room in the apartment and you will be sharing the property with other people. The toilet is in the corridor out of your room. The apartment is located not on the ground floor (as written on the site), but in the basement with almost no daylight, the windows are 3/4 below ground level and you would need to switch the light even during the day time. There is no sound isolation between the rooms, can be very noisy. In autumn and spring it is very humid in the room, in summer can be hot as there is no conditioning. Now about the things that can be changed by the owner: 1. Old bed linen with strange colourful print, the sheets with nodules, no blanket (see the pictures) 2. No wardrobe, only hangers 3. The sink in the kitchen was dirty when I arrived, the kettle is with scale, the sugar was wet and didn't pour because of humidity 4. When you take a shower, water spills onto the floor and it is impossible to clean it up. 5. And the last, but not least. It was agreed by the owner, that I leave my bag in the apartment on the day of check-out till evening, but then she suddenly wrote that the new guests are coming earlier and she will leave my bag outside the apartment in the staircase (see the last picture). Honestly, I was shocked! I was forced to change my plans, return and pickup my luggage.
• Arthur (9/5): It's a nice place. - The room was very cozy and clean. Located in a closed yard of a cute historic-looking house. Everything was clean and tidy. The host was responsive and friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The property is located in a walking distance from Termini station. This fact is very useful for those who stay for overnight stop-over as we did. Besides, it's like 20 minutes walking from the Colosseum and the Capitolium. As the property is located "in the basement", we had some internet connection troubles when trying to open the door for the first time. However, we can't blame the host, of course, just saying. Also, our bathroom was separated from the room itself. It was mentioned in the description, but still was a little uncomfortable.

• Johnny (6/5): Not as advertised - It's central, close to the station, the bed was comfy, and the host explained everything via WhatsApp. Advertised as an apartment but is just a room in the basement. I am not a fan of the self-check-in apps, the breakfast is snacks. The photos are accurate to a point, I won't be back.
• Darius (10/5): Exceptional - It was a very good price for the room we had. The metro station is near 3-5 minutes to walk. The Coliseum is only 10 minutes by walk. Very good place.. Also we found some food in case we will be hungry, we were surprised.

Everything you need for a short vacation in Rome: comfy double bed, espresso machine, well-equipped kitchen, and a powerful ceiling fan, that saved us at +37 degrees. The shower is small and rather short, so if you're 190+cm it will be challenging.

• Mercia (9/5): Lovely stay just outside of the busy areas with nice local restaurants around and super close to the metro. Very cute pl - Detailed instructions to check in and friendly host. The location was great, lots of nice local restaurants around with good food and very close to the metro, one stop from termini. The tiny fridge was adorable and just big enough to store my 500ml pepsi and the cupcakes left for breakfast. Breakfast was well planned, items that could be placed in the room for 2 days and can be eaten at my own time. It was a little bit warm, and when you open the windows it can be loud outside. Luckily it wasn’t mid summer so it wasn’t an issue.
• Millene (10/5): The host is incredible and communication is easy and fast. The house is super silent and comfortable bed. I highly recom - Super well located and very silenced (which is hard to find in Rome) Nothing in particular.. maybe breakfast could have some salty choices?
• Ken (10/5): Superb accommodation, Great location, Awesome hostess!! - The hostess Michela, bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable. From making special arrangements for us to obtain the keys to upgrading our room and always being available to answer any queries via WhatsApp. It is the best location to stay when in Rome as you are a short walk from the Metro and bus and tram stops. Nothing - everything was perfect.

We were unaware that we did not have the entire apartment, and that other guests could access it. Not sure if this was clear in the booking. Our host communicated late with us, informing us we could only use one room. We had to sprint accross the city to move our items to one room, and were quite late for our tour of the Vatican for this reason. We also struggled to enter the apartment as there is no service at the entrance to the apartment, and a data connection is required to unlock the door. One would be unable to enter the apartment without a data plan.

• Shanoon (8/5): Very comfortable and we arrived at night fresh off a 13 hour flight. - Breakfast was beautifully presented the night before which meant we could get up in our own time and sleep in. The apartment was self contained and very comfortable. Internet connection is required for checking in after hours, which might trip up some overseas travellers and require internet roaming.
