The children loved the movie room downstairs and the hot tub. The dining room was big enough for us all to be able to sit and eat together. The carpet in the bathrooms.

- Peter (9/5): Superb - Perfect size and location for a group family break to the Lakes. It was clean, facilities were great, kitchen was stocked with plenty of utensils, plates, pots, oven trays etc. Water pressure and showers were great, beds were comfy and the house was warm.
