• Klaus (10/5): Perfekt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - - Sehr gute Lage: 2 min zum Strand, 5 min zu Restaurants am Hafen - Sehr ruhig und idyllisch in einer Seitenstaße, hinter hohen Hecken - Sehr schöner Garten mit Außendusche und Grillmöglichkeit mit gemauertem Grill - Küche mit großem Kühlschrank und Eisspender - Sehr gutes WLAN und Streaming-TV (Netflix etc.) - Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage - Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine - Alles perfekt, nur ein paar Liegestühle im Garten haben wir vermisst, dafür war die Hollywoodschaukel umso schöner
• Julia (9/5): Lovely stay and beach house. Great location. - Fantastic location 3 minute walk from mini port beach and 5 mins to Kathara. Clean, comfortable and terrace. Linen and house towels changed; the softest beach microfibre towels provided. We didn't use the outside kitchen but had everything if we'd wanted to. Secure driveway and parking. Pretty garden with fruit trees ( although needed a tidy) Little shop over the road; Lido for cocktails; Wave Cafe for daytime coffee's and beach snacks; Akti's for the perfect lunch setting - lots of our favourite places and views Beach towels were provided which was a lovely There was nothing we didn't like however the inside shower was very small so we mostly used the outside shower. Would be good to warn guests of the hot water ( it gets very hot very quickly). Would have been nice to have some sun loungers at the beach house.

• Nathan (10/5): Great stay - Great place to stay, 2 mins to the bench and plenty of beach loungers to hire and there is a supermarket across the road. Kitchen facilities are enough and there is an outdoor cooking area. Air conditioning worked well and the outdoor area was great to relax in the evening.
• Marina (9/5): - Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Villa! Alles war genauso wie beschrieben – sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub barucht. Besonders gefallen hat uns die ruhige Lage und der wunderschöne Außenbereich mit Terrasse und Garten – perfekt, um die Sonne zu genießen oder abends gemütlich zu sitzen. Die Dusche im Garten ist ein echtes Highlight nach dem Schwimmen oder einfach zur Erfrischung zwischendurch. Das Meer und der Strand sind wirklich nur ein Katzensprung entfernt. Die Gastgeberin war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar, falls Fragen aufkamen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Die Duschkabine im Bad war recht eng und abgenutzt.

• Michele (10/5): Fantastic - Very comfortable house, with everything needed (even hair dryer, towels, coffe machine, etc.). At the arrival the house was very cleaned and welcoming ( there was tasting fruit and juice on the fridge, and some other food on the table). The owner, living in the house next to the apartment, was very kind and present from the beginning until the end of the vacation, phoning me and sending me messages to verify I correctly went inside the room with the keys and asking me if everything was ok, also after the vacation. The garden of the house is very large, with the possibility to parking inside and doing the grill! In conclusion, I surely suggest this apartment! Nothing to report
• Dmitry (10/5): A perfect place for family vacation - A fully equipped house with all needed amenities. All rooms have air conditioners installed. Private territory with a lot of greenery. Outdoor shower is a great finding on hot summer days. No loud music from the bar street, however, the lively center is reachable in 10 minutes of relaxed walk (the quickest way is along the beach). The sandy beach is perfect for children and is in 2 minutes walk from the villa. A hint: try walking not only the main road to get to the sea, but also a lovely track to the left out of the gates. Many thanks to Mr. Fotios for his hospitality and attention to the little things which made our vacation so enjoyable. nothing I can think of
